I believe this place is xalled THY Nails. Didnt get any services. The sign says they close at 7:30 so I walked in at 5pm. There were no customers at all and an employee with a mask on shaping her nails that didnt acknowledge me at all. A guy came up to me about 15-20 seconds upon me entering and asked if I was the person who just called. I said no I just walked in - and then there was an awkward stare. He asked me two more times if I called and that I looked like the person who did. After that he said well can you come back tomorrow since I wasnt the who called. I asked since it was 5pm could I just come back at 6pm. And then another awkward stare. The masked employee curtly muttered something I couldnt understand and the guy gave me yet another long, weird stare. I just said okay and just left. Neither of them even asked what service I wanted. Guess they dont want customers. Went down the street to Lux Nails. Much better atmosphere and employees working on multiple happy customers. Never going to THY or N V or whatever again.

The service was incredible! My nail artist listened to what I wanted and interpreted it into beautiful nail art. Very impressed with the outcome. Ill be back soon!
