Pretty disappointed with this place. Got a manicure and pedicure for $55 on Saturday. The next day my nails were chipped and I hadnt been using my hands to clean or anything that would have caused it. It was a sloppy job (see photos) and a cuticle was torn open while buffing my nails. I didnt mind that as much as the fact that the man blotted the blood off with a visibly dirty towel that had been sitting on the table for who knows how long. These pictures are taken 2 days after my visit. Really disappointed that I paid so much for an end result that I could have done better on myself. Not sure Ill return..

The service itself would have been okay if the lady doing my feet hadn’t scoured my cuticle away. 3 days later and I’m still in pain. But when my friend and I got up to the counter, I was charged $65. My pedi was $35 and gel was an extra $25. You’d think that would equal $60 but she charged me $65 and couldn’t give a good explanation why. By that time my card was already being swiped. My friend got the exact same pedi and gel polish…she was charged $50. Won’t ever be going back.

Friendly staff. Actually told the truth about what was needed with your feet instead of trying to sell you on a big package (pause). Massage was amazing!!! Almost fell asleep in chair. Had a wonderful experience 5 star for sure!!! My tech was Jean!!!! 5 stars plus 2!

I’ve gotten Nani’s and pedi’s here dozens of times, I maintain this is the best place in annapolis for a pedicure. I’ve gotten acrylics here a few times, they always get great adhesion and I almost never get any lifting (even 4-6 weeks out), but if you go in to get acrylics removed they just rip them off your nails. I decided to remove the acrylics that I got at acacia somewhere else and they would not soak off. With how difficult they were to remove, they definitely use MMA acrylic which is banned in Maryland. The staff is super friendly and does a great job but I’m concerned about them using banned products.

Very professional. They do a great job with manicures and pedicures of all types. They are very reasonably priced and the shop is clean and comfortable.

Honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. I waited for 30 min in the pedicure chair while my water got cold. During the pedicure the nail tech cut my toe while filing my nails, cut my cuticles. My cuticles started bleeding. After all that she didn’t massage my feet even though I paid for it. Needless to say not worth the 65$

I have loved this place for a long time. I used to go to an older gentleman who worked here before the pandemic, his attention to detail was actually insane. My nails always looked amazing after he was done with them. I recently started going regularly again and I had Van do a gel pedicure, eye brow waxing and a gel manicure, she did a fantastic job on all three services, she was very friendly and very polite, I also like that she maintained a good balance of chatting every once in a while but still letting me kinda chill out and enjoy having my feet done 🙃. And finally, today Van had another appointment but I couldn’t wait for her to be done as I had somewhere to be, and I had Jean do a gel manicure. My nails look amazing and she was super super personable and made me feel like I was chatting with a friend. I would 100% recommend this salon especially if you have the chance to use Van or Jean. Thank you guys!

Ok so I literally walked in and asked for this design and once I talked to the lady I was told to wait like 5 mins and I was taken in before that and the young lady who did my nails amazed me because a lot of other places in the DMV are more expensive and they can’t do designs like these. I live like an hour away and tbh it’s worth the drive for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t plan to go anywhere else any time soon. Customer service is A1 and so is the talent. Thank you so much🤍

They have a menu outside with prices but when you go in you are given a different menu with higher prices. Okay, maybe they haven’t had a chance to update. I gave a low rating because my feet were exfoliated too hard and I now have scratches on the tops of my feet and it hurts to wear sandals. Luckily I came several days before my wedding event, otherwise it would be too painful to wear my shoes.

This is the most professional, clean and peaceful place in Annapolis. I feel as if I have brand new feet. My feet feel and look different, especially, from serving in the military. The service was done patiently and accomodating. My wife and I really enjoyed it. It was a romantic setting. We definitely will come back.

I have been going here for years, and Acacia never disappoints! This nail salon is my go-to place and my nails are always looking beautiful every time I leave. I get Gel manis and gel pedis and the nail polish lasts forever. My nails just grow out, no chipping or peeling overtime. The nail polish is very good quality and the work is phenomenal. Everyone there is very sweet and very devoted and professional towards their work. I’m so happy I discovered Acacia and I highly recommend going if you want an amazing experience getting your nails done!

Van did a wonderful job with my nails. She took the time to make sure they looked perfect. I always have a great experience here. The entire staff is extremely friendly. The salon is very clean. I highly recommend Acacia Nails.

