Ralphs Auto Service came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint. Its typically harder for a woman to be seen as an equal when it comes to auto shops, but I felt like they listened to my problem and explained the issues to me in a very direct way. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone!

I originally took my car to Firestone to get my tires rotated and oil change. They diagnosed my car with a couple problems and gave me an outrageous estimate to fix it. I knew about Ralph’s from a friend and decided to see what they were about. I was alittle nervous going in to the shop since I had never been but they were so welcoming, friendly, and they explained, thoroughly, what was actually wrong with my car. They value their customers, and this is why I will continue taking my vehicle back here.

Im guaranteed to return. Dropped my car off at 8am and had it back by 1:30pm. They fixed three different issues and were in constant contact with me during the process. Excellent service. An honest mechanic is hard to come by, check them ou!

I love Ralph and Ms. Arlene and the rest of his employees. My dad has been dealing with Ralph for years and I have been driving since I was 18 so I have been dealing with Ralph for 22 years. Everyone there is so nice and sweet. They have always treated me good and on top of that they do some AMAZING work. One thing I love about Ralph is that hes always honest and upfront about everything. He will not charge you extra it say something is wrong with your car when its really not just to get money from out of you. There is so much I could say about this place but I would be all day. Just know that if you allow them to take care of your auto repair needs, youre in excellent hands and youre getting superb service!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ralphs Auto Service is by far my favorite mechanic. Locally owned and operated, and they are such nice people. I legitimately feel like Im taking my car to family. The prices are affordable and if its something they dont do affordably (one time a major exhaust system issue happened with my SUV) they referred me to another local place that specializes on exhaust systems and mufflers. Great people all around.

Ralphs was amazing! I hit a pothole and my wheel was rubbing against something and making a squeaking noise. I went to Ralphs because they were closest to me, but they quickly hammered out the issue and didnt even charge me for their time!! I am so appreciative of their attentiveness and generosity!
