I tried a few different temp agencies and found Spherion to have the most professional and helpful staff. They listened to what I was looking for in employment, i.e., interest, skills, days of the work week, wages, benefits, and location. I have been at my job for over a year and am so happy! Id recommend them in a heartbeat!

Outstanding Staff. When we needed employees they had a list available. If there was ever an issue with an employee the staff was there immediately or handled it on the phone immediately. We are a seasonal business so it is difficult to find employees for just a few weeks and they were able to take care of that for us. Highly recommend them.

I worked a temporary position through the Spherion on Larkspur Ln. in Redding, CA. The staff that assisted me throughout my assignment were amazing. I could call them for anything from work scheduling to just chatting about the job. Ms. Benson was my main contact and she was very helpful. Not a good company..i moved from southern California a few years ago an was looking for employment so I called spherion...one of the ladies picked up and I asked them if I needed to make an appointment to meet up with somebody about employment and give them my resume..she said that everybody was on lunch and she will have them call me right back, so I gaved her my number and hung up...never herd from them at all...i went to the office a few days later and the door was locked..one of the ladies that was in the office came and open up the door..she said everybody was on lunch..i told her I called a few days if I needed to make and appointment and that they said they where going to call me back but I never got the call...she said because they do alot of high-end work..i asked her how did she know what I was looking for if she never seen my resume or even talked to me about what type of work I was looking for... (by the way she didnt let me in)...then she said let me see your resume so I showed her my resume and she told me they do alot of clerical...i told her i did some clerical at my last job and I had it on my resume so I have experience with that...she said that they do only high-end clerical and gaved me back my resume and closed the door...a week later I seen an add on Craiglist about a janitorial position and guess what job agency it was through...yup spherion...so much for high-end clerical hu...i dont know if the lady was prejudice or what but she didnt give me a chance to even talk to me or anything...i will never recommend this place to anyone.

Not a very good company. They never seem to have an answer for question. They changed the job description so many times I had no idea what the job was that I was hired for.
