I am so happy I went here to get my nails done! I called in the morning to make an appointment and their front desk person was able to get me a spot for the afternoon. I had dip removal as well as a dip mani. When i got there, I got my temp checked and had to wash my hands (gladly!) before picking my color. Color options run the gamut! My technician was was amazing. My precious manicure was so thick, I hated it. Despite the thickness, she was able to get it taken off fairly quickly, and the entire manicure process from getting to the salon and getting back to my car took a little over an hour. At other salons, this wouldve taken a full two hours! The salon felt clean and safe, and I cant wait to go back.

This was my first time at this salon and I LOVED it! The staff was helpful and helped me make the best decision for my nails! I LOVED IT! Thank u, My sister had her nails done too and she is VERY happy, thanks to the owner!!! We will definitely be back!

I went out to get my nails done using the dip powder and my mother in-law wanted gel. We also had a pedicure done.We had different nail techs to complete our services.At the completing of the services we Weber satisfied, but I paid anyway. I told my nail tech employee that I didn’t like my nails Amy nails didn’t look like I just had them done. I also stated that he damaged my cuticles using the drill to shape them. When he applied the polish /dip it wasn’t down to the beginning of the nail and the cuticles looked horrible. Then proceeds to add two coats of gel, which made the nails look even thicker and ugly.We proceeded to leave the store and when my mother in law showed me her nails, we went back to complain. The nail tech who did our nails serviced us . She wasn’t happy to try and fix the problem and proceeded to tell me I could come back and see the girl that I usually see in a month since I like her work when she returns since I like the way she does my nails. I told her it shouldn’t matter who I go to, I should receive good service and my nails should look nice and completed professionally no matter what. She worked on my nails with an attitude and then at then end had someone else complete the last coat to my nails without saying anything to me . She got up and went to service another customer. So, I had three people in total work on my nails. My mother in laws nails still had a bubble on the nail after trying to fix . We received NO I’M SORRY, no money off, no goodbye come again, no response from owner . She kept working and never came by to say anything to us at ALL. I will not be returning mad will share this with friends and family.Terrible Business, Service poor, professionalPoor ..

I am very particular about my nails and I typically only go to one spa in west midtown. But I tried this place because I failed to make an appt at my regular spot. I read about their reviews (the nail tech, not the manager ). He is really great. I dont like my cuticles cut back to nubs. He followed my direction to perfection. My cuticles look well manicured but not raw. I love my nails!

I didnt go to public nail salons for a while because I never found a good one! I usually went to person I know by recommendation or did it at home myself. My husband got me a gift certificate to this place when we moved to Annapolis and I had to try it! IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! I came in and my master was ready to start. I wasnt offered to wash my hands or any type of desinfection before we started! She offered me to do powder and I agreed to try. After shape and color were discussed, she were grabing my hands and throwing them when she was done. She was pointing to dry my nails or give them back to her as I am a child. But most of all she was using her own nails to push my skin/cuticles away from the nail (not the instrument ). Than I noticed that she uses the nail sharpiner that was in use God knows on how many other peoples nails!!! Same with other parts of nail machine that she also used!!! When she was dipping my nails into that powder, drying them under lamp, I realized how much of someones nail dust I have on top of my nails now!!! It is disgusting! Save God she opened a kit (to cut my cuticles) infront of me, because I thought if those had any chance of being used, I wouldve run away!!! When she was about to put lotion on my hands I stoped her because I didnt want nail dust or acrylic powder to be rubbed into my skin! I was planning to have a pedicure done there, but instead I purchased lotions and other stuff to use remaining amount of the gift certificate. I didnt want to have a chance of getting fungi or any other nasty stuf and wouldnt send any of my friends and family to them because of that reason! Its horrible and not safe! Sanitize your station, and peoples hands before you start working with them! Add an extra dollar or two to the bill, to use disposable nail sharpiner, etc. ( you can even ask customer if they want to take it after work is done). Ask if customer wants to wash hands before lotion is rubbed into their skin along with nail dust or other stuff like acrylic powder, etc.Make people to feel safe, especiallywhen were in the mid of pandemic...

First time going to here and it definitely wont be my last. I came in and they got right to work. I had a lot that I wanted to do for my nails because Im celebrating my birthday but it was not a problem for them. I had a design in mind and they executed it perfectly!

Nail place never fails to deliver on a clean, precise and long lasting manicure and pedicure. The staff is polite and friendly, not overly pushy or gossipy. Even though its more pricey than my local hood spot - you get what you pay for, feel pampered and have color that lasts twice as long!

