Really needed a good haircut, checked in on line, and just picked a stylist. Bre was top notch! I was super happy with her talents and customer service skill. It was a great experience and will continue coming back. Found my new stylist ;)

Both my fiancé and I got our hair cut here, and were both very pleased with the result.

I came hat in hand thirsty after hours just as they were finishing up two plans he said sit down man I said okay thanks. the only looked at me and said are you thirsty I said yes I am and she says one moment please and brought me back and chill bottle of water I still havent bought anything by the way and I wouldnt be able to I knew because they were closing. I can go on and on about this place but Ill tell you what the saint makes anything to you it would be the next song

Ive been waiting for over an hour and I observed 1, they are severely short staffed, and secondly there is a worker named Mariah who is running around trying to keep everything going, and she even took time to fix a disgruntled customer who had his hair cut by the other worker. She didnt have to, but insisted she could make it better. This girl needs her props and a raise! This store would have fell apart today without her.

Nothing like checking in and being told 33 minute wait. They took my number and told me to wait in my vehicle and then never even called me. I had to repeat my number 2 times so I know they had it. I watched countless people pull up and go in. I will absolutely never go back even though I have been going there for years.

It’s amazing, all the girls are great and know what they’re doing. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any men’s hair needs. They gave my fiancé and son the best haircuts they ever had! All the girls are very friendly and 100% get the MVP. My son loved it and so did his dad.

I personally had Taylor cut my hair and honestly I recommend her. I’ve always had a hard time getting a good haircut but she made it look easy. She was very fast, very professional, and let me ramble for the 10min it took to cut my hair. Phenomenal job.

So, this place is pretty neat. Its well-lit and has a pleasant staff. Oddly enough, everyone in there has hair (except for the people that dont) and its neatly trimmed.I went to get a haircut and as a bonus, they cut them all.

I wish there were more Sportclips closer to me because this is really the only place I trust. Ive never gotten a bad haircut from these guys.

Made me feel welcome. I have never been there before, this was my first time. I got Sarah and she was really good, thank you Sarah. The only thing I wanted to do was trim my beard but she wasnt able to do it, but thankful for her being honest instead of just trying and messing it up, so thank you for that. I will go back to her next time I need a hair cut.

Checked in at 11:03 and got there at the recommended time of 11:45. They said there was one person in front of me and then they let 4 people in while I was waiting outside. Another person came out and said she didnt know who I was even though I had already talked to someone before. Basically checked in an hour before and waited half an hour just to not get my haircut. I understand its just reopening after covid but watching people just walk in while Im standing outside, waiting is infuriating.

Im extremely happy with Ambrosia at Sport Clips off W. Central Ave., who gave me a top notch haircut and listened to what I wanted. I can be picky with my fades, #s and style I want on my hair.I am always uncomfortable trying a new stylist/barber, but within minutes she eased those fears. She really did put a lot of care and attention to detail into what she was doing, which I highly appreciated. I really liked the hair wash/rinse after the cut too & how I walked out with no itchy hair on my shirt or back.It is unfortunate this is a chain, as you can obviously feel when youre there. The employees blurt out a robotic welcome to Sport Clips as soon as someone gets a half foot in the door. Personally, I like a more natural and sincere human greeting but I would blame the typical corporate suits for this type of stuff, not the employees here.A neck shave with a razor would have been nice too and I could care less about the massage. That is nothing but a worthless (in my opinion) up sell.In short and without a doubt though, I would highly suggest Ambrosia at Sport Clips! She sincerely did a great job!

We checked in online, got a text stylist was ready, go to door to be told to wait, then go to door again to be told same thing, then let a random customer in while it said no wait, and my name was first with others under my name. My mother finally went up, complained about almost an hour wait. She then said was ok to come inside. I ended up getting my haircut for free & just tipped my stylist. First time ever had this problem. Otherwise my favorite place for my haircuts hands down!

This the 3rd time I come to sports clips. Service is good with one major problem- they are never on time and I am always waiting for long time.It appears there algorithm for planning the time is horrible.So, if you do not care to wait up to 45 minutes to start getting the haircut this place may be ok for you.

I went in and told the girl I wanted a short stakes asymmetrical angled Bob and that is not what I got. Parts of my hair wasnt even cut and its uneven this was a week ago not impressed

Was there with a friend. We walked in and no one greeted us, or tried to explain the computer operated check-in system. We must have waited 10 minutes until another patron helped us do it. Plus there was only 2 hair stylists working and about 6 people waiting. We spent a total of about 25 minutes in there and was ignored by the staff the entire time, so we left. It was my first time there and it will be my last time, ever!

Nice place to get your hair cut. Prices were fair and the place was clean. Liked the big tv next to each station. It was playing espn which was nice.y hairstylist listened to what I wanted and did a good job. Lots of other services were offered but I stuck with a simple haircut. I’d go back for sure.

Woah! What an experience! First time trying this store out because I had a coupon. Man, I did not expect come out with my spirits lifted like I did. Now that Ive tried it; I dont think Ill be able to go back to a regular hair salon again!

Worst Experience of my life, I stopped in on a saturday which I understand are very busy. My first impression though could not have met my lowest expectations. The interior was loud the TV in the waiting area was blaring, this was peppered children screaming or running about. Added to the mix were the stylists shouting back and fourth and to parents standing chairside. No one greeted me so I checked myself in and hoped I had operated the kiosk correctly. I never received a confirmatory text checking me in. My stylist called me back and my first instinct was to walk out the door. Typically when you are having your haircut you would like the stylist have hair that inspires confidence. This was not the case in this instance, I dont care how outlandish or unique a stylists hair is but, the style should be well executed. When i sat down the stylist seemed out of sorts she asked me how I wanted my hair and seemed perplexed, without asking any further questions she proceded to butcher my haircut in a way that could only be written into a bad 90s sitcom episode. The entire time the place was chaotic. When I looked in the mirror I was handed did not grasp just how bad the botch job was. I should have known something was not right as the stylist very hurriedly washed my hair, rushed me back to the chair. Offered no follow-up product or moisturizer, told me she would meet me at the counter and rang me up. the 5 dollar beard trim fee was frustrating as I had to fix that damage as well. When I got out to my car and looked in the mirror I was furious and embarrassed, I drove down the street to an actual barber who was unable to salvage any hope of how I would of like my hair but was able to buzz and fade the remaining hair back to normal. This salon was the epitome of wanton unprofessionalism. I would tell anyone who is looking for a haircut to look elsewhere this franchise seems more concerned with appearing guy friendly with gimmicks and LCD screens then it does with hiring actual skilled stylists. The only thing more alarming then the lack of haircutting skill was the deafening pop and rumble of the central vacuum system which made sure to make it impossible to relax or enjoy oneself. If you are looking for a good mens haircut right down the road down central or up secor there are two great local barbers with skilled professionals. Or if you want a guy friendly salon where you wont be left looking like the victim of a kindergartner run-amok with scissors I would recommend Roosters on Monroe, they were booked up, and I needed a cut, which is how this whole mess started.

First time, great overall experience. Short wait, quick visit even with the complimentary MVP upgraded services. Will definitely be giving this place a second visit.

I will still give my hairdresser a 4 stars but a little disappointed that either the free coupon I got at work yesterday or the website tells you that they dedicate to Men & children so I would have to pay an extra $5.00 so my next visit will be 23.00 for just a trim I will not be a returning customer especially for not stating on the free coupon or the website. Dont like by the ways! She did not have to give me a new style or anything all she had to do was follow the Bobb I already had.
