Avoid this salon! Today was my first visit to this salon. I was assigned a gentleman to repair my acrylic nails. He wedged a tool between the acrylic and my nail bed and pulled the acrylic off. WOW, it hurt! I asked that he soak the acrylic off ( the usual procure at good salons) but he refused, then walked away and said, “I can’t help you! So mean-spirited and unprofessional!

Called before coming in, they were very friendly & had availability also pricing was affordable. Staff was friendly & talkative but always let you relax. Was just visiting the area but would recommend!

Great experience! The staff was friendly and they did great work. Especially for a group of 3 that walked in for pedicures.

As soon as you enter you are promoted to hand sanitize before selecting a polish and the team does a good job reminding patrons to wear their mask. Hannah did my pedicure and was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely come back there again.

I was referred here by a co worker and I enjoyed every second while there. The nail techs were very professional and friendly. They made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. The environment was nicely kept and clean. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone

I went in last week on Sunday to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. 2 of the acrylic nails fell off today which is a week from when I got them done. The rest of the set was staring to peel off so I called to ask if they could fix them and swap it for another service, since the quality didn’t last and I was there one a week ago. I was told yes on the phone. Got back today to have the service fixed, and ended up asking to get all of my nails taken off due to the poor quality done. No exchange service was done and no apology for the money spent. I raised a light frustration given I had spent 120.00 including tip and was almost charged 10.00 since I asked to have them taken off. I stated that is not what was spoken about on the phone and ended up leaving with regular filed nails- no offer for them to be painted, redone or anything. I will say my pedicure looks phenomenal and generally I enjoy the work done at this establishment. Needless to say I feel like 70.00 was wasted and not a single apology or offer for it to be fixed. Maybe I just went on a bad day but I definitely do not recommended getting a full set done here.The staff overall i will say is extremely friendly. Again- maybe I just went on a not so great day and unfortunately my pocket paid the price.

Called to make an appointment and asked if they would honor the Gift Certificate I had that expired 12/24, but because of COVID had not been able to make it in... Was told no. I would have spent well more than the certificate covered plus the tip. This has been the only nail shop I’ve frequented since moving to Annapolis (2 years ago) and loved the staff. Will now find another location. Will not support a small business that does not support its patrons. A disgrace.

Every time I’m in Annapolis this is my go to spot for mani, pedi and waxing. Today only had time for the spa pedi $40 and waxing 3 different areas $40. Never disappoints everyone there is so competent, friendly, and meticulous.❤️

I love this place! SNS dip powder manicure - Thy does an amazing job! Thin and natural looking with beautiful shape. The color grew out evenly with no chipping and I wore it for 3 weeks. I plan to go regularly. Im very satisfied!

I have been going to Glamour Nails for many years now. The quality of their work has consistently been top notch and their friendly attitude always a major plus. Joe and Lisa along with every nail technician there not only do a superb job, they really know their craft and make you feel welcome always.

I’m in Annapolis from out of town and needed my nails done and decided to get a pedicure as well. Absolute exceptional service. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was great. The guy who did my nails engaged in conversation with me the whole time and checked several times to make sure I was happy with the service I was receiving. He went out of his way to do my nails exactly the way I wanted them, which included mixing powders to match the pink for my pink and white fill. The leg and foot and arm and hand massages were wonderful. I will definitely visit again when I’m back on the area.

Today I had my lashes done by NuNu and they look amazing! NuNu was very detailed and made sure my lashes look very natural. The overall lash application experience was very relaxing and comfortable.

I walked in for manicure (removal then french, gel). The place is clean, pretty, friendly staff, and great price! Other clients were there and enjoying their experiences which makes the whole atmosphere very welcoming.Oh yeah, and my nails turned out great!Definitely will return and recommend to others!

Great sevice from a salon thats been serving the Eastport community for many, many years! New massage chairs that feel like heaven... Great polish selection, too! The team there is so lovely and so very talented. Men, women and children are all welcome! They do take walk-ins but make an appointment so youre assured of your preferred day and time with your favorite technician. I may not go often but theyre the only nail salon I will use in Annapolis. A great place with a great team of talented professionals that will always send you off with beautiful fingers and toes! Truly!

I really wanted to like this place because its so close to where I live. But there were several issues both times that I went....1. It is over priced. There are better nail salons in the area for a more reasonable price.2. They didnt do a great job. They were rough and tore up my nail beds.3. They were rude. Both times I went there, my technician stopped doing my nails to take a personal call/text. I witnessed multiple others doing the same.Over all I just wasnt impressed. Will not be returning.

Lisa, Joe and their team of nail specialists are simply the best in town. Pedicures are great and they offer the best and the latest in nails - even the newest SNS which you cant find in many places is here. Nail colors are full circle for every season.

My gel nails peeled right off and I now doubt that is what they were but it is what I paid for. The technician was nice and mannerable and someone handed her all the stuff to put on my nails. I am truly ticked off that they pulled one over on me.

Not good my get French manicure lasted 2 days. Super disappointed because this place had great reviews.

I get SNS nails. They were recommended by Joe. I love the way the nails look, how long they last, the colors available. The people are very friendly, but they do have peak times where they are very busy. I try to make an appointment to guarantee my spot!

New favorite. Got a basic manicure but was treated like I was spending big money. And it was less expensive than my usual place. Looking forward to going back for a mani-pedi next time.

Very rude! I dont mind waiting if I know how long the wait will be, but ignoring me for 30 minutes and leading me to believe it wont be that long isnt right. Very disorganized with no one managing the staff. Not a good selection of polish choices either. Never going back.

Anna is the best for pedicures! Have to book her in advance tho!

The salon itself was very nice and looked very clean. I have been going there since this past summer, one of my girlfriends referred me there, but I will sadly not be going back. The staff is always changing or not showing up for work, so lately when Ive come in, the person I want is not there. I went in this past Sunday and thats the reason I will not be coming back. Joey or JoJo who did my pedicure was rude. She explained to me the specials that they had going on and after the third time of me saying, Just the regular please. She basically told me in shorter words that I was dumb for not taking the special because it was only 10 dollars more!!! She made me very uncomfortable, I felt like I HAD to pick the special or she was gonna chop my leg off, so I picked the special so she wouldnt be mad and take it out on my feet and the SPECIAL which is a DELUXE pedicure lasted about 35/40 minutes!! It was supposed to be longer than that, I believe she told me 1 hour. So my friend and I have decided that the salon USED to be about QUALITY, not QUANTITY and are now on the hunt for another salon.

I went in to the nail salon tonight to get my nails done for my wedding and older women helped me very nice but she didnt know what she was doing at all when i gpt home three pf my nails are already lifting im going in tomorrow to get my money but i will mever return here!
