First time here and I loved it. Has great relaxing instrumental music playing. Ana did a great job. I love how natural she made my nails look with the powder dip. She did them thin but strong and was gentle. Thank you! Ill be coming back for sure :)

The pictures attached is what I recieved, what I asked for and what I did myself at my house. I think I did a better job then the actual guy that did my nails. I will never step foot in this scamed salon ever again. I would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to charge me $5 to shape my nails, $5 to make them longer, $5 dollars for different colors, & $5 additional for matte. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and I’ve never been to a salon who charged extra for every detail of the acrylics.

I went today and got a SNS dip pink and white. I don’t really have any bad to say but the service was not the best. Not welcoming at all, almost like a burden I was there. The price for the service I got is $10 more than 3 other salons I go to and checked on. The end product was fine; just service not friendly and it’s over priced. If I was offered a drink even water, or had friendly service, the over pricing might be okay.

All I can say is WOW. An amazing job. So nice. So patient. Awesome attention to detail. Make an appointment because they are busy! Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

THIS NAIL SALON !!!!! I was in the area visiting family, and my cousins and I made an appointment and got our nails done. We were ALL very happy with the outcome. Speaking for myself, I NEVER have luck with nails. I am never satisfied and they never give me the “natural” look that I want. They ALWAYS look extremely fake and look way too big for my fingers. I’m always disappointed when I leave, and the money I spend makes it worse. The lady who did my nails took her time, made SURE I was happy with my nails, and actually held a conversation with me. She was the sweetest. Most times when I get my nails done, whoever does them seems like they’re in a hurry, and seem to get annoyed when I try and have a conversation with them or if I point something out that I am unhappy with?? I am so happy I stopped here, the salon is adorable and anyone I interacted with was extremely welcoming and happy to see me. Thank you so much !!! 10/10 recommend. I am in LOVE with my nails 💅🏼 💘

I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of service I received during my visit! I’ve been looking for a nail salon to start going to, and I think I can confidently say I will be a regular here! I called in the morning and was able to make an appointment for the afternoon and get seated in a chair as soon as I walked in the door. Very surprising! I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. Both services were completed with such care! My tech was consistently checking on me to make sure I was okay and to make sure everything was to my liking. I’m obsessed with my manicure! I can’t wait to show everyone my nails. Also the salon is SO peaceful/calm, plus very very clean. With all the COVID-19 precautions they take I felt very very safe. I will be back again and again.

It was my first time here and I had a good experience. The young lady in charge of me did an amazing job and she was very careful. She asked me if my nails were looking okay every so often. She took her time and was not in a rush. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went to look for my colors she then asked if these were okay which I am thankful for because I have a hard time matching the colors. Overall, it was a good place and everything is clean. With COVID-19 they are keeping it under control with face coverings and shields. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because I scheduled an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes at my arrival but I was in no rush. I will be going back!

For my first time I was pleased. I liked that I didnt have to wait long for someone to be available to do my full set. The guy nicked me a couple times on my thumbs and they started bleeding. But it happens. I will be coming back in the future though

My 1st and last visit. My appointment started 20 mins late without an acknowledgement or ownership of the tardiness. I was quoted a price w/o an explanation of the services that I was paying for. When I asked questions- no direct answers.The gentleman that was attending to me gave me such an attitude that I told him I only wanted a manicure (I really wanted to leave), he got upset and began to say” I don’t know why you change your mind blah blah 😒 “. I explained that it was my 1st experience and I felt uncomfortable. There was unnecessary tension and I can’t get my questions answered. I really wanted to like this place but it isn’t for me. I’m happy to anyone who gets good services here.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Ive been coming here since first moving to FL in December and they have always done such an amazing job! I usually have Scott do my nails and he is awesome and very nice! Well to be honest every one is is super nice. They always offer water to every client! I have yet to be disappointed with them.If you have little ones the also have the cutest little pedicure chair for them.Definitely would recommend them to anyone and I repeatedly do so on facebook!

This was so amazing! Not only were they such nice and friendly people they took their time and did such a beautiful job! My hand shakes a little and the man who did them held it so gently, but firmly, plus massaged my hands! The lady who did my pedicure gave the best massage on my legs and feet! I love these people!

I love this place it’s amazing! I’ve come for about a year. When the pandemic started I was looking for a clean and safe nail salon and this place was it. Everyone there is very nice and does an excellent job. They do any kind of nails and designs. Scott always does my favorite nails so definitely call and make an appointment with him. I never go anywhere else! I love it!!!

