DO NOT COME HERE! The owner or owners wife did my nails and to begin with she was rushing and burnt my skin and cuticles several times with the filer/drill. She cut down my nails without measuring the length to make sure they match and as you can see the one nail is shorter than the rest. Gel polish finish not as clean and in my skin. Definitely will not be going back

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The blonde girl was so unprofessional and when doing my nails she didn’t even put on a base coat of gel only the color.The next day I had a one chip and come in for her to fix it and she asks for 30 minutes, then proceeds to take a client before me - gave her pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows!!!! When I asked her why and told her that was rude she completely ignored me!!!!!!I had left her a huge tip the day before and felt completely disrespected. Do not waste your money or time!!!

I went to this place and yes at first they where nice but my cuticles is all cut up my pedicure polish is horrible and on top of that I went back the next day to fix and I had to wait for the same person that mess up my nails while about 5 persons is sitting down. They need more perceive in nails. Sorry but not happy....

I go to snappy nails every 3 was for pink and white gel and acrylic nails, a pedicure and waxing. There’s not a better place! Take a look.

My mother has come here, and I have come here for the longest time. I’m surprised to see that some people have bad things to say about this place. I’ve watched the establishment get renovated and it’s just amazing. I never go anywhere else for my nails. I recommend it here, the staff are friendly and kind and only have the best interest when it comes to each customer.

Ive been here multiple times and I would say its a decent place if youre in a hurry and looking for a quick nail appointment. This wouldnt be a place I would recommend though. I got a full set once, and the tech left my cuticles on which made my nails look they had grown out. My husband actually noticed that too and pointed them out. I also got a pedicure here last weekend. It costed me $30 and my feet werent soft at the bottom and my toes didnt look neat how they normally look-the tech is normally supposed check your feet and depending on how rough they are, use the appropriate tool, this tech used whatever was easier and didnt really spend much time taking the dead skin off my feet or focusing on my toes. I normally pay $25 at my regular nail salon and they do a phenomenal job, I just settled for this place because its literally next to my house & I was short on time.

They did a fantastic job and my set lasted 2 weeks which has always been an issue with my nails.

$35 for rubbing lotion on. I asked the lady several times when she was giving me the massage and she kept saying she was doing it. I told her several times that rubbing lotion on my legs is not giving a massage. I told her that she could stop because I didn’t needed anymore lotion robbed on my legs. So annoyed, not to mention that she was ruff pushing my cuticles back and was pulling on my cuticles instead of cutting them.

I had an appointment and I waited for 10 minutes. Then I was called to one of the booths. In my mind, I’m thinking...Great, I get to get my nails done. No, I waited another 20 minutes, so I left. My point is if you have an appointment, please stick with the time. People have things to do rather than waste their time.

I have been coming here for about 15 years. I’ve always had quality service and the best pedicures. My eyebrows are always done perfect and the couple that run the place are wonderful!! I’ve tried to go a few other places closer to my house and they were horrible which always brings me back here. I definitely recommend Snappy Nails.

The people are always pleasant. They are pretty quick but efficient with the services they provide. Ana is my favorite nail tech there.

Kenny has been doing my nails for many years! The key is to be smart and call ahead. The place is usually pretty busy on the weekends ( like most nail salons) Tina also is amazing! She does my Daughters nails. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants quality work.

The woman who did my nails was very nice and she did a fantastic job. I will definitely go to her again. But no one else seemed very friendly.

Long wait without water in the tub. Sat in the chair for over 20 minutes before someone took care of the soaking tub. Manicures are short lived, chipping away in days. Noticed polish on toes were smeared when sandals were put on my feet at the end of my pedicure. Ive tried them several times and although the new shop is beautiful I probably wont go back again.

I went to this place on Easter day 4/16/2017 and I waited 1 hour for my turn because there were only one lady doing nails. I waited patiently and when it was my turn she was just in rush because three more ladies entered the nail salon asking for full set. I told her to take her time with me because I waited for my turn a long time and she still did a horrible job. I was not satisfied with her service and the way she treated me just because three more ladies were seating in the waiting area. Next time, if you want to make money on a holiday weekend make sure you assign more staff rather than charging people the same amount of money or more and do a horrible full set. She barely spent 20 minutes on my full set and that was because I told her to slow down.A few weeks before that day she also did a pedicure and she was done in 15 MINUTES! horrible!!!! it was the same lady and I wish I can remember her name. I am not going back to this place because all they want is the money and do not provide a quality service to their clients.

