Both my husband & I go together for our Mani-Pedis. The atmosphere is contemporary, hygiene is maintained, with attention to foot baths, hard surfaces and equipment. First of all: 5 stars for Tiffany! I have been here a few times. Up until this last time, its always been a 5 star time, but that was because Ive always been seen by Tiffany! She is awesome!The last time I went was on Tuesday last week and Tiffany wasnt working so I was helped by the older gentleman who works there. I asked for a full set or acrylic nails that was coffin shaped and was a white that fades to pink, like an ombre. I explained this a couple times and even asked to see if he knew what style I was talking about. He said he did. The picture attached is what I walked out with. He cut my cuticle twice and used an electric file on my natural nail. Afterwards, 4 of my nails burned and stung all night so bad that I couldnt sleep. I tend to avoid confrontation so I didnt say anything. I went somewhere else on Friday to have them fixed. But it was a horrible experience. The salon wasnt busy, he had no reason to rush. This is not coffin shaped. This is sloppy. The edges are curved, the acrylic is lumpy. The French (that I wanted to be blended and ombre style) isnt even straight, let alone it isnt what I wanted. There is a hair in two of the nails.I would definitely recommend Tiffany but be wary of the older gentleman (Im sorry that I do not know his name).

Great nail salon with convenient hours and friendly, skilled staff. My gel manicures routinely last 3+ weeks. Very reasonable prices and super clean.

Very nice/pleasant atmosphere. As i was getting my pedicure Melissa took a chunk out of my cuticle next to my toe nail off and it started bleeding bad . She then just sprayed alcohol on it without even apologizing for cutting me. I did let her know that she cut me and i just got a look. Next was when I was receiving my gel manicure she filed the polish off 3 of my fingers on the side and when i showed her she tells me to go wash my hands to see if it’s look better. I politely asked her to redo three fingers and there was a mild attitude for that . I do understand indeed that mistakes are going to be made, but for the amount of money I’m spending it really shouldn’t be this way....

Upon my arrival to the salon it was very quiet and peaceful. Lady at the front desk asked what service I wanted and I told her a pedicure. She walked me over to the pedicure area and I noticed that they did not use the shower covers for the foot tubs. I asked if they have the covers and she said NO, but they do sanitize their tubs. I told her that I got a foot fungus from a previous salon and I dont trust the ones without the covers. She said she understood and I said I was going to leave. Then, I asked her if she could please clean the tub while I was there just so that I can see her clean it myself....guess what? SHE DID! I was sold then. Melissa was so amazing. She took her time and told me about all of the amazing products. The environment was VERY clean and organized. I can tell she takes pride in her job. I have been nail salon hopping for a while and Ive been looking for a place to go. I live about 30 minutes from Annapolis, but I believe I have found a salon :)

Upscale salon with great hygiene practices including health screening questions, masks & face shields worn by patrons & nail technicians. Kim was efficient & skilled. Thanks for a wonderful mani-pedi in a beautiful, safe setting!

I visited for the first time as a walkin. Im on crutches because I cant bear weight on my knee. The staff immediately put me in a chair and asked me about my pain and range of motion so they could be sure I was comfortable the whole time during my pedicure. After my pedicure they gave me the option to wait for my nails to dry in the pedicure chair so I didnt have to move around too much. My toes look and feel great! The spa is beautiful and I will definitely come back here again. Cant reccomended it highly enough.

Beware of cranky guy in the back on the left. Do not use him!!! First time, had a great gel manicure by the younger guy who sits in the back on the right. Second time, the older man who sits in the back did an awful job. He drew blood and when I asked if he had alcohol for it (prior infections) he hesitated and then put some green liquid on the area but wouldn’t let me see the bottle to see what it was. Didn’t even sting the way alcohol or even peroxide would. Got cranky when I asked him to paint 2 nails’ edges he completely missed. Then slopped the salt scrub on hands and into rings at the end and said “go wash!” Unpleasant experience! Based on other reviews, he seems to be the bad egg at this place and needs some schooling in manners! Would refuse to have him IF I ever went back, but likely will not.

Love this salon to get my nails or pedicure. They have one of the cards that you can get stamped every time you go so you can earn money off if you continue to visit. Even their basic pedicure and manicures are detailed and do skimp on anything.

This was highly recommended to me. I gave it a chance because I am from out of state. It was not clean or relaxing. The instruments were just used from client to client (were not fresh from an individual pack). I will not be returning. And I will not recommend this salon to anyone else.

