The lady that gave me my pedicure was so friendly and nice. She did an amazing job. A different lady did my dip manicure. She rushed, didn’t do all the proper steps. I’ve got my nails done enough to know that it doesn’t take 20 minutes to do dip powder. I had to ask her to dip my nails more because you could literally see my real nail still. It looked horrible. She fixed it for me but still proceeded to not do all the complete steps. She left a whole bunch of crud under my nail. This was the first nail salon I’ve gone to here and in Anderson and I was not impressed, not sure if I’ll be back.

Vi did a wonderful job on my nails! I showed her a picture and she made it happen! It was pricey but I got 3 different colors and a palm tree painted, so its understandable. Go see Vi

Its a good place its clean and okay nails but I got a fill in which should have been cheaper than a full set and it was natural nails and I had to pay $70 just for the nails and I gave a tip but the price is way more than it should have been for plain acrylics and when I called to ask for a filling they said full set would be starting $55

I’m a biweekly nail client and every set I get from my nail bar is absolutely perfect. Aiden is my favorite nail tech but every employee works really hard and does their best to accommodate every customer - even the customers who come in with bad attitudes off the bat. Almost every time I get my nails done I see at least one customer come in with a rude attitude, big demands, and a small budget but the employees still come in smiling and treat others with kindness. The quality of their work speaks for itself, they are the only I will let do my nails!

Almost 3 hrs for a plain pedi/mani with gel polish. No lotion, no massage for either. Both described in menu with massage and green tea or olive oil lotion. My cuticles were cut down so much they are sore and there are some spots that are bleeding. Unprofessional. And how was my bill $37 more that the menu?

Vi has done my nails a handful of times and she always does an amazing job! Every time I show her a picture she does exactly that! I recommend this place to all my friends!

First time going to Nail Bar, and i’m very impressed with the acrylic nails i received. very clean and exactly what i asked for. the man who is in charge of the acrylic nails was so kind and professional.HOWEVER, when my mother was getting simple basic solid colored gel nails, they completely messed up. the polish was spotty, and thick and all over. looked like a 9 year old did it. the group of younger girls were sitting behind us, talking smack about their friends and it was completely unprofessional. the younger woman with the red hair in my opinion should not be working there with the rest of the incredible team.

Horribly rude nail techs that dont actually know how to do anything. The first picture is what was asked for and the second was what my gf got. Dont bother giving them an honest opinion because they will be horribly HORRIBLY rude. Dont even deserve 1 star. Accused us of not paying when we threw the money down on the counter and left (even though they didnt deserve to be paid) DO NOT COME.

I had called last minute to see if they could do my nails which they said they could. I had to wait an HR until they started even though they said they could do it at 5:45 but I couldn’t complain because they were so busy I understood. Even though they close at 7, they still would work you in if you could wait. I had at least 3 people waiting before me & 4 people waiting after me. The lady who did my nails did such a great job. I paid $90 just for my nails. A bit high but you get what you pay for. The best nails I have ever received from anyone & will definitely come back but I will book an appointment next time.

I love Vi’s work. She do really great job!!! Wonderful job!!! Fantastic job!!! Amazing job!!! The best nail tech I never seen!!! She can do any design you request, just show her the picture you pick!!! She really take time to take care of her client!!! I came in for SNS dip removal and replacement. 3 different women worked on my nails because they just kept getting up and leaving with no explanation so it took twice as long as anywhere else. I also have two cracks already after just 3 days - overpriced for poor quality service.

3 other nail shops turned me away an hour before they closed. Mr. Tommy told his associates that he would still take me. He has earned my business for life. Thank you again!

