This was my first and last time to receive service. Not a professional atmosphere. I set waiting until she was through cleaning the front lobby, which I was ok with. I felt like the service was rushed. Acrylic bond liquid should only go on nail bed but it was put sloppy onto my skin. When filing edges of my nails, not only rushed but with pain. Continued to push other services when I declined I felt as that determined the quality of service I would receive.

Did pretty good in the beginning but made careless mistakes in the end result and charged too much for a fill that was only supposed to be 18 dollars not 40. The women was a bit invasive and aggressive and passive aggressive.

Been going here for years only place I go to and they are always willing to service my needs nails feet eyebrows and they give the best costumer service they are loyal to their customers. Very clean and friendly and reasonably priced not greedy like most places they want the customer to be happy so you come back.

We just brought my grandmother with Alzheimer’s into town for a family event. Her nails and toes needed some desperate attention which is out of my knowledge. We stopped by Today’s Nails and I explained the situation, I was assured that she’d be well taken care of. But the service she received really blew my mind. Holly helped her get back to normal with the utmost care and concern. Her gentleness with my Granny was absolutely unprecedented. Amazing service and an incredible price. Terrible service. Extremely terrible. I went to get my nails done, and I was given sloppy nail service. I came in with blue polish and asked for a french. You can see closely the blue polish is still there. Out of generosity, I tried to give a tip, but the tech didnt want to give me my correct change back until i politely asked for my change back.They tried to scam me. I would never go here ever again. Would never recommend to anyone.

My daughter took me to Todays Nail about 5 years ago. I have been to many salons in my lifetime and I guarantee that you will never find a better place to get your pedicure and nails. They are up to date on everything.The owners Sophia and Paula are perfectionists. If you were looking for a clean, friendly and honest nail salon, the Todays Nails will not let you down.

They were AWSOME!!!! She stayed late to fix my nails that another shop had messed up!!! She offered me water and tissue because Im sick, lol. They really gave me a great experience! I moved here a few months ago& I’ve been looking for a new nail salon, I gotta say I found the one I’ll be sticking to. Had a wonderful woman Lin do my nails and I absolutely love them, she took her time, asked me if I liked how they looked in between getting them done, she also did my eyebrows and they turned out great. Definitely recommend her& who id be going back to 😊

I came to Today’s Nails with my daughter about 3 years ago although I live about 45minutes away. I was hooked the first time. I get excellent service, every single time. The owners are so friendly and so is their staff. There work is impeccable. I get a pedicure and fill each time I go, and never have I been dissatisfied. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a great experience.

First and foremost they are very CLEAN. I got a pedicure and she did an amazing job. My daughter got her nails done aside from them trying to finesse price a bit they readjusted. The staff were overall friendly and hospitable.

The Today Nail and Spa salon is BEYOND AMAZING! They treat you like family a take care of you like one of theirs. Their pedicures are IMMACULATELY CLEAN, as well as the rest of the salon. Their bathrooms are beyond clean and spotless. The owners Paula and Sophie are very NURTURING,, nice and beyond flexible, they are very KIND and ACCOMMODATING. I’m writing under my son’s name Because his account is hooked up on my phone but my name is Krystal. I’ve been to this place multiple times but I stopped going because of the service. The last 3 times has been a horrible experience for me. The first 2 bad experiences I had was when I would make an appointment for Paula, and once I got there and sat down, maybe 5 min into my appointment, a white woman would walk in and mysteriously Paula would say, “OH IM SORRY, I FORGOT I HAD SOMEONE ELSE WITH AN APPOINTMENT “ again, this literally happened twice. So I would have to get up and go to another person. ( I guess she didn’t recognize my name when I called to make the appointment because I sound like a white woman over the phone) The third bad experience was the last time I went, they had about 3 people getting pedicures done, I walked back to get mine done and they were already in the process of getting theirs done. I sat down and the lady doing mine handed me a menu and I was curious to know why the basic pedicure was now $30 as oppose to the $23 or $25 I usually pay. The rude lady told me “BECAUSE OF COVID, THATS WHY” “OF COURSE WE HAD TO RAISE THE PRICES” I ended up just doing the pedicure n guess what, she rushed the entire process and I was done in 13 min FLAT!!! I’m talking toes painted and slippers put on and everything. I was the last one to sit down, and the first one to get up. Paula ended up rushing my nails as well, didn’t even do them right (I literally had to file very nail over again when I got home) she doesn’t even take off all the polish from the previous nail design!!! She files off a lil and moves onto the next nail. n when I was done with the service, she had the nerve to charge me $5 extra dollars to cut the cuticles on my nails which took her an extra min or so to do all ten nails. I will never ever ever again go to this nail salon. Even for convince. If you have a little tint of shade on ur skin, you will not get treated fairly. I promise.

