I use to like going there until today. The lady that did my pedicure, Lina, seemed nice but very sneaky. When I went to pay she gave me one price, then charged me another price and added her own tip. I was taken back and since she robbed me I will never go there again. Lisa shame on you and your employees!!!

Excellent place to get your nails done! Prices are VERY reasonable, they take their time, and make sure your nails are perfect when you walk out!

I broke my right pinky nail and went in for a repair. I have a short stiletto set but somehow the tech thought what he did matched my set. I dont know how. I kept asking him to fix it and after 3 attempts, got the photo on the right. Wont be going back

I have never posted anything let alone a negative review but I feel this one needs to be done. I took my daughters here for their first time to get a pedicure. We will not be back!! The people doing theirs were nice enough but did a horrible job. Mine did not speak to me at all, unless you count dirty looks. When I told her something hurt, I again was on the receiving end of a dirty look. The girls nails were painted like a child did them and weren’t even fully painted. My lady got up and left for about 10 minutes came back with a Luke warm towel and pretty much threw it on my legs without wrapping them and walked away again!!! Not a word was spoken to me. I do not think I have ever been so disappointed with a place not to mention their first time was a disaster. 🙄😒😡 This place deserves no stars but it wouldn’t let me post otherwise, so reluctantly I give them 1 star.....

Rude first encounter

I was very pleased with the service I received. My pedicure was relaxing and well worth the amount I paid. I really liked the variety of services they offered as well. The only complaint I have is the owner tried to oversell the deluxe pedicure. Other than that, I was happy with my pedicure. My feet felt and looked great!

My first time here and the staff was completely inattention and unprofessional. My pedicure was one of the worst pedicures Ive had. I was not relaxed the entire time I was there and half way through I wanted it to just be over. I would not recommend to anyone. The prices are cheaper than other nail places around, but the quality of work does not do them justice.

Went in & they were all occupied. Thought about leaving cause I’m very impatient. Glad I waited though, my experience was AWESOME! I’ll be back. Nice & patient people.

Great atmosphere which is why I gave them 2 stars, first time getting a pedicure ever and decided to come here just wished I didn’t get fungus (something I’ve never had before) won’t be back!

I encountered one of the most unprofessional and flat out rude experiences that I’ve ever experienced in my years of getting my nails done. You go out to places like this to pamper yourself, not to get disrespected. Not only was it s terrible experience but not one, but three of my nails got messed up within an hour of getting them done. Never again will they receive my time, business, or money.

The first time I went was with my sister and niece. That is also my last time. They convinced us to do gel on my niece because they guaranteed that it would last 2 weeks. My nails didnt even last 2 weeks. When I called them because my nieces nails started chipping that same day they gave me the run around and refused to reimburse their guarantee. The service was poor and I am never going back again. HUGE waste of money!

These people owned and operated a nail spa in College Park for years. I would get my fill during my lunch hour and was ALWAYS please. I was so disappointed when they moved to Apopka ( I live in Maitland ). After going to several different places over the course of a year, I finally made the drive to Apopka and was thrilled that their quality and service had not changed.I also recommend their facials ! They are OUTSTANDING, REASONABLY PRICED and they dont try to sell you a bunch of products after the facial !! Thats a HUGE plus because every esthetician tries to sell you stuff after...........Not at Tommy Nails !!

I got a full set and a pedicure here and the man that did my nails screwed them up horribly. The design on my nail was very bad and less than a week after getting them done two fell off without me doing anything that would cause them to fall off. He seemed very inexperienced and nervous. I payed 50$ and it was not worth it at all
