I have worked here for over a year .. I still havent got hired on thru anywhere .. I havent got a raise .. I never can get ahold of anyone when I need help or have questions ..

I was turned away. The employee saw I was filling out an application on my phone. Which is an invasion of privacy. He went further as to tell me that I “dissed” him (old white guy). Then he told me he didn’t want to employ me simply for that reason. So if you are looking hard for a job don’t let them know they will turn you away.

I had found a post on ZipRecruiter for a position being filled by Morales Group for a 6-figure salary. I was unfamiliar with Morales Group but had worked with various other recruiting agencies before, so was familiar with the process. For Morales, the process is not significantly different than any others however the customer service I got was exemplary. Status updates almost daily, pre- and post- interview preparation and next steps, fluid communication regarding expectations from the hiring manager and overall focus-on-the-positive every step of the way. Ive now been working that job for a couple weeks and am genuinely happy with my Morales experience. Jennifer really made it great.
