I am highly livid! Ive been loyal to this place for years and even had other guests come here and have never been this disappointed. I came in to get 2 nails repaired, for the first time, ever. Cici was very rude and rushed through the entire time. She asked what happened and seemed bothered by my response. Now when you look at my hands, you can tell which ones were repaired. They arent smooth, they are rough, not properly shaped and just nasty looking. I take pride in my nails and look forward to having something nice to look at. Its such a shame because she did a damn good job the first time, that I actually considered making her my permanent nail tech.

This place is the worst nail place I have ever been too! I went there to get a full set. They were out on and they were nice! The problem was they didn’t last but four days. I needed two repairs. So I went back to get the repairs and a fill since it was almost a week. They denied me a fill and claimed it was because I had no appointment and they were “too busy”! I was very cool about it and said ok. The next day I scheduled an appointment for yet again 3 more repairs, a fill and color change on toes. They sat me down and the woman that was doing my nails filed down the existing nails I did have claiming they were all bad. I said they all aren’t bad these two were put on yesterday. She kept making me feel bad about them saying I needed a new set. Keep in mind they were only 5 days old and two of them were only 24 hours old. She ended up taking all my nails off charging me $10.00 for taking them off and charging me an extra $1.00 for a “merchant fee”. I questioned that and she explained no matter how much you spend they charge EVERYONE to use debit. I will never ever ever go back there again!!! I left crying.

This place is a hit and miss. Not all do a good job. Some will asked you if theyre doing a good job and others simply dont care, and if you say anything about the job been done they just brush it up. Ive come here a couple of times and everytime is more disappointing than the last. I only like the convenience of the proximity to my place.

I used to come here all the time before the pandemic hit. It had to be at least a year and a half since I last came in, and on my first visit back Kathy seemed to remember me. It was very busy, but she made time to make sure everyone was attended to while also doing some advanced work on a woman’s nails. She is truly amazing and thanked me for coming back. I get pretty basic dip done, so everyone I’ve ever worked with has been fantastic, and doesn’t mind that I’m not the conversation type. There was never any doubt I was coming back, and it made me feel special that I was still familiar after all this time; even with my hair back to natural from being purple.

I dropped my daughter off here to have her nails done and when I picked her up to pay they charged her $5 to soak her nails off and they didn’t even soak her nails off, they drilled them down and made her nails super thin, $3 for coffin shape and they were not coffin shaped, $5 more bc she had 5 colors painted (which is ridiculous) all he did was paint them a solid color, so her total after everything was $55 for a full set of acrylic. I feel like he tacked on these fees bc he was worried she wasn’t going to tip him bc she was a teenager. Will never go back to this place again! Total rip off and definitely not worth $55!!

All of my nails on my right hand are way longer than my left. The lady I had didn’t know how to do nails very well but the lady my friend had did a fantastic job!

Worst customer service ever. had an appointment for 3 and i waited almost 2 hours and i was never seen. they took walk-ins and later appointments before me. when i told them i had been waiting the only response i got was “someone will help you soon” but no one ever did. i had to make an appointment for another place while i was there and ended up leaving. they don’t care about your time and are extremely rude ! if they were too busy then they should have told me before hand and not have my waste my mf time

Im getting married this upcoming weekend and came to Fanci Nails for the first time. This place was phenomenal! I have an allergic reaction occuring on my skin because of a medication allergy but couldnt bare the thought of getting married without my nails done. I came in and warned the staff about my hives and they were so kind to me! The woman who took care of me was so gentle and caring, despite how crazy my skin looked! I asked for a cold pedicure (an odd request) and she accommodated me and was a great listener! It was a very relaxing time and 10/10 recommend this place! Great service, kind staff, and I love how my nails turned out and how the pedicure was! I will definitely come back!

This place has nice people who do good work however they do not specialize in more intricate designs for nails just more simple things.

Love this place its in my town and they do the absolute best nails they do Chrome, they do gel polish that looks like confetti, ombre, designs, you can even bring them a photo of what you want done on your own nails, excellent place although a little bit expensive.