I’ve had my nails done by Aiden there, and he does very good work, as well as the other man there. However i have also had my nails done by one of the females I’m not sure her name she has the darker hair, everytime she has done my nails she has rushed, and they look terrible afterwards, messy and the acrylic is lumpy and thick.. not cute at all. She has also just the other day waxed my eyebrows for me, and that’s the last time I’ll get my eyebrows done there. As usual she was rushing, the wax she put on my face was HOT, did not wait for it to cool or anything, and she ended up burning my skin, i have two large scabs where she ripped my skin and it burned. They need to have one specific person who does the waxing, and she has no business working there anymore. They have very good employees and she does not fit in! Brings the place down.

My mom and I had been coming here a few times before and the prices and people were very nice. The last time we were there they charge me way to much and one of the workers told my mom he would not do her nails because she wanted regular polish. Not worth your time or money. Will not be going back

This salon is highly over priced. I paid $77 for a gel “volcano” pedicure & gel take off. The man did not properly provide the pedicure at all. I didnt receive a massage nor did he use the provided materials in the package to remove “calluses”. He polished my toes and then proceeded to say he would massage after polish. All he did was put the lotion on and then take it off with a towel. I would have not minded the price if the pedicure was of quality work but it was not good at all. I could have done this at home . I will not be coming back here wish I could get my money back honestly.

Charged my friend $60 for short plain nails. Charged me $70 for nails that did not even match my design. And the man doing my nails told me my nail design was not cute.

I absolutely love this place! When I first gotten into getting my nails done I looked at places online for Good Nail shops, even though I have already went to a few. Wanted to find oneDI really l liked. I came across the Nail bar online and there pictures we’re the best i’ve seen online! I went to get my nails done and the place is very pretty and clean on the inside! Its a comfortable and relaxing environment. The employees there are some of the nicest people I have Ever met! They will not try and rush just to get out the door and when talking to the employees they will treat you like family/ bestfriend. One of my New friends actually goes there often and says Vi does her nails perfect but also looks at Vi like a friend because she will listen and remember her story. I would Trust every single worker there to do my Nails or my pedicure. The workers are absolutely amazing at what they do. Some of their work blows my mind as I see there work in person and Pictures online. They truly take their time and YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. As I’ve been in there before I have seen SO MANY customers come in with the nastiest attitude. The CUSTOMER would be extremely rude to the worker, NOT the other way around. The employees would STILL take them in, would STILL try and work with them even though they were being bery disrespected (badly), Would STILL do it all with kindness. Sad thing is I have seen it quite a few times. If it was my nail shop, I would have sent a few of them customers right bck out thet door not too long after they walked in because of how disrespectful they were. A highly highly recommended place!

Warning they will quote u a price and charge you another. I went in Two weeks ago to get SNS put on my fingers. Tommy told me it would be better to get colored acrylic because I wanted a more natural look. He told me it would be $55. He explained to me several time it wasnt SNS when I come back asked for colored acrylic. When I went to leave they charged me $60 and he argue with me about the pice he quoted me. Now it was a good job and he was nice so I payed him. He told me when I come back for a fill in that it would be $35. Guess what they charged me $40. I also got a polish change on my toes. They told me it would be $10. Guess what they charged me $15. Plus $2 because they filed one nail that was chipped. I told them thats not the price they quoted me and yet again they argued with me about it. She told me it was $52. Well two other associates walk over and tell me she was supposed to charge me more and raises the price to $55. Lol like Im not even kidding you. I was supposed to pay $45 Ill even accept the $2 for filing one nail. But they raised the price that much. He even showed me where the menu states fill in for colored acrylic was $35 and still argues with me n tried to say I had gel. There was literally no polish on my nails. The colored acrylic was a light pink. Then they changed it to no u have SNS when. I showed them their own prices. Then the Man looked at me and had the audacity to ask me Do you speak English? Like you cant make this up. I said yes I do do I speak English? Then asked me can I Read plain English?. They were beyond rude and disrespectful when I refused to pay they higher price. Even told me to sit down n let them take off my nails lol like what? I told him I owed them $47. I actually paid $52. The thing is I was trying to handle it quietly but as soon as I told the girl thats not what I was quoted they got all loud so I got loud back. I told them they def lost me n it was sad cause I think Tommy did a good job but misquoting me is not ok at all. So they told me not to come back and that is totally ok with me.

