Cut my hair so short on the top and left the sides so long when I asked for a little trim... I look like a page boy! Luckily I got it fixed at ulta beauty in holly springs nc but it still had to be cut short. Save some time and spend a extra buck for ulta its a guy place too and its not worth dealing with this mess... all the woman that work at classic barber shop are amazing but the CEO man was jerk, that wasnt just a mistake that was 6 inches of hair that was lost

My son and I both went for a haircut. After we both waited outside for 15 minutes, they insisted my 9 year old son wait outside alone while they cut my hair. We both left immediately without a haircut.Even my 9 year old understands that you dont leave young kids outside by themselves. Never returning here again.

Any chain salon will give you the impression:”we have a late policy and we will make you wait till our stylist comes”. They give u an impression they are doing some sort of charity. Compared to them this barber shop is all someone can hope for. Call them and they will say come over. Show them a style, their stylist will give u almost same cut which you will pay 100 dollars more outside. All i can say they are good people and treats customers as customers. All i want to see when i am paying 20+ dollars for a haircut

Was there this morning and chose to take the first available chair to avoid the wait time. Mia introduced herself explained she was new to the shop and asked how I wanted my hair cut. She actually asked about several things about style and length as she moved through the process. Mia has skillz! The cut was even in length and done exactly as I wanted. She pays attention to the details others miss being in a hurry to get through the waiting customers. Definitely recommend her to anyone to get a good haircut. Classic Barbershop employs the talent to get it done right. Ask for Mia.

Always a great haircut!Tracy, Sarah and the rest of the staff are so warm and friendly. My boys and I have been going here for a better part of a year. The haircuts are great and we are now on a first name basis. Tracey always has a sports game on TV to help pass the time and he is never short of stories to share. Sarah is always so patient and easy to talk to.I always enjoy the trip to get a haircut.

Ive been here many times, and never had a bad haircut from Tracy or Sarah. I always regret trying to get a quick haircut at some chain hair-cutting place, and end up going back here the next time for a great experience. Prices are what youd pay at a chain place, but you get personalized service, hot lather neck shave, and a great haircut!Update: The newest addition to the shop, Matt, also gives a great haircut. I can highly recommend Classic Barber Shop for a great haircut!

Hands down, the BEST haircut Ive ever had in my life! I walked in and vaguely described the style I was looking for and Tracy was able to translate that into a perfect haircut. He used a straight razor to get the edges and neck. Quality and precision...Ill never go anywhere else.

I like this place. You can get a good haircut and a good price, what more is needed! Wait times are reasonable, depending on when you go. Lots of regulars, which shows that they do a good enough job thar people return often.

Well in the start this was the big pain in the neck I personally like the old navigation but now I finely got this to work it seam to be better a few more uses and I be able to tell better .Maybe they are on the right track with it .At first it was a big challenge to work It because where their setting items showed up at bottom left side of pg. it was hard to find and got on it shows so close on the edge of my phone that why its so hard to see just where and what to do they should look into moving it over a little so its more visible to all .My phone was at smallest point and still hard to see it .

This used to be a great place to go when Sarah was there and they had barbers who knew how to cut hair. Sarah has since left and the replacements leave much to be desired. Top it off with them raising prices. I wont be going back here again.

Dont believe the hype for this place. After telling the barber what I wanted he proceeded to give me an uneven fade where the bottom is somehow longer than the top and hacked away most of the hair on top of my head after I asked for half an inch off. The hair on the left side of my head is somehow longer than the hair on the right side. My barber also took out an enormous chunk from the top and tried covering it up without telling me. If youre looking for a modern day haircut, dont come here.

The haircut was fine. Dont ask for a beard trim or theyll take the whole thing and leave you uneven scruff. I didnt think leave the goatee alone was that hard to understand. Its completely ruined.

This was my first experience with the Classic Barber Shop after years of going to a chain chop shop. I was tired of the usual #2 on the side, etc., because they would be in such a hurry to get me out the door.I found the Classic Barber Shop here on Google and thought Id give it a try. Usually, Barber shops dont take cards so I called to see if they do, and yes, they take cards!Stella was my barber and did a fantastic job. She didnt rush my haircut or scalp me, but took her time and did it right, even down to the neck shave. Will make it my destination every three weeks from now on...

My husband took my son to get his hair cut here. He brought in a picture and physically showed her how long he wanted the top to be. My son walked out of there with nothing close to what he had asked for and his hair so short we can’t correct it. The woman also wasn’t very kid friendly and even though she tried, it was pretty awkward. My husband saw someone else and he asked for a beard trim just to clean it up. It’s so bad he has to shave his whole face!

I showed up to get a haircut at 2:31 the time on the door said they close at 3 PM on Saturdays and the door was locked. Everyone inside was looking at me like I was crazy. If you close at 2:30 you should post 230 on the door!

Been there about 6x. Have had Sarah 5x, and Matt this past Saturday. Never had Tracy but its been because of the luck of the draw when walking in.That said, Im from NY and have been to quite a number of barbers .. on Long Island, a bunch in NYC as well as Queens. These guys rank at the top of the list, Sarah and Matt (and from everything I hear, Tracy) are all A barbers. Whenever I walk into a chain place here in the Raleigh area I always wonder what Im going to get, but Ive never have had a questionable experience here. Whats amusing about it too .. Sarah knows when I go to someone else in between her cuts because shed say they did an uneven job :)Net: a hidden gem in Apex for mens haircuts.