First place Ive found that truly knows how to do ombré nails!! Ive been having my nails done for over 15 years now, and this salon is topping my list! Ill definitely be a return client. Evan was very meticulous, efficient, and professional. The salon was very clean and contemporary.

Came in a little late. And I apologized, but I had broken a nail and it just looked so bad and unprofessional. Huffed and puffed about getting it done. After that I wanted to do a cat eye, I have done many many times. The lady had no idea what she was doing and I had to show her how to do it. It was very overpriced and the next day it started peeling! The polish underneath was still wet! Absolutely bad experience and not the first. Won’t be back!

We used to go somewhere in Altamonte for over 10 years, but they got dirty and really went down hill. My ex treated me today to a pedicure here at Fanci Nails (because we are best friends) ANYWAY! WE loved it. They were SO clean (used liners in the tub/sink), they opened a new package of tools for each of us, they were VERY polite. He read my mind by pushing my chair back so my knees werent at my face (lol), he raised my feet with risers to get to them easier because Im a bit chubby so he didnt make me do leg lifts the entire time like most places do. We were so relaxed. He painted them so well. They had the ac on a great temp. Im usually hot. So all in all we loved it.

Nobody tell my wife i liked this, i mainly liked the massage lol

Clean but that’s all. Over priced for a gel pedicure that I’m not thrilled with. Uncaring nail tech Ashley didn’t even help me put my sandals on after pedicure. Never before have had someone push my legs back into the bowl but oh well. Nearby tech Mcann was hilarious and offered to help me with sandals when he saw my struggle. Wouldn’t recommend, and definitely would avoid Ashley like she got the Rona.

Well guess they fooled me! Sitting & waiting beside my daughter to have a mani, I got up for a minute & they sat someone else in my seat. One of the employees asked me to sit across the room...I rejected her request and told her how rude it was of them to push me out of the way, she nodded??? NOT sure what that meant but I WILL NOT RETURN.Love this place, i havent been disappointed so far ! Tee did my nails yesterday, great workmanship! I messed up a pinky nail & he wouldnt let me leave until he fixed it.

At first they were on point but a few months later we came into an issue, which was in short; I had a SNS dip manicure done with a design that the manger Cathy assured me they were able to do if not something similar. When her nail specialist could not achieve the design she stepped in & attempted to execute it but it was a whole mess & I knew they were growing impatient because they were about to close. She showed me her attempt (which was no were near the design I asked for) and said she would fix the lines. I didn’t like how it came out so I just went ahead with another simpler design. The nail specialist did it and I thought we were good. Not even AN HOUR later the polish started to peal and by the NEXT DAY all of my designs were chipped off. I called & told them of the issue and the person who picked up the phone assured me they would fix it that same day for me to come in. When I arrived everyone looked as if they were done for the night & the host informed me that none told her of my issue and there was no one to do my nails to come back the next day. When I did they made the same lady that messed up my manicure do it over & she was rude to me the whole time. As well as Cathy the manger. Here I am a week later & one of my nail broke off due to them rushing. There is so much more unprofessional behavior they did but it’s to much to put in this review. Their main issue lies with their customer service. They feel as if just because they have an excellent star rating on google that they can treat you however they see fit. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere were i feel I am valued as a client.👎🏽

Nails started coming off 2 DAYS AFTER! Don’t even waste your time or money. I did my nails here, I immediately noticed that they were messy. They were crooked and I told the lady and she didn’t fix them and had an attitude about it. The corners of the nails did not have nail polish either. I told the manager after she was done and he didn’t even offer to fix then or give a coupon or a partial refund. Two days after when I had the event that I got them for, one came off and I had to buy nail glue to reattach it for the event. The second nail came off a day after the first and it just continued.

This place is awesome! I had a Powder dip nail polish which looks amazing they have so many colors to choose from. They took their time with my manicure and pedicure I felt totally pampered! They have an awesome massage chair when you get a pedicure that literally massages you head to knees❤️ I loved sitting on a massage chair that worked my legs too. Tim did an amazing job on my nails!! Evan did an amazing job on my pedicure!