I have been coming here for years. I bring my mom and daughter too! It is a spa experience without people being pushy and adding on services you dont need. Ask for Trish or Tiffani, you will NOT be dissappointed. I relocated to NY a year ago but when I am in town, I always stop in to see my girls!

Ive been getting my nails, pedicures & lash extensions done here for 5yrs. Cindy is the best. She is the best & least expensive ( & quick) of any person around for lashes. I havent had one problem with my nails or lashes in all these years.

Ive been going here for over 10 years & always have a good experience here except as of lately. I hate to leave this review but I have to be honest because I’m very disappointed & will never come back again. I usually see Tiffani & I made an appointment back in January for an eyebrow waxing. She rescheduled at the last minute 4 times - on the 4th attempt to see her, she did not even let me know the salon was closed that day, so I drove all the way there for nothing. When she finally could see me, she left her house at the time of the appointment- causing me to wait an extra 20 minutes. I was already annoying she had to reschedule 5 times & still couldn’t be on time. She gave me a free eyebrow wax and gel mani manicure for making up for the 4 other appointments she missed. I haven’t been there since then & today (March 31) I had an appointment at 11am. She texted me saying she would be there at 11:10am & I did not have time to wait- so I had melissa wax my eyebrows instead & I’m very greatful she did because I was in & out in about 5 minutes so I could get on with my plans for the rest of the day. I got a text message from Tiffani at 11:20 when I was already done & out of the area that she was finally there & ready for me. This was my last attempt to go there again & I will never be going back & I am not recommending it to anyone.

The best nail salon in Annapolis! Its clean, comortable, staff is great, always a good color selection and will fit me in whenever I need them to. Cindy is my nail tech, but theyre all wonderful. Im thankful to have this salon in my very own neighborhood!

Did not have a good experience at all. The guy that did my nails was very rough made me bleed 3 separate times. Did not understand at all of what I wanted so I decided to just get polish with no design so it would be easier on him. He insisted on taking all of my nails off which I had gotten a fresh set 2 weeks prior. Cut them to short, my nails were all different lengths and the shape was completely wrong. Every time I asked if he could fix it he mumbled something but never did it. I requested a pedicure after my nails were done and it lasted maybe 8 minutes. For $83 dollars I was not pleased. Very disappointed expected a lot better service for all the stars they have on reviews.

Decided to try this place out as I was looking for a new manicurist & a friend reccomended here. I get acrylic/gel fingernails and I am very picky about my nail shape (reason I was looking for a new salon) and I was not disappointed. Got the perfect shape in between almond and stiletto :) found my new go to nail salon

I really want to like this place. Being new to the area, I was looking for a great nail salon that does SNS (powder nail manicure). Everyone there is nice and professional. However, I had SNS done on my nails two times so far at this salon, and both times it began to chip and break off of multiple nails within a few days! The first time, I went back in and she re-did the 3 nails that had begun to chip. Only to have that happen again. I went in to do all ten nails the next time, and it began to chip in less than a week and 5 nails chipped or cracked off. Ive been having SNS done for a few years now and that has never happened once anywhere else! The technique they used seems standard, so it may be the product they use.

I came here with high hopes, but left disappointed and shamed. The gentleman who took care of me was rude and had an attitude the whole time he did my mani-pedi. At one point I told him that the polish on my toe was smudged, he copped an attitude and roll his eyes at me. He shaped my nails unevenly and did not cleanedédust my hands after shaping so theres dust and debris under the polish which was visible when I got outside, so I returned to share my finding and they were very intolerant with me. The lady that was trying to help me out was talking to me from her seat, 3 rows down from the front door and the gentleman that took care of me was even further down in the very last seat on the left side. It was embarrassing to be spoken to in that manner and so loudly. They reimbursed me for the polish and I asked him for my already low tip back. I had given him 6$ just because I did not want to stoop to his level, but in the end I just did not appreciate being shamed and talked down in front of other customers. Very unprofessional!

I went in at 4:30 and was able to get a mani and pedi with no problem. After I went to About Faces and was told that they only had time for a mani. So I went ahead and got the mani and it looked like my little sister did it😒. I went to Poiana Nail Spa and she still had to clean up 😎👌🏾so much cuticle that the Nail Tech from About Faces left behind. The owner of Poiana Nail Spa and the staff are so nice I love going there they also did my nails for my college graduation. Thanks again.
