I moved down here about 1.5 years ago and have tried about 10 different barbers in the area that have just not cut it (literally)..... until I tried this place. Matt is awesome. Great guy and even better cut. He takes him time to make sure he gives you exactly what you’re looking for. This is the first haircut I’ve had since moving here that I’m legitimately happy with. Ive been to many barbers in the area and Ive gotten haircuts ranging from What is this?! to Itll do, but I never got Damn, thats perfect...until I went to Matt. Matt was dead on time, friendly, accommodating and gave the best fade Ive had in the area.Do yourself a favor and skip the guys handing out choppy fades and go see Matt to have it done right.

I love going here to get a haircut & beard trim from Matt. I used to go to a place right down the road that never did a great job. One day I stopped in to see Matt & he cleaned up the bad job they did for me. He is easy to schedule with, knows exactly what I want, and always does his best to send me on my way looking my best. He will go over every last detail without me even having to ask. I can tell he takes pride in his work and never wants to send someone out not feeling confident in their haircut.I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I just recommend calling ahead as he can be busy or stopping in to see when he has an availability. Go check it out, you wont regret it!!

By far the best haircut and beard trim you can get in the triangle area. Matt never rushes a haircut and makes sure not only he thinks it is perfect but that you think it is as well. Matt is awesome!! Ive been going to him since 2016 when he was in Cary. Ive followed him to any shop that he went too. He cuts great and he takes his time. He has a great personality & hands down the best customer service. Hes fair & honest!! In a pinch, he can squeeze you in if he has room in the schedule. However I wouldnt make it a habit if you need a cut on same day unless you go after hours, he is usually booked which means hes great at what he does. I also like the fact that he will cut after-hours if needed and his schedule allows it for an upcharge. Ive done it a few times as I needed a cut when he was booked all day. Remember its his time that you are paying for with the upcharge. If you dont agree with the upcharge fee, make your appointment early for during business hours. Go see Matt, just make sure you call for an appointment ASAP. You wont regret the results!!!

Just moved to North Carolina from New Jersey/New York, and found Matt and his shop on google. I’ve been seeing Julian for a while now. Like most guys, I’d rather go to an old school barber shop than the commercial places that pop up everywhere.