Man who did my nails was very rude and unprofessional. He kept pulling my arms aggressively while doing my nails and even cut me badly on my cuticle, he didn’t apologize or anything he didn’t care at all.

I’ve been here 3 times and will never return. The first time I was pressured into the milk & honey upgrade, then charged $20 extra for it (with gel mani) even though it is a $5 extra with regular polish. Total rip off. Second time the color I picked wasn’t carried anymore. My last trip, the photo below is how I left. I asked at the beginning if the color would be opaque and was ensured it would be. I came back to have it fixed and she buffed off the top coat, did one more layer and then walked away to another customer. I never got a new top coat and the color still wasn’t opaque. They are very skimpy with their products. Mix that with mediocre service and there’s no reason to return.

The people here were super friendly and accommodating. However, I got a pedicure and the polish didnt last more than 2 weeks. I took my boyfriend here for his first pedicure and his toe bleed shortly after. Needless to say we wont be coming back.

I was not happy with my experience at Acacia at all. I went with my mom and friend for my birthday, and it was definitely a disappointment. My mom had to repeatedly tell the person doing her nails that the water was far too hot, and she ended up just pulling her feet out of the water because it was burning her. The massage chair that I was sitting in didnt work at all, so I didnt get to have that part of the experience. Also, when I went to get my items after our pedicure, I reached down and the hinge on the massage chair was exposed and it scratched my arm to the point that I was bleeding. The person doing my nails noticed and said oh, sorry. but didnt offer any sort of tissue to wipe it off, or anything at all honestly. It was a mess of an experience. on top of that, its 2 days later and my nails look AWFUL. The paint job is sloppy and the polish is already chipping off. Very dissatisfied. Not only will I never go back there again, but I will tell anyone who asks that this place should be avoided.

I found this place while shopping in the mall. Its a very clean spa for nails. Some of the staff seems dont speak that much English but very friendly and no problem to understand what I need. Prices are reasonable. I will come back for another treatment.

I love this salon and the employees so much, Ive been every other week for the past year and a half! They take their time, extremely relaxing environment (you totally forget you are in the mall) and have a million color selections! The massages are fantastic and you truely get every minute you are paying for! Consistent service no matter who does your nails! Just know this place is so popular you may have a little wait on the weekends or near holidays! But even if there may be a wait, instead of having you sit and wait- they may ask you to come back in so many minutes which is respectful of your time! I appreciate them giving me the opportunity to get something else knocked off my to do list and still have my spot in line! All around fantastic, A+ nail salon. I always get the gel manicure (lately with color changing polish- my FAVE!) and the VIP pedicure (worth every penny!) try it out! You wont be disappointed!

The service that we receive was great, however the time didnt match what was advertised. I would definitely return, maybe next time not so close to the closing time. We only got 30 minutes out of the 40 minute advertisement.

They did an excellent job on my nails and toes. My wife was very happy with her nails too and so was my daughter.

Love this place! I usually come in to get a pedicure after a long day. This is my go to for a relaxed day. If you come in on the weekends, it is usually busy. But the wait is well worth it!

The staff was very polite and warm. The accommodated me even though I was a walk in and was seen within a few mins. The selection of gel colors is amazing. They did a fantastic job and I would go back again.

That person is a troll without dignity, let alone an understanding of basic English grammar and composition. Anyways. Lets get to the point. The staff at Acacia Nail and Spa are very patient and professional. Ive worked with them for years. They will stop at nothing to ensure their customers are satisfied. The environment is clean and relaxing. Rosie and Julie give excellent pedicures with very fine finishes. Highly recommended after a hectic week.

Mom of two boys here so I dont get me time often and I have to say the service is outstanding as well as quality. Julie I believe is who did my nails and gave me my first full set in over six years. (June 29th) In Annapolis with a girlfriend for lunch and shopping when I decided to visit the salon for a much needed gel renew. I really enjoyed the process of how they removed the gel polish, how quick the service was and care provided by Rosey. The service was less than I normally pay and loved the end result. Appreciate that Rosey also respected my concerns with my natural nails, and liked the nail color suggested as it really worked out nicely.