Only Nail Salon I go to. My Nail Bar is on the expansive side but I truly believe you get what you pay for. My nails usually last for a month and still look good. In public places stranger say “OMG your nails look good.” Than they ask where do I go to and I proudly say, “My Nail Bar.” Only thing that I don’t like is they never offer anything to drink. Anyway, Like I said please make sure you have more than $100.00 in your pocket because this nail place isn’t cheap but you do get good quality work.

Not happy with the level of customer service I received. I came in for me and my daughter mani and pedi and they seemed understaffed and the nail techs seemed to be trying to multi task with people. I’ve had better services. We had to leave as soon as my daughters nails got done because it was just taking them too long to get to myself and my daughter. I just didn’t feel like we mattered.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place so I wanted to try it. I came here to get a refill. (Now the last place I went they took their time and made sure my nails were how I wanted them) but the lady that did my nails here rushed them. I walked in and was seated right away. By the time she started and finished was literally less then 10 minutes. Everyone else was taking their time and she was rushing! And the place wasn’t even busy! I had lint on my hands and instead of getting a rag and cleaning it off she painted over it. And I got black nail polish so it is very noticeable! I will NEVER come here again! Made the mistake of not going to my normal place I will never make that mistake again!

Nice atmosphere. But the one that did my nails had no conversation at all with me. Hurt a lil, but read ok. I always tip and not a lil, but no conversation, no big tip.

Horrible Experience! I was passing through and I went here based on the reviews. I went this weekend and the man made my fingers bleed. Too ROUGH! My fingers are so sore and this has been the third day. I always get my nails done and never had this problem! This guy seemed like he was in a hurry. The sad thing the pedicure was great and I enjoyed with someone else there! I really think this is an issue with the person who was doing the manicure. This was $85+ in price. The most I ever spent and I live in between Palm beach and Atlanta. Very disappointed! A waste of money now I have to pay to make again just to fix them correctly.

I went in there to get a full set on my nails with my mom. The lady that helped me literally hurt me so bad. She does not know how to apply the acrylic on the nails. She hit the acrylic all over my fingers and she was ripping my cuticles causing them to bleed. I honestly had to get up, and go to another nail technician because of how much pain and bad job the first person did. On top the second nail technician noticed that the First Lady was using dip powder for my nails, not what I asked for, and also saw how bad my fingers where. She did apologized, but at the end they charged me $87. I was so mad. Don’t recommend. Never going back.

Ashley took care of me and she did an excellent job. I am considered a tough customer..picky. She accommodated all my request. You also get one complimentary glass of wine..nice. prices are reasonable.. The place is nice a d clean. The nail technician seem actually enjoy their day. Nice place to bring a friend also. Very quality nails, very fast and polite service, and they serve wine which is an added bonus. The technicians were personable and all spoke English very well! Only 50 for a new set, gel, and a glass of wine, which coming from a big city is UNHEARD of. I think they have earned a new regular. Also, they took me with 5 minutes until closing time and still took the time to do a fantastic job on my nails! In love with this salon!

One day I went for dip nails and was charged 45 and the second time I went for the same exact thing was charged 75 will not be back

This my second time coming here and I was not happy with my service. It was just sloppy like the sides of my nails didn’t have polish and it hurts to touch myself because the nails not filled smoothly. They was just acting like they didn’t want to do it and all got was white gel polish on my toes and hands.