Did a fantastic job. I typically dont do tips or sns dip or crazy stone designs but Kathy took good care of me. The pedicure felt amazing period they use a gentle OPI lotion and leave you with the cooling gel.They also have this cool referral system where you earn points and money off. (So mention my name hehehe 😁)Go now! Right now, they are offering 30% off!!! Woohoo

I went to a different place to get my nails done 5 days ago. My nails looked horrible. After day 5 I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to go to Fanci Nails. I am so glad I did. I got Kathy and she did such an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back to her. She is very talented and took her time and the outcome was better than I had hoped. I highly recommend this place. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you

The foot tech did not polish my toes to my liking and when I spoke on it, only both big toes, she said my toe nails were uneven. I asked her to file it. Thats when she began to speak in her language. She spoke English before. She also went to another client and was talking about me because the client started looking at me. This made me very uncomfortable, I ask for management and was told their techs dont act that way nor do they talk about clients. Never again for their prices.

I’ve been a loyal customer since they have opened. I’ve never had a problem until today. I got and pedicure and manicure. When I left my left foot starting burning. An hour later it was red hot, blotchy, and on fire. I go back and showed them and she put Vaseline on it. The gentleman who did my feet said nothing to me. I asked for a refund just for my feet. She said “We don’t do that here, it must have been a problem with your foot.” So pretty much I paid $50 for a foot rash. I am never going back. Very poor customer service.

Kathy does my nails great every time ive been. Unfortunately she wasnt here this time and Nina did my nails. It took 3 hours for a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. The whole time she was doing my nails it was going on very clumpy and she never filed them down correctly. I was left with very thick uneven filed nails with bumpy edges. I had to go home and refile it into the way i liked. Couldnt stay to complain as i was in a hurry. Didnt expect my appointment to take 3 hours. Definitely wont be back unless Kathy is there.

My friend and I asked if they had time for two walk in fills which they did. We each showed them pictures of the nails we wanted and explained that it didn’t have to look exactly like the photos. My nail tech was asking what technique was used in the photo to which I told her I didn’t know. She slapped my hands I don’t know how many times when I didn’t focus or relax my hand enough. My nails came out nothing like the picture I ended up painting over them myself. My friends nails looked really good till the tech without saying or asking did a really odd black design over her gold nail. The tools they used were not clean to the point of my friend getting an infection on her natural nail. Would not go here if you paid me.

My nail tech was Nina. I was giving this place another chance after they made my toe bleed last time. Today she nicked my bad toe I had infection years ago so its sensitive I told her a couple of times its good she kept going over it. I didnt want her to use the grader because she was going so fast doing everything else. It felt like she didnt want to be there and didnt care. I wont be coming back

Some of the people that work here are great. I have had the unfortunate luck of being placed with some of the less than great workers here on two separate occasions. Luck of the draw I guess... both times, I felt rushed and, as a result, the final product has been less than satisfactory.

I visited this nail salon to get my acrylic removed because my usual nail tech moved out of the state and I wanted to start fresh before going to someone new. As soon as I arrived, I was seated and shortly greeted by Katy. Immediately I felt rushed. She STOOD in front of me and began filing away at my acrylics aggressively. The particles from the acrylic went everywhere including on myself. She noticed I was hesitant then proceeded to ask, “is it hurting”. I replied, “no, but the acrylic is flying in my face”. After the filing down was complete, she proceeded to prep my nails for the acrylic removal with acetone. She told me to sit and wait then went to go start on another client. I wasn’t too upset about that because I know how busy salons can get. However, you should at least communicate with the clients that you are short staffed and unfortunately will have to go back and forth. I sat there for about 25 minutes before she came back to check on the acrylic. After checking one finger, she said I needed to sit longer. I noticed she was rushing to gather her belongings when she returned back to the other client she was working with. Katy then proceeded to leave the building without letting me know what was going on or who would be finishing my acrylic removal. The other client seemed to be confused as well. I sat there for another 20 minutes before being greeted by Helen. Luckily she was able to finish where Katy left off and she was very gentle. She did not rush at all although there were two more clients that walked in as she was working with me. Helen did an excellent job stepping in. However, I will not be returning due to the customer service I received from Katy.