They were so pleasant and made me feel comfortable about going there. When I got there they all so friendly and helpful . The young lady that did my eyelashes was wonderful. She did a beautiful job. I will go back, Im also considering having my nails done, next time .

Courteous staff and they genuinely try to help but unfortunately services arent executed very well which resulted in more time and me having to come back to correct their poor job.Very frustrating however the pedicure I received itself was pretty good.Probably wont return.

Mona is the absolute best nail artist I’ve ever had. She speaks fluent English (native) and does the best dip powder nails ever! Her pedicures are the bomb. Spring for the extra $5 and get the pedicure upgrade. Her massage is awesome.

I really like how Paula did my nails. They very friendly and the price is pretty good. I will go there again and I am very picky person when it comes to my nails. So it’s hard to please my likes. I recommend this place.

Good shape but left stuff all around my nails ok all of them. Cut my length too low after I said I wanted the end result to be a specific longer length.

So my review of this place was originally a good one. Ive been back two more times and the last two times were the worst experiences ever .the first time was great so its a huge disappointment. So my second time I had grown out my natural nails .I asked three times... Please do not break my nail .She broke three of them. Then offered a tip .No I dont want a tip on my nail. Ugh .third time today. I understand its busy but dont rush a job and do poor quality .did sns nails . They are blotchy and uneven in color. I have polish all over my fingers and hands. She cut me with the drill twice and overall did a horrible rush job . Never again.

Walked in & was told they could take me right away. Sat there for 20 minutes & nothing...no water to soak my feet. Then they argued in front of me as to who would take care of me. I watched the people re use gloves!! I think this business is a cesspool, watch out for dirty gloves & dirty instruments!! I bring my own. I left and report to Florida health board. Go somewhere else.

I was really wanting to love this place, I have been a few times now and fell in love with Lisa, she does the best eye brows and she is fast with your nails, I love an Ombre SNS nails, 1st time she did bang up even tho she cut me three times and I came back two weeks later and she did an amazing job. I got Pericure Today #2 $45 and SNS Ombre $50.00 I was charge $95.00. I came back two weeks later and same service and all I added was an eye brow wax $8.00 some how was my total (because I was paying cash) $125.00 please someone explain to me why I was over charged 22 dollars. I also had to tip so I tipped $20.00. I will never step back into your salon and I will make sure I will tell everyone I know. The sad part is I didnt get a receipt either. Lesson learned. Beware if you do go in they will rip you off. Oh and thanks for cutting my finger again

Went in for a manicure & pedicure...was sitting waiting so long the water became super cold. While doing my toes the lady cut me 2 times. The nail polish from my manicure lasted less than 24 hrs before it started chipping and less than 48 until I was able to pull it off my nail. Wont be going back

Ive been going there for months! I left Snappy because they were rude and not friendly. Paula is my favorite girl! They even offer water in a bottle for you. Its not huge, there is zero turnover there, its peaceful and nicely decorated. The toe polish lasts forever. Thats my big thing. It doesnt chip after first or second day. Just a lovely little place. They also have a discount card and you get $5 off on sixth visit or something... Just love it.

The only reason they got a star from me was because I had to choose one. I can in with my friend and she stated we were both getting manicures and pedicures. My friend was seen and customers were coming in . My friend has both her services done and I was looked over took them an hour before I was even asked to be seated . Never again!!!

I would give this place a negative but 1 star is the least you can give. My qife and I have been frequent clients of this establishment for a long time now. We are there every 2 weeks even. Between manicures and pedicures we also get gel coating. 2 weeks ago a tech sliced my finger open and had to super glue it shut and yet I still paid FULL cost. My wife had a dip process they said is way better than gel and in less than a week they fell off her REAL NAILS. Today I took my daughter (6) with me being the Daddy daughter dance is tonight. Well they had my daughter sit in the pedicure chair feet in water for an hour before starting. Another tech had no idea what to do with my gel coat. Another tech comes over, takes the tool and cuts my toes up. Now Im livid. They still charged me for a manicure for both and I was told they wouldnt charge me for my manicure... THEY DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING TO MY NAILS other than try and soak off the gel coat. To top it all off when they sat my daughter my wife got her sat up in the chair and then fell on the floor due to water everywhere. No concern whatsoever. 10 minutes later... a tech almost falls. Not until another client reminded them again that my wife already fell and hurt herself and the tech did soon after did they worry about the spill. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES... I had a pedicure that lasted 10 minutes... supposed to be 55. Our daughter had her legs massaged... no paint, no clear no nothing... we were done with them. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HACKED!

