My tech was Vivian and she was AMAZING! She paid super close attention to detail. My nails are level, even, and exactly what I was wanting! Will definitely be back!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY.I called ahead for two manicures and pedicures for my mother and myself. She flew in from CA and I saw the wonderful reviews and wanted to go somewhere nice. Not worth the money. They hurt me several times pushing back my cuticles. You can even see on my foot where its red and bled a little. My manicure was even worse. The guy didnt know how to do a painted french manicure. He went to go get a lady from the back. Thats fine. They cut my nails wildly in evenly. They put NO BASE COAT and ONE.... I REPEAT ONE TOP COAT. My mother got a nice message. I got NOTHING. WORST $75 I EVER SPENT. I want my money back.

I needed to find a new salon close to home and came across Kaylees Nails. I’m so glad I did! My tech was Henry. He was very attentive, quick and kind! He told me to start coming to Kaylees, and that they would always take care of me here. Which they did. I love my nails so much, I can’t stop admiring them! I had a great experience. I will be back!

Came in as a walk in and he was able to do a design that took time. I have not left disappointed :) Very happy. And I always have my 7 year old which they don’t seem to care always let her sit by me which is good for moms that can’t go alone.red set was done by bau. Second purple set was done by Henry !! I love this place ! Staff very friendly!

Took years to finally find a professional nail salon in the area and people who take the time to do proper nail technique. Henry, hand brushed the powder dip french and my nails look amazing. The girls do a great job on pedicures as well. I hope they continue to be this detailed and attentive to all their customers. Ill be back. Thanks.

Was there for 2.5 hours for a full set (not fill) and was supposed to be a quick gel change on my toes. Was shuffled between 2-3 different staff in this time because there were other people that were waiting as well and towards the end was clearly overstaying a welcome (that definitely was mutual). They didn’t offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience; or any apology. I had a friend pay for my nails but paid for my toes. Was shocked to see the bill of $35 for no work but just polish. Wasn’t even going to argue because I just wanted to leave. Staff was very hostile and rude to my friend. Nails look okay, but definitely not worth 2 hours! Would give it 0 stars if I could. Please use your money elsewhere!

So amazing! I had the most detailed request ever - Minnie Mouse nails for my daughters birthday party. Vy made my nails look even more magical than the Pinterest picture I showed her! And they treated my two year old to her first professional nail painting as well - they were so patient with her and did an incredible job with her!

Love my nails!! I had an appointment with Henry, I showed up 15 min early and didn’t even have to wait, he got me in right away! He was so nice & professional and made sure I loved them. Will be returning! (:

Henry was an amazing nail tech. He really listened to what I wanted and made my nails look amazing. He took his time shaping and made sure the gel polish was even before setting. Overall experience would love to have given more than 5 stars. Will be going back.

If you’re looking for a good place to get acrylics, THIS is the place!! Super clean, huge color selection, excellent service. Bao was super sweet and did an amazing job on my set. He was very quick and neat, I’ve never have had a new set put on so fast! Definitely would recommend 🥰

Kind, happy staff members took care of me today! It was my first time going to this salon and it will definitely not be my last. I even told my mom she needs to go there for her next pedicure! The salon was VERY clean. I loved how many polish color options they have! Bao was so friendly with me (even on a Saturday night in mid-July; I’m sure he had a long and busy day!). He took his time made me some GORGEOUS acrylics tonight! I have gone to other salons in the area who kind of try to hurry with me and they do a “good enough” job but one or two nails will be uneven and I’d rather have perfect nails, lol, and my nails tonight are absolutely perfect. I usually get very uncomfortable in new settings and when I’m around too many people, but it was very relaxing and I appreciate the work Henry!! I’ll be coming here from now on!!

I usually just get a regular gel manicure but today I got my first full set ever today and Bao did a wonderful job. He was very kind and sweet helping me pick my color and design. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a full set.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff were very friendly and attentive. They did not waste any time getting me into a chair and starting my appointment. Lee greeted me and brought me to my seat and Bao did my nails. He was quick and precise with every movement(he’s been a nail tech for 7 years!)and did such a wonderful job on the shape and color. Although he works at a fast pace that did at all not take away from his precision and eye for perfection. I will absolutely be back!

