The building is full of small #roaches. Expect to see at least ten cockroaches every day if they do spray. They have a rude pest control staff who does not do a good job.Besides roaches, the building is not recommended for professionals because of too many noises. Some neighbors have four kids in a one-bedroom, and sometimes there is more than one family live in a unit, so there is always children screaming non-stop!Be aware! They make it impossible to work from home!!!!!!!!!

We just newly moved into the place but the carpet was used and in bad condition. One of the managers were super rude; told me „We don’t change the carpet. That’s it!“ and walked away!!! The denied my request to change the carpet! Now every the it makes me stressed when I vacuum it!Don’t move into thus apartment unless they consider your requirements!!!

When David was the manager this place was better. Ever since Sean came, the leasing office has been so horrible. Thankfully, the front desk employees are much better.

I been living this community three years straight. And the leasing manager Corey is the best. He taken care every single applicant in his own. Community is clean affordable. Everything is in online system. Your application your package your bill. Highly recommended.

Great apartments community. First they were so nice and helpful when we moved in. Then I found out that you can find someone to talk to in the leasing office 24 hrs. Lastly So clean building.

Ive been living here 5years now. We like living here but front desk lady named Mulu. Shes amazingly rude person Ive ever seen. Shes laughing or screaming at me when i ask some questions. She always said she dont know or shes busy but she just sitting there do nothing.

Dittmar that manages this property increased my rent during this pandemic! Once they have you moved in, expect outrageous increase in your next leases. They also brought a new POS manager, Sean, who is a puppet to the parent company at the residents expense. We Do NOT recommend WWP for living. You are exposing yourself to many risks if you live here.

Mr. Corey Artis in leasing office has always been professional, dependable and honest. Corey goes the extra mile to give his personal touch when renting. I have lived here for several years and treats me the same every time with the upmost professionalism/respect. I would definitely recommend Wildwood Park to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Lived in apt 981 from 2001-2014. maintenance was above average but they didnt speak much English.elevators in the West wing were new but broke down quite often. they have two elevators in the East/West wings and one was designated as a moving elevator. the moving elevator was never put back into service despite seeing no moving trucks and basement door left open for anyone to come in.the security doors to the building were pretty good. you needed a card to get into the building but Ive seen too many people buzz the office and were let in without verification of residence.the heat/AC was an interesting deal. you couldnt set a thermostat to the temperature you wanted as it was either off or on using a dial. the heat/AC vents would often have a small amount of what looked like soot over time. maintenance would clean it but they grumbled about its your job to clean it.residents/visitors would often set-off the fire alarms which was a pain.the bus stop was right out front of the building which would take you into the Pentagon bus/subway station. bus service was very good.some of the front desk staff were not meant to be in a customer service position. felt like I was imposing upon them by asking a question.modern equipment in the exercise room but they did not clean them off all that often. when I would tell the front desk, they would often say the cleaning staff were very busy today but they would leave a note to clean the equipment. it took days to get it done. bring your own cleaning rags.be forewarned - if you have an apartment facing the street, Columbia Pike - good luck. there were constant sirens up and down the street at all times of the day. the noise was something else.rent increases happened all too often, from $75-95/.month for us. was it because we had a 2BR/2 bathrooms, I dont know. when we left our rent was $2,200/month. for every floor up, they charged an additional $5. we had a rather large deck which was a positive thing but we couldnt BBQ as Arlington County Govt outlawed it.there is a lot more to say but this is getting too long.

