I always go there to get snacks and/or drinks. The only time I really wanted to use th ATM, check your balance for free?? False...... withdraw your money for free?? Also false....... have a bank statement to prove that I was charged. And after I used the ATM my card is being decline and/or is said to be invalid......... very dissatisfied...... other than that its convenient to get drinks and snacks from. Usually dont get gas there.

Stopped in for donuts on mothers day at 8am . Donuts were very stale. I usually like them. I recommend going back to your square ones you use to have. very disapointed

These people need to make up their mind!!!!! They tell you one thing one day and something else the next. Its great that they added the Marlboro coupons to their program but why they suddenly decide you cant combine coupons I dont understand. I wasted one coupon because after using a $1 she then told mw I couldnt use their coupon as well. Would be fine if it jad always been that way but every other time at every store they have let me use both together. And the woman didnt have to be rude about it. She was very sorry and short with me. Its just BS that people in customer servise sony know what those works mean!!!

I give Rickers 5 stars for blowing smoke. If your ever injured on the property and your waiting to get a straight answer from the corporate office or the insurance company that insures them don’t hold your breath. The funny thing is that the first story was all about an injured party and now all the sudden things have disappeared and you have no control over weather and etc... News flash to you and your insurance company phone conversations are recorded between the injured party and the insurance agent when discussing what happened. But what is alarming is several conversations over the phone and from the first conversation over the phone things have disappeared or changed . Well if memory serves me correct all phone conversations when talking with an insurance company are recorded so I think I would find out exactly my insurance represantive has said from the first story to the last story because the hole story from the first to the last story was isn’t even close. The shame of it is the injured party frequented Rickers about daily and this is how you treat your customers. SHAME ON YOU! Oh and just to add one more thing the day the accident happened on your property your own employees couldn’t even offer to help it was 2 complete strangers that helped the injured party out. So consumers beware don’t ever get injured at a Rickers because you will get the run around and the story will be so twisted that the very first thing you were told isn’t even close to the last thing your told.

I have absolutely enjoyed Rickers atmosphere, the employees and convince. I have been here in Indy for over 3yrs now and I will GPS the nearest Rickers when traveling here. For the past few months, I have not been able to find a brand of gum that I purchase often from here.Rickers was also the only place that sold this gum. During this particular visit on 116th in Fishers, Javier O. truly assisted me to find and possibly start reorderly this brand of gum. He is a great asset for this Rickers location and i hope to see more of this demonstration of customer service.

I like rickers however at the Noblesville on 32 in frobt of Wal-Mart, 3 staff stood outside smoking in front of the door. They were actually standing right in frontvof the sign posting No Smoking. They need to follow the rules besides who wants to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the building.