I will write this review at the expense of sounding like a total Karen. This salon is a complete hit or miss. I can only speak on the nail artists, I have never gotten a pedicure here. I’ve been going to the salon for about six months now since moving to the area and while it is the best one that I have tried around me, it can be incredibly frustrating. Sometimes I leave absolutely loving the set of nails I just got; The shape will be great, no flaws in the polish, and they were done with great attention to detail. But with one particular artist that I have continuously gotten recently, I never leave pleased. He rushes through and doesn’t pay attention to details, so I end up with a lot of texture in the acrylic and the polish. The shaping is hardly right, I have to ask him to fix things throughout the appointment, but he does not take the communication very well so he rarely understands what I’m trying to get across. So I just have to give up and swallow it. It sounds like I am being way too picky, and I can agree, but I have had great sets come out of the salon so I expect the same every time I go. The consistency is just off so I think that can be improved upon. If you take your set of nails seriously like I do, just be aware that there might be flaws.

Very unprofessional with poor technique. I told them I was unhappy with my nails, the dip powder was extremely grainy and sloppy. Made an appointment to redo the next day, and they gave me a hard time about them and proceeded to tell me to wait . Did nothing to appease the situation, so I stepped out without having my nails redone. I spent $100 for nails that look horrendous. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed

I found this place for my girlfriend, I wanted to pay for her to get a new set of acrylics before we went out for the night, and she was beyond happy and showed off her nails to pretty much anyone we saw haha, you don’t need to go anywhere else for nails

If you’re not getting gel don’t even think about looking their way. My fingers are all cut up, let’s just start with that. I paid $50 for something I could’ve did myself, for Mother’s Day weekend on top of that. I feel like since I didn’t want to do gel the job was done horribly on purpose, everytime I asked about something it was “idk I can’t do it unless you use gel” “we can only do that if you use gel” “I don’t know how to do designs unless I’m using gel” . Definitely not enough paint options. I feel like I was getting charged $5 a question. The corners of my nail are green, that’s it, that’s all I got and that was considered a $10 design. I’ve never felt so gotten for my money in my life. I paid gel prices for acrylics & they were hideous. I’ve never been so disappointed with my nails.

If you don’t make an appointment don’t come here! I read reviews and decided to give them a try. As soon as I came in the door was asked if I had an appointment. When I said no I was sent away. Horrible customer service. Will never come here again.

Put the wrong color on, fixed it, but then filed down my nails so many times that it was back to the lighter color. After I left the salon I realized it was filed down so many times because there was dust particles or something in my nails and I believe the technician was trying to get rid of it. I couldn’t tell at the salon because of the lighting and dust with the filing as well as the plexiglass so I saw it once I got home. The technician kept asking if the color was ok, which I accepted it was a bit different than I wanted and that was ok, but it was frustrating to get home and see all the dust particles or whatever it was and there was no mention of that when I was sent on my way and asked to pay full price.

Selena was very professional and did a very good job with my manicure. Will have her again!!!

I want to start off by saying I would not recommend this nail salon to any of my family and friends. I got my nails done here around 3 weeks ago and the guy who did it did it fast and didn’t even pay attention to what I wanted because the shaping was all off on my nails. When I had someone else remove the acrylic nails off, it was so difficult to do so and the acrylic nails were so sticky and gooey. The acrylic nails were sticking to the persons gloves and her nail tools she was trying to use to take off the things. It was so horrible. One of my nails even got a fungus on it, I have a picture of it as well and I’m extremely upset. The tools they are using should be cleaned all the time. I would never go back here again!

Recently moved to the area and discovered this nail salon. I have been 3 times so far with different technicians and each experience was great. Today I had a pedi/mani from Kent and he literally put me to sleep with his amazing leg and foot massage. I really like that they have website that you can schedule appointments and they confirm quickly. If you are in the area I highly recommend this nail salon!

Needed my nails done ASAP since they were past overdue and grown out a lot. Got a gel manicure and couldnt be happier. The girl who did my nails there really paid attention to what I wanted and Im so happy with how it turned out! Would come here again!

I have been here 3 times in the last couple months. I tried out based on the good reviews and it’s very close to home. I have tried a couple other nail salons in the area and was not impressed. First, this salon is CLEAN, which is huge for me, being a nurse. Next, they are meticulous and really take their time with manicures and pedicures. I have always done gel nails until I came here, they explained the benefits of SNS/dip, and I have been very happy with the manicures which last easily 3 weeks if you choose. The last time I went, they were very busy with a group and the wait ended up being longer then they had stated. They gave me $5 off and then the owner Scott came and apologized and gave me a $10 gift card! I will always support a local business, especially one that has this excellent customer service and professionalism!

