I know acrylics take offs aren’t ideal, but they’re apart of this work. I’m a teacher getting ready to go back to school, so I needed to remove my summer set. My technician tried to be kind, but I could tell she didn’t want to do them. She was very rough and even tried plucking them off until I told her it hurt. I don’t care if I’m sitting in the chair soaking for 60 minutes, it’s never comfortable to pluck hard acrylic off of anyone’s nails. She split a nail on one of my hands when she was carelessly plucking them off and didn’t cut it down. She didn’t offer me any type of manicure or after after I washed my hands and they were still covered in acrylic. Even charged me $15 after all that. I will not return.

Love this nail salon! They do a really good job and have a ton of colors to chose from.

Been here a few times now and it’s always a pleasant experience. Love Angie, she’s very talented and so patient! She spends her time on the nail prep and asks for my feedback along the way. They also have all the COVID safety guidelines in place like taking your temperature and having plastic dividers which is much appreciated.

They are so awesome. I had an awesome experience. I made an appointment a few hours before and was seen right away.

Although I don’t like anything too fancy I am very particular about my nails and cuticles. Lily gets the simple cool and is just as particular about cuticles. Definitely my Favorite.

Tania is EXTREMELY Detail Oriented and Patient! She makes ABSOLUTELY certain I get what I want and helps me when I cant quite make up my mind. Its such a pleasure and a treat for me when I go there. A welcoming feeling of peace and quiet as Im being pampered for a change!

Love this nail salon. Very clean and taking all necessary precautions for COVID-19. I was able to make an appointment and get seen the same day. I had an exceptional hour-long pedicure including scrub, hot paraffin wax and hot stone massage. The staff is warm and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

This is only the second time Ive gotten my nails done. The first time was another shop ten years ago - it was so unpleasant that I was put off manicures for a decade. I tried again today, and Helen absolutely crushed it! I got gel nails. She let me go as super-short as I wanted and shaped them perfectly. Flawless polish. I had chewed up my cuticles and the skin around my nails pretty badly, and she paid close attention to make sure nothing hurt.*For those of you who tend to be nervous in social situations, Helen is pleasant, businesslike, and focuses on the job. That was a huge relief for me since small talk makes me nervous. Ill be making an appointment with her next time!

My go to nail salon in Annapolis!! I have always had a very pleasant experience every time I have come to this studio throughout the past few years. Their staff is friendly and accommodating, and the salon is always very clean.

This was the worst service I have ever received at a nail salon. I truly do not understand how they are maintaining a positive rating. The nail tech was not personable - she acted as if she’d rather do something other than my nails and pedicure. She left polish and acetone on my skin. When I asked her to remove the polish - she started to remove it from my nail instead of my skin. The polish was very sloppily applied. What a waste of money. The friendliest person was the Receptionist. Do not waste your time or money!!!

I went for a pedicure with two friends, mine was done in 15-20 minutes while my friends enjoyed an hour long treatment. I was helped by a younger lady with short hair.Biggest waste of money,very bad!

Had an appointment with Hanna of which thus will be my third time there. The first time I went me and my daughter loved the place. Second time we went we set appointments me with Hanna and my daughter with Jade. My daughter loves Jade but Hanna acted like she didnt know about my appointment and sent me to Helen of whom took good care of me. This time I made another appointment with Hanna at 11 they told me 10 when I called and so I asked to change it to 11. Hanna was booked all day which I understand so I asked for Helen. The lady then tells me thats fine but Hanna has a $25 cancellation fee. What really what if there was an emergency. Anyway me nor my daughter will be returning to that shop. So whats more important losing 2 customers that tip $20 each time to their nail techs for just a fill in or your missed cancellation fee? Sorry to Jade and Helen but Hanna stop ripping people off.

Hannah does amazing work. Cant find this quality anywhere else. I moved to DC a year ago and still make the drive to see her.

