I just had the most painful pedicure i’ve ever had from Kim in my entire life. She was so rough and I’m not one to complain. Then when she was about to do my nails she cuts them incredibly short after I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and said a little shorter than this picture ( I let her know multiple times). She cuts them at a length I hated so me as the person paying said i don’t like this and she very roughly and rudely removes my nails while saying nasty things. Then says if you want long nails like that go to DC. yea no. Kim needs to either be retrained or fired.

Wow! Holly did an exceptional job with my full acrylic set. I went based on a recommendation from a friend and I am SO happy I listened to her. Prices are competitive with others nail salons and the quality of service exceeds expectations. Holly was very open and willing to shape my nails exactly how I wanted them and she was able to achieve just that! I wanted them to look like when my natural nails grow out and she did exactly what I asked for! I will be returning to Holly to get my wedding nails!

My pedicure and manicure did not last a day. When I contacted them they did not return my call. I tried twice. Very unprofessional. While there three people came in with issues none where helped. Worst $78 spent by me. Never plan to return there!!!I saw Heather.

Went for a gel manicure, that normally lasts at LEAST 2 weeks, and within 3 days it’s chipped and coming off.

These folks are super professional. The place is very relaxing and clean. I quit my other nail shop in July 2019 and been going to Annapolis Nails & Spa since then. I love them.

I got a pedicure with a friend and we had the best time! The pedicures were well done and the foot massage was perfect. Also great value for this area!

Very clean looking, pretty space. However, it is extremely obvious that the tools are not sanitized and the emery boards and nails buffs had been previously used which is disgusting. They also seemed to do a very rushed job on me, and i was not offered an option of what kind of pedicure i wanted even though my friend was. The pedicure also chipped very quickly and my nails were not cut straight. Very nice employees, but i would not return.

I came in to get my nails done for a gala. I told the tech I would only have them on for a couple of days(5) so I just wanted acrylic. I never asked for gel but she put it on and charged me $45. I’m definitely not returning because I feel as though they try to upcharge their patrons. Why wouldn’t you ask if the person wants gel considering it’s much more expensive.

This nail salon is amazing, randomly stumbled upon it when I was searching for a new place and I fell in love! All of the ladies are SUPER sweet and funny, plus its really affordable! Highly recommend!

Annapolis Nails & Spa has recently become my new spot for a gel manicure and pedicure! Kim is so sweet and absolutely the best, I would recommend anyone to make an appointment with her!

Absolutely terrible. Got my nails done on a Tuesday and 4 of my nails were off by Thursday! I came in on Monday and they told me to come In Tuesday and I could get a gift certificate, so I came In with my mother and my friend and first they told my friend that she couldn’t get the shape that she wanted? What sense does that make. Then they tells me to come back AGAIN TOMORROW. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault that every single one of my nails had came off in a week... and that since I waited A WEEK. Actually 6 days because I came Monday and they told me to come Tuesday. So they ended up saying I couldn’t get my nails re done with a discount or anything and I would have to pay full price. I said “there’s no way I’m paying another $60 for my nails again” she said “it wasn’t $60” I said yes it was it was $55 plus tip which was $60. Never again will I be going back. We grabbed our stuff and left. Terrible customer service. I literally brought 2 customers with me and was willing to pay half.

I walked in and I was very impressed with the Decour and the way everybody seemed friendly. My manicure was pretty good. I got the better package of a pedicure. I felt like the pedicure was kind a rushed. There was no foot massage. Being $35 I thought I wouldve had more attention to my feet. It was just average. After I asked for a hand massage she did do that. I just feel like you shouldnt have to ask. I was taught in beauty school its included. I would try them again.give second chance.

This is by far my favorite place for pedicures in Annapolis! They do a wonderful job and seem to always fit me in for a walk-in even when theyre busy. The price is great too for what you get.

Love love LOVE this salon I’ve been going for nearly 4 years and Kim is my go to girl! All the ladies and of course Eric are sweet, a wonderful atmosphere and just an all around good experience!

Great spa! Had great mani and pedi, very relaxing atmosphere. Ask for Ann or Eric, both are wonderful!

I went to this nail salon and received a gel maincure. My nails started chipping in three days after getting them done on two of my fingernails and then more begin to chip afterwards. The clear top layer polish also started coming off on some of my nails, so certain spots were very dull because the clear coat was coming off. I went back to have them fixed and was still very disappointed. The job was very rushed and I needed four different nails redone. I was better off getting them all taken off completly and going to another nail salon. This nail salon doesn’t do a professional job and I was very unsatisfied with both visits. I will not be returning here for any further services. If there was a no star option for this salon that is what I would actually rate it.

I came in wanting a full set and gel nail polish. It was me and my mother she got a regular manicure no acrylic and no gel and we both got a pedicure(no gel). Total for this was $120. The problem began when I woke up the very next day and the gel nail polish was CHIPPED. I posted the pictures. So I came in that day and they fixed it with no cost. I also noticed that my cuticles were CUT UP. My cuticles hurt really bad everytime I came in contact with anything like soap. It burned and stung and they were very inflamed. I could have easily recieved a infection. I showed the owner she looked at my cuticles and said nothing. Next day I woke up SAME THING occurred with the chipping of the same finger. I came in 2 days later and this time the owner told me I was putting my hands in wrong that i needed to lift my thumb since the light wasn’t able to reach my thumb when it’s in the resting position. I’ve never been told this but okay so this is now the second time I’m going on for chipped gel nails that I paid a pretty penny for. Next i noticed that I was over charged $15 for a service my mother did not receive. When I went back the first time for the chipped gel nails this is when I addressed this issue. She then gave me store credit of $15. Few weeks later I got a refil this time no gel and was charged $45... I’ve paid $45 for a full set and gel before. Not for a fill in no gel. This place tries to get over on you and quality for how much they charge is not worth it. Mind you the second time I came in it was very very rushed. Some staff is stand offish and rude. Some designs they have online look great but personally I did not have a good experience and they tried to rip me off.
