They are very friendly here and do good work (I get a pedicure).

I got my acrylic nails done here today and I wasn’t satisfied with the result they turned out all deformed longer on one side and crooked 😡😡😡 and they ripped part of my skinEdit the yellow ones were done here too and a few hrs after we got home these little black dots started to appear you could barely see them in the photo but they look soooo much worse in person and the are not dirty I cleaned them scrubbed them it looks like the dots are under the polish it started out with the thumb nails now all of them have them dots

My gel sculpted nails always last FOREVER when I get them done here. One pleasant lady in particular always gets the shape just right. SHE even remembered my preference after only 2 overdue visits (like I said, they last FOREVER! ), but they all have always made sure I was satisfied with each step of the process before moving on to the next. Decent prices and great work! Also- they are nice about fitting clients in at the end of the day which is convenient for my schedule. Might be quicker than usual at the end of the day, but thats perfectly understandable!

Take the time with clients. They are very good.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Unprofessional and money hungry. I got a full set here and my nails came off within a week. Horrible service. One customer came back in after just getting her nails done to get her nails redone so the lady doing my nails started rushing and doing a horrible job with my nails. They also charge extra for everything and do horrible work! Will not return!

Lady did a terrible job at doing my nails! At first I requested gel nails which for some reason always confuses workers at nail salons according to my experiences. Gel nails are not done with powder and Im not referring to gel polish!As she is communicating with the other lady in their language, she finally goes and pulls out a container with this substance that appeared gel-like which she proceeds to pour a liquid into and mix.As shes doing my nails, I noticed that she dips her brush in the powder container (acrylic). Im already agitated at this point and I just let her continue.I realized later on that many of my nails were not smooth, its as if there were ridges in them.My total was $75! Nails were $45 ! Pedicure $25 (French) and the additional $5 was the tip.Fast forward 18 days later, my nails are already breaking and coming off! 😡When I called to inform them, lady asked how many of my nails came off and that theyll redo them. In my opinion, if my nails are falling apart less than 3 weeks after having them done then maam I deserve a new set.I decided to not bother with them ever again! This was the lady seated to the left on the second or third table as you enter the establishment.

Since Tony and Cindy took over this Spa about a year ago it has come a long way! Under the previous administration, this place was pathetic, it was nasty, unorganized, and roach-infested. Now you go in and its a more pleasant atmosphere everything is clean and the roach issue has come under control. Tony and Cindy or a fabulous couple always with a smile and greet you well each time you walk in. They do their job with excellence. Well they may not be perfect and while their business may be judged by the wrong actions of their employees we cannot judge a business based on just one experience. One bad review maybe your great review. Ive been with Tony and Cindy for many years now. And I followed them to this new location from the previous one they both worked at. They took this location over and flipped it upside down. Give them a try and judge for yourself.

I waited 40 mins to get my nails done soon as I sit down the male nail tech asks me what design I would like I explained it to him because I’ve gotten it done up there before he kept repeating for me to go to the manager & “ask about that” & to wait on her mind you she has at least two other cx waiting on her she tells him she’s busy while I’m explaining to her the simple clear & pink acrylic nails I wanted no paint he walks away & out the back door didn’t say one moment is there another style you’d like nothing I felt as if that was very rude he acted so polite to the Caucasian lady before me and when I sat down he gave me a reason to be distracted so he could leave very rude & the manager didn’t say anything something told me not to go up there

Amazing, my mom my sisters and I have been going there for years. The inlu complaint i have is the older lady with pedicures, she often cuts me. But other than that excellent place ! Very nice people

They are just walking around not giving customers attendance and are being insulting, not caring and laughing at others, been waiting for at least 2 hours when I had a wedding to attend

These so called gel nails jacked up asked these mkers to fix it. Im paying for this and this is not what I ask for, they sit me down and have me wait another hour. Wow will not be back. Another bites the dusk. Sad, POOR SERVICE!! SMH

Horrible customer service. I went in with a pic of how I wanted my nails they told me they cant do that because its 4 colors on 1 nail um what! I wanted to leave but my feet was already in water so I stayed because it was a ME TIME day and I was not going to let them ruin it for me so I chose another color and design I waited over 30mins just to get my feet done then when doing my nails I am asking questions about what type of diamonds or nail pearls you have the guy act like he didnt want to talk but his cellphone was ringing back to back and he kept stopping to answer it he even stopped doing my nails to call someone Im looking like I dont want to be in here all dang day I walked in at 3 left at 6pm 3 long hrs thats crazy. It really only takes about 30 mins to do feet and like 35 mins for nails and then less than 5mins to do eye brows and like 20 mins to dry nails etc so I should been in and out in 1 hr and 30 mins but they was moving all slow it took forever for my turn to come and then when I do get in chair for nails dude all on his phone they whole time keep on stopping then when he polished my nails he got polish all on the sides of my finger on every finger Im like he not evening trying to polish neatly then he gets a brush with polish remove and clean up the sides but all that should have not happened anyways IJS then I wanted a silver glittery nail so I asked him I said is it best to paint nail silver then add the glitter polish so it can be more bold he strugged his shoulders like I dont know then puts 3 diff glittery polishes on the table like which one I made him polish and take off until I liked one of em the nerve of this dude and on top of all that my cuticle on 1 lil finger was pulled up because he pushed my cuticles back so I asked him can be cut the cuticle skin off he said NO cause that would cost more 1st of I didnt ask how much it cost I got money dude it should be more than a $1 to cut it from one finger he didnt do it I was so upset I am never going back. I been going there for years never seen those people before then I find out USNAILS has new owners that explains everything yall new owners suck!!

Don’t waste your time it took 2 hours to do a repaint and diamonds which fell off while I was paying . And costs $20 . No fill just paint . Extremely frustrated and wish I had the time to let them fix their mistakes . Please ladies don’t waste your time or money

Horrible nails !! The guy pulled my skin back and didnt ask me what shape nails I wanted, he just did anything to my nails I complained and they didnt redo them and still charged me !!!!! -0 on this place !!!!! They dont care . Only about money not costumer service !! Will never go back