I absolutely love this salon! Kathy suggested I try dipping powder instead of acrylic and I’ve been hooked since. She knows exactly what I want every time and perfects my nails. The pedicures feel luxury with a neck heating pad and scrubs. Love this place

I have been there twice, once for a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow wax, and then the second time for a fill in and eye brow wax, and both times the service was wonderful. I love how it does not have that overbearing nail salon smell. They are really quick with their services. Love it!

Visited this place for the first time on 4/27/2017 for a pedicure and manicure! I was greeted nicely. The place looked very clean and had a pleasant aroma. Loved the variety of nail polish colors available. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and they use new plastic covers in the feet basinet in between customers for extra hygiene measures. I really like that! Kim was friendly and did an amazing job. I will come back to this place!!

I went once for a gel manicure only because it was closer than my normal place. I made an appointment online and didnt have to wait when I got there. They do seem to have a lot of colors for the dipping powder but the gel colors are lacking. I just wanted a deep red and the closest I could get was a purplish red. They are very clean and the tech did a great job with the polish. However, they only did two coats on my nails. When I hold them up in the light I can see right through them. My other place will continue to layer the coats of polish until you can no longer see through them. I am considering going back for dipping powder but wouldnt go again for gel. Another thing I dont like is they want you to pay with cash. They have a point system where you can get $10 after spending $250 but only if you pay in cash. I prefer to put all of my purchases on my credit card because I earn travel points which are more valuable to me than $10 off. I gave three stars because of the prompt service, the cleanliness, and the tech taking the time to do a great polish job. I took off two stars because they didnt have the color I wanted, they only put two coats on, and they dont want to take credit. Oh and two days later the gel polish started peeling off. Dainty Nails in Altamonte is a much better quality service and they have much better prices.

At first this place seemed very promising, however, the lady doing my nails disappeared for ten minutes in the middle of filling them. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing and took almost two hours to complete a fill with a simple design. Not only are my nails lumpy, but also don’t match one another. I also didn’t know she was doing gel over my acrylic until I was charged $40 for nails that A. Look awful and B. Took forever to be done. Won’t be returning.

I moved to Apopka a year ago, I was not able to find a location and the professional experience. I have been doing my research and came across on the review regarding this place. I set an appointment via email. The place is neat, clean and sanitary. I spent 120 on two full set. They charge for the length and the shape. She quoted me 45 for my chrome set and 35 on my daughters pink and white. So we continue with our appointment. I hate my nails and express it to her several times their lumps and hair on it. I needed to be perfect as I was going to my company Christmas part. Wiring 24 hrs my nails lifted and my daughter nail snap off. We won’t backtrack have them repaired. They could not find the color they put on our nails. So they had to find something close to it. I said fine at no charge. I will never will go back there again. I rather take a drive back to my old neighborhood rather take my chances with a long wait then to be dissatisfied with my nails.

I’m very happy with Kim’s attention to detail and taking her time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! I’ve been going here for awhile and just never got around to writing a review. The place is always clean and can get busy..but that’s probably bc they are all so good at what they do! Stop by and check them out!!

The only thing I can say about this nail salon is they have a wideee range of color selections and they take care of you right away. However, the woman I had as my tech, was extremely rough taking off my previous acrylic set. She only clipped my cuticles on one hand and said the other side was fine. Which doesn’t make sense if my cuticles grow at the same rate on both hands. She was extremely rough dipping my fingers into the powder, and was pushing them in with such a force, they were hitting the bottom of the jar and messing up. Then she had the audacity to say it was my fault they were messing up. When she applied the gel coat, she told me to wait 2 minutes for them to dry. 30 seconds after she tried to apply cuticle oil and rub it in with a cotton ball and messed up 5 nails by getting cotton stuck to them because they were not dry. She quickly got an attitude and decided to rush and finish so she could help a girl who had just walked in...after I had been there for over an hour and a half. I am new to the area and this was the first salon I’ve tried, but I can easily say I will not return as I witnessed multiple other techs operate in the same manner.

Was very unhappy when I left Fanci nail salon. The prices are really outrageous and the staff is pushy. I got a basic pedicure ($27) and I was charge an additional $18 for gel polish. I think that price is outrageous. Will not be coming back. There are other salons in the area that do a great job for a more reasonable price.