Nail tech was awful!! I went for a fill in and pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure was decent then I was handed off to a lady to do my fill in. It was the worst. She kept nicking my cuticles with the electric filing tool. Refused to shorten my nails as short as I wanted. And then the acrylic is bumpier then the Rocky Mountains and uneven!! And then the paint job...I could of painted it better. Then not even 2 hours after I leave the acrylic is pulling away from my nails. Very disappointed

I dont normally get pedicures (why pay for something I can do myself) but I thought itd be fun to treat my friend for her birthday. We had to wait a while, which we expected walking in with no appointments. Once they sat us we had to wait even longer, but at least there was a massage chair. They rub lotion on your legs but its definitely nowhere near a massage. The lady wasnt even looking at what she was doing most of the time, just having a conversation with her coworker while lightly rubbing at my feet with a pumice block. I guess my treatment was better than my friends, seeing as she was wincing with pain while this lady dug at her nails. Also its only been about 4 hours and the old, dried up, cheap polish they used is already rubbing off.

Only giving 3 stars because at the beginning everything was good . Now recently I had got a pedi and it was horrible my toe nails didn’t look neat and I normally don’t like thin eyebrows so I asked to have them a little fuller, as I had been growing them out . The young girl (maybe early 20’s) left them as is . She barley did anything she didn’t shape them . Nothing, just extremely disappointed

Great location but hard to get a tech who doesnt nake you bleed using power tools on nails. Pedicures lack any comforting foot massage offeted at other salons. Friendly but not the safest or most enjoyable experience. Always very clean though.

Dip powder manicure -- left hand had longer nails (I said I wanted my nails long) and then my right hand was shorter to follow my natural lengths. There was no attention to detail to make sure lengths and styles matched with either cutting down or adding tips. A few nails filed crooked/curved and with the edges not buffed out correctly and some with a variety of nail shapes (some oval and some square). I was not happy and decided to cut and file them down on my own when I got home.

I was there on Friday, spent $45 to get my nails done and I have never had a complaint or problem with this place but the gel clear coat is starting to chip and come off and I’m just seriously disappointed. Now I see why my grandmother stopped going.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get my nails and toes done on April 7th 2018. The 18 year old girl did my nails and an boy looked about in his early 20s did my nails while my feet were getting done. Everything was going well until i saw that the man did not fill in my cuticle area with acrylic and i was left with empty spaces in my nail. I asked him nicely if he was able to fill those spaces and he did. Then the girl who was doing my feet dis an amazing job she was perfect right up until the moment when she charged me 54 dollars! The total was $37 but i told her to charge $45 for their tip. They were in a rush to leave the store and after they closed the store i got a notification on my phone saying that $54 was taken out of my account! I am super angry with this place it is the worst! DONT GO HERE IF U WANT GOOD NAILS! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!😡😡😡

Cheap manicure you get what you pay for. The girl didnt even massage my hands. She put lotion on my forearms and that was it. Didnt speak to me at all. I chose 2 colors and she went and picked out colors she thought were better. The salon was not clean. I did not see her clean her tools and when she was finished clipping my nails she just shoved the tools back in her drawer. She didnt even ask what length I wanted my nails to be cut she just went ahead and made them short. Tons of air bubbles under my polish the job was rushed with no care of quality.

Dont come here if you want GOOD quality. Didnt put a clear cloat, rushed through the entire pedicure, left spaces in the Polish. Wanted to charge to fix a smudge that happened in the salon.

Won’t go anywhere else! Love this place!

Snappy nails is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I went in for a gel pink and white ombre full set and the tech tried three times (4 hours later) to do the service. They looked awful, nail tips put on crooked and the ombre was extremely uneven. But to make matters worse, the tech cut me in several places with the nail file trying to get file them straight. She was not competent to perform that service and she should have never asked for payment. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It was unsanitary too. She used a brush to wipe the filthy table which she never covered with a napkin then brushed my nails with it that now had open sores on them. She didnt even clean up the crusty gel that was all over my hands. It was the worst nail experience ever!!! Go somewhere else!!!! I had to pay another $45 the next day to have them fixed.

Not too happy with this place. A young girl did my mani pedi. The water for the mani soak was ice cold.. She finished my nails and when I looked down I had paint all over my fingers. My pedicure was just ok.... She massaged one leg and foot well, but the other leg she rubbed for 60 seconds. I also told her to buff one of my toenails down super low, as it is broken so it grows super thick. She couldnt grasp what I was asking.... I had to tell the woman who checked me in what I was talking about. That woman then cleaned all the polish off my fingers and around my nail bed, and redid my big toe for me. Got it nice and thin and repainted it. Salon super dusty and not clean!!!! Outdated. Prices were great but you get what you pay for.... I highly recommend fancy nails in Apopka! Beautiful place with great service

Horrible place, very disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE. Especially if you are a women of color. Very rude and racist. The level of disrespect was uncalled for. They are also very sloppy and rough and cut skin and dont care about gentleness. Also they rush and mess up on designs. The acrylics dont last long and break easy.

My “no chip/gel” manicure lasted less than 48 hours. Two of the workers were extremely rude to me and rushed through the manicure. Will never go here again