So today i went and seen ms.Paula she was amazing and as always did a great job ...Ill be back in 2 weeks of course😊😊

3rd strike and we are done.. 1st time my daughters nails started coming off after 2 days! 2nd time all of my nails were BURNING after about an hour of having them on! I get my nails done on a regular basis and I have NEVER felt that. Strike 3 was today when my daughter went again, and first the lady she had acted annoyed when she asked for them shorter twice because she wasnt cutting very much off.. then when my daughter went up to pay she handed the the lady her card and instead of handing it back to her they tossed the card back at her and were completely rude! We will be going else where!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I literally cried in my car after I left the nail place and was debating if I should go back in and make them start over. I had nail polish all over my fingers and hands. My nail design included a line of black and silver and they were all crooked lines. The black wasnt dry before the clear coat so some of the black was smudged on the white. If you are wondering why I didnt say anything, its because I have a really bad temper and my blood was boiling and I didnt want to offend or get the employee fired on his first day. Please just dont go to this place because while I was sitting there, two other ladies came in complaining about their nails cracking or something that was supposed to last a month only lasted less than 2 weeks.

They really messed up my eye brows I asked for just a bit to be taken off to basically clean my eyebrows up and Now my eye brows are extremely uneven way to thin. Im honestly upset About. I guess the only good that came out was that I didnt need to pay for it But still I miss my gorgeous thick eyebrows I honestly wish I never went. Huge regret now I have to grow them out all over again. 😭😣😟🙁🙁🙁

I was at this place on Thursday. Today is Tuesday. One of my nails is already cracking. The staff is friendly, but the actual work is poor. I get SNS nails all the time and my nails last me 2-3 weeks and the salon I usually go too uses the same brand, therefore I know its the technician. Im really disappointed how my nails came out. Some areas missing the color and looks sloppy. AND the one thats CRACKED in HALF! I dont recommend this place at all. If you do go stay clear of Daisy. #unhappycustomer

HAD a picture of the design I wanted, asked if they could do it BEFORE I even started, then 2 more times as she was doing my nails and was told yes no problem all three times. Needless to say that was wasted conversation because at the end of her doing my nails she did not do the colors the way I was told she could and I left with pink and white alone....VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of concern at my irritation . Will never return .

I went there 2 weeks ago and I wasnt as pleased as I had hoped. I went with a friend and I was left sitting there with my nails partially done and the acrylics put on me left gaps on the sides and some of the edges not painted. Less than 2 weeks later, the acrylics are already starting to come off my nails. Yet my friends nails are still perfect

How hard is it to find a place that does good nails? I have been all over apopka and I thought I finally found a jem. Lisa did a grea job and my nails were awesome.....but then my nails started to lift after 2 weeks of a full new set and I was ok with that due to it was time for a fill. Again, my fault, I waited till a nail popped off...then 2 then 3 (Again not blaming the salon) but my finger nails had fungi underneath 2 of the 3 (we will see how many more when they come off). That happens when they mix the acrylic powder with other stuff (who knows what) to make more at the expence Of the clients health. This acrylic is the salons biggest expence and therefore they put dirivatives in it for more profit. Again at the clients health.....reminder I got fungi’s after 2 weeks. I’ve had acrylic nails for years (from other salons) and this never happened. Go here at your own risk!

MONA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Fluent English, very personable and accommodating. My feet are usually like leather on the bottom but she made them as smoother as a babies butt!! She is the ONLY reason I would go back and only if she can do my nails too. Which I thought she was going to do, but they did the janky switch in between services which I DESPISE. I would NOT go back for acrylics though unless Mona will do them. I just had them done yesterday. First, they failed to tell me until payment that the shape I wanted was extra 8 for nails and and extra 5 for French tip(they never did that before they moved locations )Norma I believe she said her name was, plus did not give me their menu and but my nails look like Ive had them on for 2 weeks already because the acrylic is so far away from the cuticle. Im pissed Plus she tried to paint only the acrylic and leave 1/4 inch of my natural nail exposed that wasnt even covered in acrylic. Im going back tomorrow and getting my money back or getting them fixed. Do NOT GO TO ANYONE BUT MONA!!!!!!!! Esot. Never go to this place. Very rude manager and wouldnt fix my nails.

I never complain anywhere but this really bothered me. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon I had been here before and I had no complaints the time prior I paid $22 for the French acrylics and of course I tipped her. This time I came in she sat me down started but in the middle of the my nails she stoped to take a phone call because apparently she was the owner or manager which I was not mad about while she was doing so I checked the board to make sure the prices were still the same she finished up. She left me at the nail dryer for a awhile without a word so I checked them myself and approached her to pay. I asked her how much and she said 25 ! Now I know 3 dollars is nothing but youre supposed to be the higher up and getting one over on your customers. I laughed and tiped her extra. I will never walk back in there.
