I was happy with this propert managment until recently.They are in charge of running my community, wich is an Arlington Partnership for Afordable housing (APAH)Sadly, these people have become shifty money grubbing, snake oil salesman.They charge for everything, i mean EVERYTHING..1.Rent is late after the 5th. You put ur rent in a drop box if u come after buisness hours.I have arrived on the 5th, to pay my rent.When Ive arrived the door had been locked the lights are out.I put the money in the drop box and the following day (6th) recieved a ledger at my door with the addition of 75 dollars late fee.2. This has also happened when the 5th has arrived on a Sunday, BOOM 75 DOLLAR LATE FEE even tho i paid my rent on the 5th.3.Ive also had the unfortunate circumstance of not having all of the rent on the 5th (like 25 dollars short) and AGAIN 75 DOLLAR LATE FEE., ON 25 dollars late!5. Ive been scheduled for pest control that ive neither requested or been informed of. When i tell them im sick and cant have caustic chemicals sprayed around me ( repertory issues)50 dollar late fee!At this point my affordable housing is no longer affordable.They gouge you at every turn.Oh and 24 hours maintenence is a joke.I locked my keys in the house once and called the 24 hour maintenence line.4.5 hours later my friend i woke up in the middle of the night, came with my spare keys.Please note that he lives more than 50 miles away!In no way are these people doing anyone any favors, except for themselves, my walls are sheetrock wsith 1 coat of paint, so they leave dust everywhere and are unwashable.In no way are these units cheaper than others, in fact for the lack of any ammenities they are decidedly market rate.I would be very hesitant to rent from them again, and I would suggest anyone looking for an affordable apt in Arlington rent with either Ft. Strong, or Gates of Hudson

Talked to Jennifer over the phone and she was very nice and informative about the apartments.

The building is new, apartments are ok but it’s not that level for that money. They provide just only one sticker for garage parking. If you have 2 or 3 cars in your family you need park outside parking in the street and you can’t find parking in the street. In the building only 2 elevators and it takes forever to get in.

I called about a week ago, spoke with Jennifer. She gave me a lot of great information regarding the property and details about APA. Loved the friendly environment and the knowledgeable agents.

The building is great but no hot water most of the time,we have to use an other apartment to take a shower or we have to drive all the way to fairfax to my sister place and take my kids to take a bath or sometimes I have to boil water, the elevator takes forever, you have only one parking sticker per building.