Yesterday was my 1st time going here my niece got a fill in & i got a full set powder overall nice & clean & i enjoyed the man who did my nails showed him a picture of how i wanted it done & he gave me exactly what i asked for now the woman who did my niece fill in started off good till my niece picked out her colors 4 her nails & then she started 2 get rude asking 2 get paid before she finished doing her job as a aunt I had 2 step in and notified her that I was the one who was gonna be paying for it after the job was finished overall i enjoyed this nail salon but i will not tolerate disrespect either need to work on attitude problem

I’ve never had a pedicure where they spread your legs to get a better look between them. The male tech tonight made me very uncomfortable after he grabbed my thigh to hold himself up messing with the massage controller on my chair. He also kept staring between my legs each time he would lay my knees apart and turn my feet in to scrub my calves. He even laid my chair back almost all the way down on his own controller after I sat myself up just minutes before. I’m not sure of his motive but something was definitely not right. It doesn’t make sense why my legs couldn’t stay upright as I was getting massaged. He also kept wanting me to feel my feet so he would push my legs up and out so that I could grab my heels. He did this twice on both feet. And each time would stare directly between my legs. I had on shorts and a t shirt. I was asked about where I worked and if my boyfriend worked there too? I’m not sure how that was relevant. Which was also very unnerving!Tonight was my moms first pedicure ever and I took her as a mother’s day treat. I was extremely disappointed. But I noticed she did not get treated in the same manner by the female tech. Her legs stayed together and never once were pushed up or pushed out to get the job done.I ask that the male techs in that industry be respectful and mindful about the placement of legs and feet when you are working on a woman. There should be no reason for you to touch or grab her above the knees when giving a pedicure. There should also be no reason that her legs be spread out in a butterfly position for you to rub lotion on her calves. And there should be absolutely NO reason for you to stare and continue to eyeball her where you don’t need to be looking!This place is nice and the other staff members were great. I have no complaints about my nails. But smooth feet and cold water to drink with a foot bath was not worth the uneasy feeling I went through tonight.

So, I hadnt had my nails done in awhile. I got acrylic after not having it for awhile. I wanted a french tip and I feel like they convinced me to do the ombré because it was easier. They didnt clean my cuticles or push them back, they just sawed off my old polish and went to doing their style that they wanted. I was not offered anything to drink even tho the name is nail bar. I paid 55 dollars and left a good tip. After the whole experience I was very upset because I also wanted a pedicure, they didnt ask. I looked at my nails and they have bubbles in them and since my cuticles were not pushed back it looks like I already need a fill.

I love My Nail Bar!!! This is the only nail salon I have been to since I moved here almost 2 years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They are great and you can even get a cup of wine with your service too!!!

When you walk into this salon it is a completely different atmosphere from any other salon and on the plus side it is VERY clean. They have reasonable prices and the most SNS colors I’ve seen yet in Anderson, SC. Not only do you get a complimentary drink with your service there but they use personal kits for each persons pedicure! I highly recommend this nail salon!

Every time I come the employees are always super nice and always do a good job. The nails always stay for awhile and don’t break easy so that’s a plus. This is always the place I come to when I want to get my nails done.

My pedicure was horrible. I had clear acrylic on my natural nails but the lady put pink acrylic on them. Also she was on the phone the entire time. Somebody needs to open a shop in Anderson that focuses on pedicures. So hard to get a good one. Was definitely not worth the expensive bill I paid.

The lady who done my nails was AMAZING. I brought my own nail polish and God bless this womans patience, she had to use four coats (3 color, 1 clear top.) I was charged $35 which I think is fair. If you dont want to pay a lot, ask for shorter nails than what they first give you. I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

It was all around very clean and the nails turned out beautifully. However, in the 1 1/2 hours we were there we were never once offered a drink, and there was a tech listening to music with her headphones in which Ive never seen before. The staff was very friendly and its overall a nice place.

I had been going to the place by Pier One but the quality of the pedicures and manicures were just not a 5. So I decided to give this salon a try. They were very good. This place is not professional at all! I’ve had multiple bad experiences here! They mess up and don’t try to take responsibility for what they did or make it right. You make an appointment and you still have to wait A hour to get your service done! Tired of giving them chances!