This salon is great. Very friendly front desk, and they constantly asked me if I needed anything. I have been hesitant to get acrylic nails because salons have previously done them poorly. This place has wonderful technicians who will give you exactly what you want. Cant wait to go back.

Ive been to a handful of nail salons in the area and this one is a winner. They are friendly, clean, and they care! They take the time to give you exactly what you ask for unlike a lot of other salons that just get you in and out as fast as they can and rush the job. Many of the nail techs here have been amazing and I havent had a bad experience yet. Ive visited this place at least 20 times and have brought many friends here as well!

I had a great experience here. I went in on a Thursday at 3 and they saw me immediately without an appointment. Clean facility, friendly staff. They gave me exactly what I asked for. My nail tech worked quickly, but delicately. I’ll be returning.

Ive been there twice and got my nails done the first time .They are extremely skilled and take their time! I got a pedicure on the first visit and it was okay. The receptionist informed me before paying about the extra charge when you use a card, but let me pay without the charge since it was my first visit. Overall, they do a great job and are up on the latest trends and styles.

I love this place! This is going to be my new go-to nail salon, I got a new set with powder gel and a pedicure with regular gel. Dunia was my nail tech, she was amazing.

Was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes of calling, it was clean, and they used safety precautions. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and when I entered, he explained my options and pricing, then Emma did my nails (beautifully). The whole process was quick and professional, I was in an out in 30 minutes.

I had been looking to find a place that was a bit closer to home. I was very nervous trying to find a new location since I had been going to another place before Covid. A friend of mine recommended this place and I looked at a couple pictures and liked it. I called Friday morning hoping Id be able to go in that same day. Thankfully they were able to make time for me. Both ladies helping my mom and me were super nice and welcoming. My nails came out even better than I had pictured in my mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for Dipping Nails or even regular gel manicure. They really pay attention to detail and make sure you like the turnout. I will definitely be going back for a fresh set.

This salon is amazing! I typically get dip manicures and every employee who has done my nails has been fantastic and skilled. They never seem to rush through any appointment. I also really appreciate that the salon can always squeeze in an appointment with short notice. The decor inside the salon is super cute and the employees are very professional. This has been my salon for the past year, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

My favorite nail artist is the owner. She is so talented, fast, punctual and friendly. When I give her any style, she does the exact same. All their staff is very talented, friendly and kind.

I love this place! It was such a nice experience. Ive been to other nail salons in my neighborhood. But nothing beats this one. Its just like in the movies! The set up is nice. The professionalism is outstanding. My nail artist was the sweetest person ever. She helped me pick the color because Im indecisive. And told me how nice it looked. Its truly a great place. Only problem is the parking lot was full when I went around 12 so I had to park on the street which worried me a lot because Im not too sure about parking rules in that area. Outstanding! Clean and efficient. An easy Lyft ride from the hottest chicken establishment in town. While my family waited in a 2 hour line, I had time to dash to this place. Everything about this place was great. No wait time. Friendly technicians and everybody was working hard. Complimentary bottled water too.

I was looking forward to getting my nails done, and thought I would try somewhere I’ve never been before. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will return to this nail salon. I got a gel manicure, and while doing my cuticles, the nail tech cut me. This is understandable and can happen sometimes, but instead of disinfecting the cut first, some kind of powder was applied to soak up the blood. The nail tech apologized, which I appreciate, but nothing else was done to correct the mistake. The rest of the manicure went on, and my nails look alright, but in some places the polish edges by my cuticles are kind of messy. I went to the counter to pay, and was very surprised and disappointed that I was offered no discount for being cut, and instead told it was $35 (full price). This is unacceptable. I paid and tipped but left with blood around one of my nails.

Gave me cuts on almost all of my fingers during my manicure and then continued to dig at the cuts. My nails are extremely sore the day after getting them done.

This is a place where they care about the quality and satisfaction of your nails. The prices here are fair, and they offer so many types of colors, nail toppers and services. Also I want to add if you are worried about coming here during the pandemic, dont be! they take extra precautions to make sure everything is clean and safe. They check the temperatures of everyone who comes in, and require that you wear a face mask and wash your hands.

I absolutely love this place! It is the only nail salon I will go to to get my nails done! They have a vas selection of polishes,powders and dips. I was so satisfied with my gel pedicure the other day, I came back to get dip done. New fav spot ! I am very happy with the outcome. I can be very picky but they were so accommodating. My tech was very helpful. I really appreciate her going above and beyond !

Although I did have to wait about 20 minutes for a gel manicure, it was worth it! The manicure came out great, and the staff was polite. The decor is beautiful with fancy lighting and sleek nail bar to open the space and brighten the atmosphere. All for a great price!