I love this salon! My technician spent so much time making sure my nails were shaped perfectly. I had a nail that got glued on crooked the first time and without me having to say anything she took it off and put a new one on. I just love the quality of this salon and I did not feel rushed at all even though I came later in the day when it was close to closing time. I will definitely be combing back here!!’

Its been over two weeks and both my gel manicure AND regular polish pedicure look perfect still. The prices cant be beat and I was impressed with their color selection, service, and aaaamazing foot massage that came with the pedicure.

I went to this nail salon today for the first time....OMG I love everything about it customer service super sweet and friendly great prices I got a white and pink Ombre which I fell in love with my tech was Scott and he was so sweet and so professional I was impressed with his skills and Ive been doing my nail for over 25 years.

Ive never left a review for a nail salon but after today, I had to. This was the first time Ive been to an affordable nail salon that felt like a spa. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The environment is quiet, clean and very relaxing. I got a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. Each service came with a massage. I was blown away with their attention to detail. They truly care about their customers. Im done shopping around, this is my new place.

Mary was excellent...the spa is clean, orderly, and well managed.They allow internet booking for appointments which was super easy to use.You receive a text confirmation.As soon as I arrived, I was ushered to a great massage chair.Loved my services...very worth it!Prices are similar to other similar facilities.

My daughter and I have been coming here for a couple of years regularly. The customer service is really good and it is always nice and clean.

I came to visit my girlfriend who lives in Apopka and she decided it would be really cool if we both went together to get a pedicure to this place that she regularly goes to. I’ve never had my nails done cause I thought it would be weird for a guy to go get his nails done. I was completely wrong. This was one of the most awesome experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, it’s very relaxing there and the whole environment is very soothing for anyone who visits. The female nail technician that did my toes was really nice and polite. We spent a whole hour talking about stuff and her massage skills where hands down amazing! After I finished my pedicure, I felt as if my toes where in heaven. IT WAS THAT GOOD! I’m definitely coming back again.

I go to Scott to get my nails done. Been his customer for about 4 years now. He moved from Ocoee to this location and I followed him. His work is amazing. Never fails. Highly recommend him and his staff.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon around the area since I’ve moved to here a few months ago. I’m very particular about how I want my nails done and this place does them so well. I came for a manicure/pedicure and I could tell that they really know what they’re doing. I was very satisfied when I was finished. The workers were also very friendly and I’m now coming here regularly.

I had been looking for a new place to get my manicures 💅and pedicures. My first visit was on New Years Day and was (kinda) expecting the staff to be not so happy about working this day. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I got the nicest young lady.Her name is Mary, and she is fantastic! Her attention to detail as well as my satisfaction was refreshing. She kept checking in asking me if I was pleased with everything so far. Nice!The place is clean, they have an excellent selection of polishes. I get what they call “shellacking” (sp?) on my nails. And the fee was $25, very competitive with everyone else. They except walkins as well as appointments. Definitely found my new place to get mani/pedi’s. You should try it out, you won’t be sorry!Ask for Mary. 🤩

We recently moved from Oviedo and after trying several nail salons in the Apopka area, I finally found the one!! The staff is very sweet, the salon is clean and my nails look great!!

I wish the tools were sterilized better but the service and experience was outstanding.

Lannan took her TIME. She seems like a perfectionist as I am. So I appreciate her not just slapping something together. Will def be back!!

Hello fellow nail goers, I am leaving this review of A Nails & Spa because I thought the entire experience was simply amazing! The staff was great and friendly and the service was superb. I received both manicure and a pedicure from this establishment and I must say both procedures greatly helped me get over me crippling insecurities. The manicure was objectively the hardest on the faithful and kind employees because they had to declaw my velociraptor like talons that I call my nails. Even though it was stressful for the workers and I’m pretty sure they lost an employee to exhaustion my formerly dinosaur like hands looked incredible and I was flexing on the normal handed people as I left the store. Now onto my pedicure, before I entered the establishment I could only describe my feet as that of a lonely cave witch with dropped her cauldron on her entire leg. It’s ok I’m ugly and proud. The procedure to fix my feet was a daunting one for their loyal and dedicated employees but with a lot of elbow grease and a little black magic the pedicure was done. After the pedicure treatment I must say I left the salon looking like one of those foot models you see on magazines in the flip flops section... I wonder what their faces look like... Anyways what I’m trying to say was my feet looked very nice. In conclusion i not only left the salon with incredibly beautiful hands and feet, I left with a newfound hope that cured my depression and reignited my hopes to be a writer. Overall it was a 5/5 experience and I would highly recommend visiting this place trust me it will make you ascend to a higher plane.