Will NEVER come back here ever!! Came yesterday had my nails done painted with gel polish, the lady that done it was rushing, I’m guessing she was the owner because she kept answering the phone, she had another appointment coming and was in a hurry. I wanted a light color and she put clear, it chipped the same day and several of my nails looked matte from where she didn’t get the clear coat on top. THEY LOOKED AWFUL AND I PAID $30. Came back the next day the man in there was going to make me pay to do it again!!! And he was the rudest. I will never go back and will tell everyone else not to go there either!

I went here for the first time last night. The lady that done my nails done a wonderful job. It was very busy when I arrived and I was worried they would rush however they didn’t!

Your experience depends on who does your nails. The lady who did my nails got up in the middle of doing them to do someone elses nails and then when she came back she made me get up and pay before she finished them. And to top it off, I asked for sharp stilettos and I got dull almond shaped nails. But people have told me that a girl named V always does a great job so if anyone does go here, I would ask for her.

I am currently sitting in the parking lot of this place which is my normal place to go to get my nails done. They typically do a good job or they are at least good about fixing any mistakes. Well I just sat inside for 30 mins just to have my nails shortened due to them being to long and nobody had even spoken other than to all what I needed done. They do not take into consideration the amount of money I have already spent in there too even attempt to just cut my nails done a simple fix. I wont be back.

Not a long wait..at least not when I went. Very friendly staff. I came in for a pedicure and they were very good at making me feel comfortable, and continued to ask if I were okay, or if I wanted to change anything (color, design etc). Other salons just seem to do as they please. Very clean place too. I highly recommend!

I am upset after paying $50 for a full set with regular polish. Before beginning I asked the price telling her that I wanted a diamond on 2 fingers. After she polished them, I asked about the diamonds again and what told that I had to wait until my nails dried. After my nails were dry I was told that I didn’t ask for 2 diamonds. They also had me pay before they were done so I left a tip before knowing that I wouldn’t get what I’d asked for. 😡

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR YEARS and they never disappoint. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed by the friendly staff. They ask me what I would like to get done and if the wait time is a bit more than normal (that can happen when a popular place gets crowded), they offer me a drink. I normally get my nails done by Vi or Lucy, who always ask how Im doing. The price may be a bit more than other salons, but youre paying for what you get. The finished look is always above and beyond my expectations, so I dont mind paying a few extra dollars as opposed to going somewhere cheaper and not liking the final outcome. I like this place so much that Ive taken my teenage daughter on several occasions to have a mother-daughter bonding time :) All in all, DO VISIT THIS PLACE WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE!

This place nail service is a joke. Polish change is 5, but if your nails are long it’s 15. 3 nails popped off before 2 weeks. Then 3 days after a new set 2 popped off. This place had just been a bad experience for me

This is the best place to get acrylic nails in Anderson. MUCH better and friendlier than VIP in my opinion. The guy who did my nails was very friendly and he made sure of what I wanted. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back.

I will never go back to this place. The older lady who I assume is the owner did my nails and it was very obvious she was rushing and did a horrible job, I was very upset and did not want to pay full price but did anyways. The lady who did my toes did a wonderful job, the pedicure was awesome. I definitely won’t be going back though.

Best nail place in Anderson! The salon is axtremly clean and nice looking inside. The employees are very sweet, nice and friendly. They have a large colors collection that you can choose from and they even have their colors coordinated which is a plus for me. I’ve been going there since they open to get my pedicure and nails done and im always leave there happy and pleased. I highly recommend this place and i will definitely continue coming back.

This place is amazing! Very clean. The girls that work here are very talented at what they do! When I got married a few weeks ago they treated me and my bridal party like royalty. If you havent been here your missing out.

Went in today. It was a very clean place and the employees were exceptionally nice. My nails look better then they ever have before. Will def be going back. Thank you ladies.

They are pretty pricey. But it could because it is 2019 and everything is over priced. They do great jobs with your nails and try to do anything that you ask! They also serve wine and champagne yummy!!

I had a great service, people there is so nice and so kind. definitely coming back! and the environment is awesome you guys should try it la worth every penny:)
