I lived at 801 E. Ann St (basement unit) and it was the best rental experience I had during all of college. Kathy doesnt have a big-time rental company like McKinley, Cabrio, etc. and it really shows - she is so attentive, responsive, and honestly just nice! The property was really clean, including the carpets, and whenever something broke she had it repaired within a few hours and never charged us for stuff that was just a part of the house. She is also almost always available, so when something happened after 5 pm we could still reach her without a problem. She lives within 4 blocks of all of her properties so she is always around when you need her. Kathy runs a stand up business, I highly recommend renting from her!
