I went in today with my sister and we both left with horrible nails i got acrylic nails asking for lavender powder with a 3D white flower they did not have lavender made me trust them they did i ended up with a color that didnt even match the example they have at all! not only that but i think the boss or one of the workers that usually greets everyone came to my face and had an attitude and was completely rude saying its lavender when it definitely wasnt i was calm and told her that color wasnt correct she then told me you take the color or you get no nails the color i ended up choosing looked light on the example and turned out a whole different color not only that but they made me believe they could do the design i left with stickers as a design? the filling was horrible too and the lady that did my nails looked very un experienced my nails are crooked she messed up her needs multiple times my nails look like theyre un finished i had such a horrible experience i was charged 65$ for my horrible acrylic nails and toes done the lavender with 3D flower is what i wanted and instead got a pink and stickers My sisters filling was horrible and they didnt even have the correct colors

One of the best places in apopka and around to get a pedicure. They never rush no matter how busy they are. The establishment is very clean and the ladies are always professional abd polite. This is our new favorite place. I highly recommend an appointment. You can easily make an appointment online and they even have a loyalty program. Check them out!!

It’s only been a week & my manicure “Deep Powder” is already chipping off. How? Because my nail tech first off didn’t remove all my previous nail powder from before & decided to just use the drill. Which burned on my nail. Only coated it once. Why such a rush? You had people waiting but you’re sopuse to take care of those who you have in your chair! Not only that but the manager/owner the one who’s always greeting & sits in the first chair. Decided to yell at my sister “choose a color or get no nails” because she was requesting a color that’s in there “color showing” that they give you to look for a color but yet when she asked for it they would give her a whole different kind of shade. Very disappointed at this place!!

Henny did my nails and I just love her. She listened to exactly what I wanted and doesn’t try to push what she wants on you. I am about to move an hour away and I will still make the drive every 3 weeks to her because she is that awesome 💝

I paid $55 for a set of acrylic nails with gel polish. They were really thick, and I had two pop off within a week of getting them done. I also had one completely rip my finger nail off. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

It was very clean and relaxing. Only downside is they use old nail polish that chips the next week. The polish is dry and old.

My niece and I came here for a special treat and were both left very disappointed. We started with the intention to both get manicures (her a full set, me a gel) and possibly pedicures but both of our manicures were so bad that we just left. My manicurist was nice but didnt stay in the lines and left my hands feeling rough and unfinished. My niece asked for matte but didnt receive it and also ended up with rough, chipped nails. In the end we simply left and will go to a different salon to finish the job.Very disappointing.Oh - the staff dont wear masks until theyre in front of customers. Proceed with caution. Eek.

If I could give them a below one star I would. I went in for a powder gel manicure. First of all I know there is a language barrier because all of the nail techs spoke was Vietnamese. This is the VERY WORST manicure, I would not even call it a manicure, I have ever had. DO NOT waste your money.....like I did. The punch line, I used my credit card and the receipt showed only the total with tip which came to $72.00, what a joke on me. Never again.

I just got my nails done 3 days ago and my nails have already started to pop off. The lady that did my nails did not do a good job. She did not do them how I wanted them to be done and I had to correct her multiple times and her license to do nails was expired. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Very disappointed. Staff was not friendly, literally just a price tag when you go in. Lady who did my nails, I tried speaking and having a conversation but would ignore me. Asked her just to take the powder (sns) that I had off. I left with the powder still left on my nails partially and she filed my nails crooked. Just very upset. Not going back again and I don’t recommend.

The salon looked very bleak and stark. I believe it is in the middle of a remodel but it didnt look very inviting, especially with the Exit sign dangling from the ceiling. Temperature was very warm inside the salon. Hanny ran my water and then laughed at me when I said it was too hot. She also laughed at me when she hurt me by digging into my toenail. Hanny also shut off my daughters massage chair because it was too loud. No thanks, I wont ever be coming back.

Tried dip for the first time and it came out worse than I expected. Messed up the dip on my pointer finger nail up and tried to say it was just the color. She had actually filed it down too far and the nail was showing through. When I asked her to fix it she huffed and put more polish on it then threw my hand back at me. Asked her to keep my natural nails long and she ended up filing them all the way down. I had to clean off all the mess she made when I got home because my hands were covered in missed polish and powder. Will not be returning. Not worth the time and money.

I go with my partner in crime and we both love this place. We arrived 15 min before our appointments and they took us right away. Best leg massage, clean and alk are so friendly even though we are partial to Tina.

The WORST experience Ive ever had! I brought my sister and 3 nieces in for pedicures and full set of dip for me. The pedicures were rushed, which made no sense since we were the only ones there (should have been a sign), they made my niece bleed and my nails were AWFUL. Argued about what polish I wanted, (arent I the customer??) so nasty that I gave in to what she was demanding just so I could get out of there. Polish came off by day 2! Nails are uneven, lopsided and polish is cheap. I will NEVER step foot in this store again, they are rude, pushy and could care less about what you want.

Very friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. I would return any day of the year for a pedicure + sand scrub.

It could be the worst place Ive ever been. Bad attention! Call to ask the cost of a manicure they said 14 us, at the time of paying the same girl who attended me charged me 25 us. I had to leave but nevertheless call the site to speak with the manager the answer was HE IS NOT HERE I DO NOT KNOW WHEN HE COMES. The lady hung up the phone, tried to call 3 more times and always hung me and spoke supremely rude mind especially one of their employees, her name is AMY. I do not recommend this site. I felt stolen.

Went there a week ago I wanted a full set acrylic. Nail tech talked me into the dip powder which was $15 more than the acrylic saying it will last 3 weeks.. it did not my nails fell off very easily within a week. Also as I was getting them done I felt very rushed because another customer was complaining and was waiting for the lady that was doing my nails to fix her pedicure. Will never be back. Youve lost my business.

They need to work on their customer service. I call ahead every time I go in, they tell me Oh no wait, come in, come in. When I get there it never fails I always wait close to an hour, hour and a half. The first time I went almost 2 months ago my nails were absolutely flawless, but as the months go on my nails start looking worse and worse. They are covered in bubbles and the guy messed them up while putting the clear coat on, so instead of redoing the color he just flattened the paint back out with the clear coat brush and it looks absolutely terrible. They are also not very friendly with children at all!

Awful. I made an appointment for my family and told them we would be in a hurry. Of course we get there and have to wait. And wait. I realize this is typical of nail salons but it still annoyed me. Finally they started working on us. It wasnt especially hygienic in there. I wasnt sure if our tubs were clean and I spoke up and of course they said it was clean. When my son got out all they did was rinse it and then another lady put her feet in. No cleaner.When I went to pay they overcharged me for what I was told on the phone. When I tried to argue they lied about who I spoke with the night before and then told me I misunderstood.All of our nails look amateur hour. Anyway, never again. Not sure how they win awards or stay in business.

I won’t be going here again. They basically force you to upgrade whatever you asked for. I got gel on my nails and after 5 days the clear coat chipped off. Not worth the money for the service you get.