Got my nails done there for the very first time and it didn’t go as well. my acrylics were crooked and i specifically to the lady i wanted the nails a bit more rounded and it turned out to be square. and very unsanitary. a brush was used and didn’t look very clean, it looked like it’s been used multiple times🤮. my nails look bulky.😑 and my cuticle is bleeding

If I could give this review no stars I would, honestly worst experience ever, started right which was 6 o’clock when I got there I wanted a simple full set and it was so empty in their that I thought it would be a quick seat to get them done wrong, had three and a half employees look at my nails just to tell me that none of them can even do a full set and the expert not even their no more, I received one of the girls name “Tanya” she had to walk all the way to the parking lot to get one of the “experienced” full set females to come in and see if she is available to do the nails. Before that happened one of the females was American and she saw us come in and turn the other way and then when she felt like it she decided to come and ask us what we needed help with but before that she gave us a nasty look and said there is no one available to help us and to come back another day . Mind you iv been coming to this place for maybe a year now and never had an issue not once . Also the females were all sitting down on there phones laughing, that was not professional at all .

Poor customer service the entire time I was here. I had changed my mind and they made something simple difficult. Then continued to get smart with me, after I was sitting there listening to the employees talk about getting smart with customers. That conversation alone should be held in front of customers. The receptionist was so rude the entire time. I ended up leaving because they made it difficult to change my mind, I paid for the manicure without color and tipped the boy. I was disgusted with the entire service.

I have been going there a few months now, and have never had a bad experience. I book with Lily - shes GREAT - and I get so many compliments on nails!Very sanitary, open, and inviting. Tons of parking in the shopping center.Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I really recommend it, and the polish stays on really well, 2-3 weeks. Jenna is very good, if you can get with her I also recommend that!

My mom and I went for pedicures. She was using a walker and moving very slowly, and they were very kind, playful, patient and gentle with her. We both loved our pedicures, the friendly service, and the fun glam ambiance.

The man there charge me $15 extra for stellato shape. He was nasty rude. No one charge to shape my nails. Especially $15 extra. Without telling you before doing my nail. If I knew about the extra $15 I would have walked right out. Dont go there. They are rude and nasty.

The shop was very clean and nicely decorated. My nails came out good, however the technician did cut me when she was filing my nails. I came in for a gel fill-in and after 2 days it chipped.

Very nice nail salon! Today was my first time going to get a pedi and a fill from there. Jade was my nail tech, she did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Came in as a walk-in Friday evening after work and was worked in for the most relaxing pedicure ever!! Would highly recommend.

I went in there for a pedicure. It was a nightmare. The girl cut my big toe. I got an infection. I thought it will heal itself. Nope. I en up in the hospital and lost a toe nail. Thanks God. It had been four months and my toe nail has grown only 3/4 of my nail bed. I am so angry everyday looking at my toe nail. I call the salon. They told me the owner will call me back. They never did.##STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!##

Always a pleasure when i go..super clean & peaceful..the staff is super friendly..I usually have Jade do my nails but she wasnt in 2day so Tania hooked me up..ev1 in the shop does a wonderful job!! I can honestly say I recommend Sleek Nails 2 ev1 who asks/inquires about my nails!!

Charging for cut down on nails?? Every other place Ive been to doesnt. I pay less for more at the place I usually go. And what nail tech doesnt know how to cut ingrown toenails ??? Had to tip 2 different ppl I dont like that!!! Wont be going back there it was very clean I must say .. chairs to get nails done in arent very comfortable ...

I just came from there and I am not happy. I had asked the girl who did my SNS to please do a good jobs on my cuticles. She used the clippers right out of a basket under her table and it did not look like the tool had been sterilized and she did a very sloppy job on my cuticles. Usually the technician ( in a different salon and on maternity leave for a couple of months, but the best in the Annapolis area) takes all instruments out of a sealed packet. This girl put some stuff as the last coat that required putting your hand into the gel ultra light dryer. I thought the whole idea of SNS was not to have to do that. When I spoke up they starting talking about me - I know because suddenly the girls around me started to stare at me. Rude and incompetent.

Clean and updated place. Staff and owner are friendly. Nails last a long time with no lifting or breaking.

Tech never spoke to me and spent entire appointment on the phone both voice and texting. Seemed highly put out to have to do my nails. She then had the nerve to charge $50 for a $35 gel refill. My 5yo was supposed to get a manicure which they charged me for but only did a polish change.