Both of my techs were very nice and thorough. I love that the spa uses disposable bags and all equipment is sanitized. Cleanliness is a huge concern for me and they are the best!

Although the salon was really busy the day I went in, they made time to do everything I wanted. I appreciated the way the tech took his time and made it very comfortable. They were willing to work at their best even though it was after closing by the time I was finished. The ombre nails that I got looked great! I will return again very soon.

The environment is pleasant and relaxing. My tech Kathy was nice and took her time to know my likes and dislikes as a customer. She took the time to educate me about what is safe and healthy for my nails without pressuring me to buy additional services. Im excited to see how my nails will grow and the qualify is top notch. This was my first visit as recommended by a friend for the SNS nail dip. Tee was excellent and made me feel welcomed immediately. I had tried this process at another salon and I found out that it was not done correctly. My friend talked me into trying it again at Fanci Nails and I’m so glad she did. They look great and match my toes!!Everything s very clean and sanitary which is very important. The pedicure chairs are new and relaxing. They also put a warm wrap around your shoulders which melts away all the tension.When all was done it was pouring down rain and Tee was quite the gentleman and walked me to my car under an umbrella!I will definitely return!!

This is the first time going and the best place I’ve ever been to. Lee was so precise and paid attention to every detail. Getting the pedicure was so relaxing I almost feel asleep. I also did the French dip which came out beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about the place. It is a little pricey but well worth it. I will be going back and most definitely recommend this place.

Not the place to go for good nail art. They say they can do, it then it looks like a toddler did the art. I would rather you tell me you can’t do it so I can pick a design I would want you to do that you are comfortable doing. Had the nail tech remove the horrible attempt at a clover off my nails and just paint them green. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Won’t be coming back here ever again.

I visit this place every 2 weeks! Its great but the one negative thing I would have to say is that the only way you accumulate points for future visits is paying cash during your current visit.. Now a days very little people carry cash. This point system should be how it was when they just opened where no matter how you paid you get points. That was a great benefit considering their prices are high and not consistent.

I was a loyal customer until today. I went recently to do a mother daughter day. The acrylic on my daughters nails was applied very thinly. They started breaking off two days after. A week in and 4 nails were broken from simple tasks like taking her clothes off. When I called I was told the manager was on vacation. I was told I could not get a refund or store credit because the policy says something else. When I threatened to share my experience online, the person to whom I spoke told me I can “do whatever you want to do mam”. That’s it! Poor customer service and a lack of regard for people. I spent $120 + tip that day between pedicures and nails!!!!!

My friend and I got SNS nails done at this location. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean and relaxing. The nails didn’t take too long and they turned out pretty amazing. I highly recommend.

My mother and I scheduled two pedicures over the phone days prior. we came in 5 minutes early in case we could be taken early. we walk in, and no one greets us. we can see that they are busy, but they looked right at us and still nothing. we check in on the ipad and wait about 5 minutes. no one has still not said a word to us. a party of 3 comes in and they get greeted right away, and walked back to get pedicures.. i walk up to someone and say we had an appt and had already checked in before them. i get an “oh” and he walks away. telling NO ONE that we are here. we wait an additional 5 minutes... it’s been 15 so far since we got there, and still not a peep. meanwhile there are kids and employees yelling every which way. i get that it’s busy and you have clients waiting a lot longer than us, but we made an appointment for a reason. we were not felt like a priority to this business or even as people. we will not be returning. i rather pay extra somewhere else. that sign on your door saying it’s a 5/5 establishment on google is obviously invalid.

Two days in a row I’ve been trying to get a pedicure and a manicure. Each time I waited for 10 minutes to only after be told that it will be a 15 minute wait. After literally standing there for 10 minutes. I mean is that a total wait? Super disappointed. I thought was really happy with this nail salon… Every time I go I tip 30%. Unfortunately due to the man who turned me away TWICE, I won’t be back. He literally argued with me about how there was nothing he could do, but yet I had walked in with two young girls that he took precedence over me. That was also disappointing, because I’m a returning customer.. this was the girls’ first time. The tone on this gentleman was also off. I went across the street to Kathy’s Nail Salon in hunt club and was seen right away.