Henry has been my mail technician for over 15 years, I’ve followed him wherever he goes because his work is impeccable. He is very personable and I always look forward to my next visit. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I had an amazing pedicure experience, the owner was very kind and I was very happy with how that service was. However I had my acrylics done by someone else, and while the design came out cute I was not too happy with how it was done. He was very aggressive with the drill against my nail bed. Whatever product he had use was burning my fingers upon application, and that had never happened to me before when getting me nails done. He also made three of my fingers bleed around the cuticle, something I haven’t had happen before either. He wasn’t acting unprofessional with me, but I had brought a friend, and he was occasionally caressing her hand and he had grabbed and squeezed her upper thigh when she was waiting for something during her pedicure. I am very happy with the pedicure from the owner but not with my experience getting the acrylics done.

I will now forever go here because omg my nails are so pretty. i highly recommend going here because all of them are so nice :DD overall 100/5 stars

Had an amazing pedicure from V. She was so nice and did an awesome gel pedicure. Massage was very good. I did the luxury pedicure which had a little longer massage time. Best I’ve had in a while!

Bao does a good job the first time I went I let him choose my design and I was happy. This time I chose what I wanted and he made sure I didnt get up until I was satisfied. The purple nails were the first time. Candy cane nails were today.

I just moved to MN and have had the same nail tech for over 7 years and was very pleasantly surprised how well my nails turned out. They did everything that I wanted. Wonderful quality and very great customer service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

I wont be returning. one of my nails broke in half 2 days after coming here. the prices were way overpriced as i almost spent 90 dollars on nails that snapped in half on first day.

My new favorite nail salon! I’ve had Leah the past two times I’ve gone and she’s done a FANTASTIC JOB both times! She’s very patient and gives great advice on colors when I was indecisive! Will continue to come back and see her!

Each person is wonderfully talented. Everyone is polite. They listen to you and give you what you ask for, not what they want to do. Customer service is great. I always have a wonderful experience. You won’t be disappointed.

I went in for a fresh set of dip powder nails. The nail tech didnt do a good job of shaping my natural nails to be uniform. 2 days later multiple nails starting to peel! I have never had a set of dip nails peel - ever, not even after 2 weeks has the top coat cracked. I am really disappointed with the service from this salon. If I could, I would ask for a refund because I have to go get my nails done again - 1 week later - for a special occasion.

Just another lackluster nail salon. I made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes even though I showed up on time. They put gel on my toes without asking even though I booked the appointment for a regular pedicure. The tech who did my manicure used a dremmel to prep my nails for the gel polish even though it was on my natural nails and now my nail bed has this ridge and my nails are really thin and peeling.

More staff was needed on that Saturday. During the busy time between 10-1, there were only 3 people staffed.The group was fabulous, but it was very busy and what should have been a one hour appointment for a simple mani and pedi turned into 2 hours.They were very attentive though, and the mani/pedi given were beautiful.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to my nails and will bite them to the point that they hurt. I was so nervous about getting them done because I didn’t want to be judged or scrutinized about my nervous habit as I have in the past by nail techs. Leah was SO nice and they were able to get me in same day. The salon is small, quiet, and clean. She did a wonderful job on my nails and I’ll definitely be back!

Great service but pricey for my manicure and pedicure it was a total $150!! Both of them were so simple!!! And I provide them with my own acrylic powder for my pedicure!! I manicure was long coffin white with some rhinestones not that much rhinestones!!

Walked in today, no appt needed... Was seated right away for my pedicure & given water, I only waited 5 minutes for someone to come. Tracey was my technician, she was friendly, polite & very respectful. Tracey was fast, but thorough, always checking in to make sure I was ok, esp when removing a small ingrown toenail! The massage was great, the pedicure first class! I would highly recommend Tracey @Kaylee’s Nails!

I don’t typically do reviews but this one in particular I felt was important. Dao V Do (name on license) was not friendly or accommodating whatsoever. He never offered me a drink even though the walk-in customers that came in after me were offered one. He kept telling me that what I wanted done to my nails was “not beautiful” and wouldn’t do it. Half way into doing my nails 3 people came in and he rushed the last half of my nails then refused to do the design I asked for. Again saying that it was “not beautiful”. I finally gave up and told him to do whatever at that point. Sadly, this really hindered my experience with this salon. I also made an appointment prior to going in. Considering the final result I got on my nails without the designs, I was over charged. I did not get what I was going in for and the customer service was an all time low. I will not be returning to this salon and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing environment.
