I found me a new go to spot ! The customer service was great from calling in to ask for availability and was able to get an appointment within the hour. Receptionist (I’m convinced she’s the owner) remembered my voice .. Hong took her time with these paws and made sure I got the right shade of purple on my nails .. without attitude .. the theme is relaxing and thank you for offering a beverage . Would’ve fell asleep while getting my pedicure I had company with me getting a pedi as well .

This is a great salon. They did an excellent job on both my pedicure and my acrylic nails. They serve beer and wine and the tropical atmosphere is very relaxing. I would have given them 5 stars except for their appointment booking process. When I called the young girl couldnt hear me and wanted to text me, which was fine but not really helpful. I called because I was going to be late and wanted to reschedule, she couldnt hear so she texted me to cancel but didnt help me to reschedule. The online booking platform Booksy cant actually confirm the appointment until the salon gets around to confirming it and they do not remove appointment times if they are already booked so you have to select another time and wait to see if it was booked back and forth. All in all, its too much effort when there are so many salons in the area.

I actually love this place. I went one time a few days ago and had a great experience. Everyone was kind and friendly, they stay true to appointments, and they give you free drinks. They also did a great job on my nails. I will be coming back again !!!

This place is so good. They serve drinks and if your an adult they serve alcohol. They also do hot rocks they feel sooooooo good❤️❤️❤️ love this place❤️

This is so sad i never ever complain but these nails were so horrendous that i had the write my first ever bad review, this are literally the ugliest nails ive ever had, i paid 66$ for absolute garbage, even after i told my nail lady they were streaky and uneven she still let me walk out the door. ridiculous.

Highly satisfied. Nicky will be my nail tech from here on out. She did exactly what I asked of her and she was very communicable and relatable. She dealt very gracefully with my preferences and was very patient with me. Although I did not partake, they do serve beer and wine for those who choose to relax and sip while being pampered. The atmosphere is very fun and welcoming. The pedi chairs and overall look could use an update, but thats all superficial to me. 😊

Lied to about prices, gave horrible quality gel nails and told me they wouldnt come off and they did in a week. Asked about how to go about removal once they grew out and was told about have them filled not removed. Answered all of my questions poorly. Stagg wasnt that nice either and when I mentioned I got lied to about the price they didnt care. I got charged double what I was told. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service would never recommend or return. Dont waste time or money.

I had high expectations due to a high Google rating. Customer service from the check in/ front desk was great! They do take your temperature and sanitize hands but unfortunately it was not the cleanest place. They did not have Liners for pedicure basin, seats were worn out and remote for massage chair was unreadable. My pedicure chipped less than a week later and heels were still rough. I did the dip on my nails and it looks just ok.

Paid 100$ in one week, for my nails to get done twice to still have an issue and need to get them done again! In another week.i have the dip nails and everyone who uses them knows they last for 2-3 weeks. Instead of paying 150$ I was hoping they would make it right but they were very unprofessional and made me feel like it was my fault... I chose it was worth paying for my nails to get done again somewhere else in two weeks then to get them done comped here... it wasn’t worth the hassle, and at this point I don’t trust I wouldn’t have another issue with my nails.Wouldn’t suggest going here

Love this salon. The decor is so tropical and relaxing. Everyone is super nice. Misty did SNS Dip on my nails. It was the first time having this done. She was very nice to chat with, and she did a fabulous job. I don’t get my nails done regularly, it’s more of a once in awhile treat. I will definitely be going back. 🤗

I have been going to Bahama Nails for a few years now. I love the atmosphere at both locations. The spa is amazing at the Altamonte location. You can call either location to make an appointment at either location. You can bring in a design that you would like on your nails and they will see what they can do. Never an exact match but the idea is in place.

After having had a horrible experience in another nail salon, my friend recommended Bahama and the experience could not have been better, from the moment I called to see if they could help me and make me the design I wanted until the moment I left was wonderful. Nicky fix my horrible nail job, gave me the shape I wanted and the design came out so beautifully. Bahama Nails is definitely my forever Nail salon !!!!

Horrible. Staff are very inexperienced. Couldnt even do ombre!!!! Not enough staff. Had to rotate me and my friend between one technician.Ran out of diamonds for my nails.. Had to settle for different ones in the middle of them being already put on!They also messed up my nail. Had to wipe it off with acetone and then redo it. It was the nail with the diamonds.Not to mention, STILL charged me $40!!!Will NOT be returning. And will NEVER recommend this place.

I’m visiting FL from NYC. I didn’t get any service done here after finding out the price of a regular mani/pedi is $41. That’s higher than I pay on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. I walked right out. Also note, I didn’t see anything spectacular about the salon soooo don’t get what the up-charge is about.