Was greeted by a nice lady as soon as I walked in. Had no wait at all walked right to the pedicure massage Chair. The foot scrub is great along with the hot towel. Prices are very reasonable definitely recommend.

Service was good but they sneak in charges that you didnt ask for also dont inform you of charges of services. Wont be back but quality was great, lesson learned.

Ive gotten my nails done here twice, once for a full set and then once for a fill. When I got my nails filled, I had a small issue with the sides of a couple nails not being completely painted but it was fixed right away and now they look great. It is a little pricier if you want a design or special shape but compared to other salons Ive been to, the nails wind up looking much better and it usually isnt more than a couple dollars more expensive.

I needed my eyebrows done in a rush, so I wasnt able to go to my usual place in Ocoee, and Im SO glad!! I literally walked in about 10mins. to closing and was greeted warmly. The floor was just mopped and Le walked me back to the waxing room arm in arm so I wouldnt fall. She was SO sweet and wished me luck on my interview tomorrow. I went to Fancy Nails for the first time today and Kathy did an outstanding job on my French dip powder. Im very particular about keeping my nails looking as natural as possible & would highly recommend them to anyone. Im glad I gave them a try and will be back again soon.

I did not have an appointment so I went in and asked how long the wait was. I was told 20 minutes. An hour later me and the lady next to me had our feet in stone cold water still waiting. She got up to leave and they came running back and told her it would just be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later they started on my toes and she left. They rushed thru my pedicure and I had to tell the lady several times to not be so rough. They also reuse tools. They advertise using new tools on everyone but in fact they take them to the back room and just put them back in the plastic. The new tools they used on me had dirt inside the packaging and then the next lady they started on they used the same packet on, they just took all the tools to the back room and put them back inside first. I saw them rewrap buffing pads and tools. While my toes were drying the lady next to me had to tell them multiple times to not be so rough. This place is awful. I will never go back

I visit this salon on two different occasions. Each time someone else came with me & we left not feeling satisfied. The first time I had got a pedicure and full set. I got a complete pedicure before my sister was even put in a chair to get her nails done, which was the only thing she wanted done. Then when getting her design, the person didnt even get the design close to what she wanted. Had to call someone else over to fix it. A few weeks later I returned again to give it another try & yet again wasnt happy. Tho the very young guy, still in his teens (didnt get his name but he was great & very polite) did a good job, I still wasnt happy with my experience. This time my cousin came with me & she was moved to THREE different chairs. The first person doing her nails didnt even know how to make the arch between the pink & white. To make it worse the nail artist somehow even super glued her finger to my cousins. This time I asked for brow waxing while getting my pedicure & again when getting my nails done but by the time they got done with my nails I just wanted out of there. My cousin also asked for stones on her nails, which didnt happen either. Sadly, I wont be returning to this salon. Its a shame & even while in the salon & expressing how unhappy we was all we got was a sorry. Hopefully they will fix theses issues for their future guest.

My first visit today. I absolutely loved it! Very professional, clean and relaxing environment. Great customer service. Definitely will go back!

Very good pedicure. Had the tools in sterile packages. Not sure if they recycle toe spacers, I think she put them back in drawer. And they can be a little too aggressive on toes. Otherwise, the best pedicure Ive had in a long time.* Update * They have you sign a Covid-19 waiver then seat you directly next to Two others ppl while getting your nails. If I have to sign a waiver there needs to be social distancing between stations.

I am currently waiting for my nails to dry as I’m writing this. I couldn’t wait to express how awesome Jessie was doing my nails. Although I felt a lil rushed he was very precise and fantastic when it came to shaping my nails. At no point did I have to tell him to fix anything. He also kept asking for my opinion throughout the whole process. This was my first time here and will continue to come!

Good service! I have been going here for and love their pedicure. Bau did a great job with my pedicure.

Customer service is great, very clean and no high smell of chemicals. Offers design ideas, did my nails in a timely manner, was very gentle...definitely will visit again.

I loved this place, clean and very professional. Staff was really nice. I will definitely be coming back. Great place to relax, and unwind.