I truly believe this is going to be my nail home now that Im here. The prices are great, services are amazing, environment is clean and the employees are awesome! This has been my go to nail salon during quarantine. They have such great customer service and they work hard for their customers. They welcome everyone. Women, men and children of all backgrounds and they give you the service and care you deserve. The owner is so professional. SHes working all day taking calls and assisting his staff with polish removal and seating customers. Im very impressed with their service and quality. Ive come to trust them and depend on them for my mani and pedis. They take appointments all day and work to serve as many as they can. If youre looking for a salon downtown this is the place for you.

Lately in the past couple of months I haven’t been having the best experiences here, but today changed my mind! I think during the holidays they were just super busy so their salon was rushing people. Although my nails always look great when I get them done here, their customer service skills were lacking in my opinion.However, Kim was amazing today! She is very detail oriented and she listened to every request I had. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because they would not honor my student discount because they “don’t do it anymore”. I’ve been going here for about two years and that was the only reason I came because it made the price very competitive. Hopefully they get the discount back so that I can return here again! I had a very pleasant experience today.

I made a reservation for a pedicure on Saturday morning. It was very easy and there was someone waiting and ready for me when I arrived. There were only 7-9 people working so I would definitely suggest making an appointment. A walk-in while I was there had to wait a long time.

I was desperate to get my nails done like many others due to the shutdown..I seen that this place had grave reviews and decided to give it a try..everything was going great until the nail tech started doing my dip polish on my nails. The first dip coating went smooth and after that I dont know what went wrong. She kept putting the liquid on top over and over again without allowing the nails to dry...after realizing that she messed up she started patting my nails while they were still wet making them look clunky...I politely asked that she remove the polish from my nails and to see if someone else could do them. No one said a word...and the pedicure is not worth the price....they did the bare minimum and it felt like they took 15 minutes tops to do my feet...never again

Only reason I’m even entertaining 3 stars for this nail shop, is because the older gentleman in the front was very nice and helpful when I came in. The girl who did my nails rushed a bit, and I had to tell her to fix her work more than 4 times. Also, they don’t take American Express, and there’s no signs on the wall to give you a heads up. Good luck if that’s the only card you have on you that day.

Mariah did my nails for the first time as I have never been here before and OMG she did an amazing job! I’m definitely coming back to the salon to see her, she took her time and before I could even ask her to fix one little thing she was already fixing it. I finally found a wonderful nail salon. The reviews were exactly correct. They are clean and friendly. Everyone is friendly and they are really on top of having enough staff to make sure your wait isnt too long.

Clean and beautiful place. Stopped by this place because it was close to my workplace and it was the best decision. The interior is very nicely decorated, and they have recently updated their pedicure stations to even more comfy seats that have various massage functions equipped to give your neck or back a lil love.

Amazing staff, they truly know what they are doing. I like unusual manicures and they have never disappointed. Beautiful work that holds up well. My nails take a lot of abuse and they still look great 2 weeks later. I had been searching for a salon like this and I have found it. I highly recommend them.

Happy I was able to get a same day Saturday evening appointment. Very satisfied with my nails, and my daughter loves her gel mani! I got my acrylic overlay removed, and nice new acrylic full set. Shaped and polished perfectly! The lady next to me was getting dip powder which looked so nice makes me want to try it next time. Very clean, nice atmosphere. My daughter and I are looking forward to coming back!

Nails and waxing is great. But do not recommend getting deluxe anything because they do not know how to properly do them. I did a deluxe pedicure, the tech burned me with the hot rocks, scratched me with the scrub brushes, and did not prep anything. If one does not know how to do a deluxe job then they shouldnt do it at all. I gave the benefit of the doubt and told the owner that maybe he was not experienced and someone should teach him. She denied his inexpensive and just apologized for dissatisfaction. I have gotten a deluxe pedicure in New York City and I know how it is done properly. This place does not hold good standards for anything above average. Do not waste your money here on Anything above average.

The appearance is far from the basic old nail salon. Looks like an HGTV upgraded salon. The massage chairs are beautiful and I love how they use the plastic covers for the pedicure bowl.

This is my second time coming to Deluxe Nails and the quality has been by far the best Ive ever had. The prices are fair, the atmosphere of the place is very professional. I always get a full set, and the shaping was perfect as well as the polish. The full set lasted me about three weeks, with my job including ripping and lifting heavy boxes. Everyone is always pleasant. Will keep coming back! My time spent there is very fast and the wait is not long. Thankyou for the great quality service!

I am very happy with this spa. Two things however, I got a basic manicure and 40. Pedicure, but was charge 60. ? Is that incorrect? Also, I am a teacher, so I need to get that into your system. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time😊