Horrible experience! Decided to try them, got gel over my natural nails. They started lifting 4 days after. I went in to show them and I asked for my money back and they told me they dont give refunds and its been a week and they only last 2 weeks WHAT? I get my nails done once a month and they never lift even at 4 weeks! Avoid this place!

I have loved this place for years. The last two times, not so much. I want a relaxing experience and it wasn’t. Both times, my biggest complaint is the therapist had their cell phones out and answered a call during my pedicure. Even walked away to talk! And if it wasn’t a call, it was a text they were checking. Yesterday, her phone wasn’t even on vibrate. My therapist walked away and her phone started ringing. Another therapist left her client to answer it. I had turned my phone off so I could enjoy a relaxing experience. Crazy! And, to reinforce a previous complaint, they push gels and don’t mention the extra cost. My 13 yr old daughter is on crutches and hasn’t walked for 10 weeks so I decided to splurge for the extended massage. Hers was slightly extended, mine not at all. I also paid for the callous removal and felt my big toe hurting. After looking, the outside of my toe has a rash from scrubbing too much. I’m using antibiotic ointment. I paid $123 for two pedicures. Upcharges that I knew of were, extended massage 10 min and calluses removal. Had no idea about the gel polish being extra. I don’t mind paying for something when I understand why but don’t ask “do you want it” and not explain it’s an extra extra charge and the benefit. I was always so excited to come here. I will not be back.

Pressed for time so I stopped in for a polish change - had my own color mind you - and had the audacity to be told they don’t do polish changes. Then why are you open ! Hence why I started doing my nails MYSELF !

Was at the mall and needed a quick manicure.Well decorated.Loved the fresh flowers however the manicure was just ok.Had to return after I got in the car and noticed several areas that were not painted.It looked like my manicure was weeks old.ehen I returned the lady just put another coat of polish over the top coat,smdh!Will definitely not return.While I was there 2 people came in for redos because their nails chipped after one day.

Went for a bridal party and it was so clean, so tranquil and so relaxing. Employees were very accomadating and professional. Overall fantastic experience and definetly will be going back!!

It looks clean and organized. It was my first visit to have my eyebrows cleaned up. It wasnt the best work I have had done but they were ok.

Today my boyfriend went in to get pedicures as Ive been going here for about 5 yrs off and on. When we sat down I informed them I was allergic to latex. He said ok. He then processed to grab my leg with latex gloves on. I told him he needed to get the non latex gloves as they always have in the past. He then laughed and said ok as he went to grab my leg againAt this point I told him now to touch me again with those gloves. And my boyfriend told him since he wouldnt listen we would be leaving. The man laughed again and said he had to wear those gloves to give a pedicure. And we left. Laughing at me when Im telling you I am allergic and continuing to try to touch me is irresponsible and down right ignorant.

A waste of my money and time. My cousin and I felt that service was mediocre. It havent been 6 hours and I am already experiencing some chipping. IT IS NOT WORTH $30 PLUS $5 TIP. Information that I got today, there are still people doing nails and not evening license. So, young man really wasnt train professionally. The manager was kind rude. He was assuming that I wasted pedicure and I stop him and said, No, I want.......... He just walk away.

Missy is fantastic with my acrylic and Kim does they best massaging pedicure I have ever had in my career of getting pedicures :-) Van the owner is exceptional and accomodating. The entire group there is welcoming and friendly. My new go to place for mani-pedi!

Fastest Mani, pedi I have ever had! None of my nails were even, there was polish all over my fingers when I left. The man who did my nails broke a glass into my pedi water and that was the end of my pedi.... literally 2 minutes of my feet in the water. Horrible place Ill never go back! My gel fingers came off in less than a week, I was tempted to go back to get them fixed but no thanks! I dont recommend!!

Ive visited twice and was disappointed each time. I will never return.One lady scraped my toe while I was receiving a pedicure today and acted like it didnt happen.I complained to the manager and he acted like it was a normal occurrence. So, I did not ask for a discount or anything. I paid regular price and even tipped handsomely.I just hope that my foot doesnt get infected and only wish that I had given a more formal, maybe written, complaint.

Love this place. its the only salon i go to. the service is consistent no matter who does your nails. they use single-use tools which i appreciate. i always worry about the cuticle cutting. ive had ppl (not here) cut me up pretty bad, but it hasnt happened a single time in the 20 or so times ive been here.i recommend.