I been living in wildwood park apartments for13 years and I love the place. The place is modern has 24/7 hours front desk concierge services. The entire building is always bringing new services. There is a beautiful lobby decorated by a great designer. Theres a computer room with huge mack computers were tenants has access to a huge printing machine, do homework or play games in the computers and also very modern. The building has a great play room were kids and adults can play pool or machine games. The gym is good size with the needs to get you fit in shape. I also love a huge room for any type of engaments such as parties, birthdays, you name it and you can celebrate anything there. They made a brand new park for the kids and the swimming is lit. This place provides a portal for all you needs. I tell you Wildwood Park Apartments has everything and I will keep writing forever because it has more great stuff. The place is clean and if you have an issue you just need to write it in the Portal and it gets done. There be times that the management are a little tide up keeping up with every demand. I tell you that people here are spoil like myself and want things fast fixed. There a person on call 24/7 and great handicap facilities. This place is awesome, I suggest you first send and email and make an appointment and the response will be faster. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you and answer all your questions. I have to mention the new manager, he is young but with many years of experience working in this field. The manager was very compassionate when my spinal cord issues was in full swing. The pain cripple me and he was very accommodating since I was unable to hardly walk, with severe nerve pain. I havent met such a great person in management and Im very grateful to lived here. The new mananger is dealing with many issues because of the tremendous diversity of people from different countries. I think his doing better job than all the managers before since I moved 13 years ago. Everyone here gets alone and there are posting meeting to meet with tenants to understand each other. I love that because it shows that Wildwood Park Apartments love to have all diversity of people. David Romero,the Resident Manager is doing an extraordinary job despite issues that arrived unexpectedly. Please be conscious that the manager is working hard to make everyone happy. The leased consultant, assistant manager are awesome. The day staff is more friendly and accommodating than the night staff. The day staff are always smiling and take their job more seriously. Cindy Coon is a day staff employee that I believe everyone should follow her work antics. Cindy coon is always in a good mood and treat everyone with mighty respect. I think that she should be promoted to lease consultant. The night staff need to be train because i hear complaints about their behavior of been rude. The security guards are amazing in wildwood park apartments. The area is booming rapidly and the entire staff need to keep up with changes and competition. Customer service is #1priority to continue to strive as the same fast pace others apartment complex are doing. They also keep their buildings in top shape. Cindy Coon suggested a box were tenants can write any concern without feeling intimidated of addressing something thats bothering. Im think is an amazing idea, that way the manager and staff can make the community of the apartment more involved in a collaboration effort.Jenny I Santiago

Definitely 5 stars. Because Wildwood appartment is really clean, no bugs, no cockroaches, no mouse, maintenance well. Thats why my family like to stay here. Upgraded playground area much bigger and nicer. Swimming pool is clean and big enough. i want to give huge credit for leasing office manager Mr. Corey Artis because of his professional, friendly, honest, he is good man. Location of building is good. Close to shopping centers and restaurants, bus stop. Right now road construction messed up around area but it will end. Parking is enough but need surveillance cameras every corner. Pets not allowed which is good. They have party room, gym, swimming pool, pool billiards room, computer service, little shop inside, plenty storage rooms. This is what i like about Wildwood appartment

We came to see an apartment we called earlier. The staff was really rude, He said his name is Corey Artis, was really disappointed . He didn’t want to give us 5 mnts to see the apartment saying He is going to take a break 🤔good excuse. Lazy

Honestly this is one of the best aparments. I would give 5 stars. Parking here is a real problem. We have a one bedroom apartment but me and my wife have two cars together. Where should I park my wifes car? Giant? Come on improve in this. But other service is A+.

I have been living here about a year and a half.Good thingsI can say that the environment in and outside the building are very clean.Very good location.All utilities are included with the rent. Laundry in the room is a plus, a big plus.Not too good things.The elevators on our side of building are always broken.The call box (again on our side) has never worked even once since we moved in.A lot of people grouping in front of the building and smoke. Just right next to the entrance, that should be illegally act, yet the management just let them do.The front desk people arent very helpful. Some of them are good some of them are rude. One of them name MULU is very rude to us. I couldnt use the word rude to describe her. She is beyond that.And..... OMG!! We are moving out!!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!This community discriminates people based on credit. Not everybody has perfect credit, and the apartments are not that nice for you to be denying people because of their credit history...this Company simply sucks...

If it happened to you move out man! I lived there for 1 year. Never missed my rent bill. One time lost my package from front desk. Manager Sean Amico just blamed me. Maybe his right cause I lived there! Super rude front desk lady, small insects all over the kitchen!!!!
