I got the worst hair cut and dye of my whole life!!! Very very very un-satisfied. They’re also irresponsible because they’ve not provided any phone number in their website. Just don’t take any risk to do any kind of haircut with them.

Im so happy with my new haircut! I was nervous at first, because Id had the same hair dresser for 20 years. A colleague recommended Charismatic Salon. Ruben was so nice and didnt rush me at all. Theyre prices are also very reasonable! I will definitely be going back!

They destroyed my hair. I asked for a simple all over color with lowlights. Spent over 4 hours coloring my hair 3 different times and there are STILL splotches of my original hair color (not even close to the color I had dyed to). They gave me highlights instead of lowlights AND my hair was cut unevenly. (About a half inch shorter on my left side.) They said I could come back if I didnt like my hair but I would never trust them with my hair again. Its chemically burned. He was working on 2 other peoples hair while letting my hair color burn in the sink. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Cristina and Ruben are both so great - they do an amazing job with cut and color for all hair styles. They also have flexible schedules and hours, you can book online, and theyre very reasonably priced for what a great job they do

I have tried several salons in Cary and Apex and decided to try once more for the cut I wanted. Rubin did an outstanding job!! I received the best haircut Ive ever had. He completely understood what I wanted, was careful to refer to the picture I brought with me. He is a true artist. So happy I finally found someone who is a true professional! Oh, and the price.....lets just say, he deserves more !! You wont be disappointed.

Great inexpensive place to get your hair done. I went to Christine, and she cut my hair beautifully. It is easy to style, and I am so pleased. My child sees Reuben, and she is always happy with her cut. I would highly recommend this salon for the whole family. Just an overall wonderful place.

Went in for front bangs, took 20mins and it only cost me $5. Great cut, and great experience. I would highly recommend going to this salon. I will definitely continue to get my hair cut there.

Excellent haircuts color and blow outs. And the prices are very reasonable. I have been to very pricey salons before this one, and i will not leave Charismatic - this place is great. I have very thick frizzy hair, Christine does my hair perfect every time. I have been going here for 2 years and highly recommend.

A great haircut at an honest price. You can usually schedule same day if you book in the morning, but they are consistently busy, so its best to book a couple days ahead of time. Charismatic is definitely a bit of a secret around town. Its cheaper than the franchise stores (at least for men), and they give a much better haircut!

Best salon I have tried since moving from DC suburbs to NC 2 years ago. I highly recommend Ruben. He is fast, yet excellent. Best haircut you will find for less than $100 in Wake county.

Ruben is great - fast but does excellent job. Great with kids too - my 5 years old refuses to go anywhere but @ Rubens. When I visit Charismatic Salon my hair is in great share for a longer time.

Ruben is amazing. He did a thorough wash, comb, cut (layer/dead ends), bangs, and blow out in 30 mins! $35 and I left a $5 tip. Hes incredible. Just let him know what you want and hell handle it.

The worst cut and color ever. I walked in looking better than I left. Not what I asked for notr was it delivered. I had to live with bad hair until it grows out. Had to get a corrected cut and New color. The stylist didnt return my calls. Not what I expect from someone with 20 years of experience.

I went there for the first time recently and was very disappointed with the service I received, especially after hearing so many good things about this salon. The woman who cut my hair was clearly very anxious to leave and rushed through my cut. It was clear she didnt understand what I wanted (and shouldve asked for more clarification) - I ended up going home and trimming my bangs myself! Disappointed.

Inexperienced stylist, I asked for a styled trim, even showed a pic of what i wanted, I thought we communicated, and they said yes they could cut my hair like the pic. Well it was cut way to shot in the back, my low lights turned my hair dark, dark brown all over not just sectional! I was never shown the back of my hair, after she finished it.so hopfully it will grow back,,,but i have to go to another salon to get corrections made! what a waste of time
