I have never had an issue with Sports Clips before today. Typically, I am not too picky with my haircuts but the employee today was actively disengaged. I tried not laughing out loud at her because she was literally doing the opposite of what I was requesting. The below is please keep my sides below mid-ear. 33 years of tan lines are now exposed. 😂 How embarrassing! I still tipped 20% but I will not be returning to this location because this is the second time that a stylist seemed to really not want to be there. Zero conversation. Zero listening skills.

Disappointed. I love sports clips and been a customer in 3 states. The stylist did a really bad job. Will not be coming back to this location.

I actually followed my favorite barber Promise to this store. She gives excellent service and recommendations! This store is allot bussier than the other sports clips Ive been too. Also seems to be disconnect between customers and sports click on how the online checkin works. Your suppose to in the store before you get the ready text or you miss you time slot. Otherwise satisfying service and recommendations !

Today was my first day going to this location for sport clips. Leanne took good care of me. My haircut was just the way I wanted and the whole experience was lovely. The location was very clean, masks worn correctly, and they seemed to generally have a great process here. When its time for my next hair cut I will likely be back.

The website says theres a mask mandate, theres even signs on the door saying that masks are mandatory. Unfortunately they dont enforce the policy, and when i kindly asked (twice) about the customer next to me (8 chairs open and were seated right next to each other) who wasnt wearing a mask, the stylist was completely dismissive. I ended up leaving because they wouldnt do anythingI should note that the manager called me and apologized for me feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately it was too little and too late. This pandemic really stinks, but customers shouldnt have to enforce businesses policies. And there was plenty Sports Clips could have done to resolve the matter before i left.

First time at this location and I love my hair cut and they were really nice and professional.

Fairly nice people but went in for a flat top and ended up shaving my whole head.

So the first thing I like is that you guys are open on Sundays thank you so much for that. I like the TV so you never miss any of the football action that going on while getting your hair cut. I love the MVP treatment I always get that when I come in because that is what I need an amazing hair cut a wonderful head 💆 and wash and the afterwards and nice neck 💆 it the perfect place to go with out the spa prices.

Ive never in my life had such a wonderful experience at a haircut place like Ive had just today over here at Sport Clips. It was so great I couldnt wait to leave a review later and had to do it asap. The staff is incredibly friendly; I personally had Sabah, and she was very efficient as well as so friendly and easy to speak to while she made her magic happen. I came in with a bit of a downer mood and left with a big smile on my face and feeling fresh and clean from a great haircut and shampoo treatment. This place doesnt joke about MVP experience, really is worth every penny. Definitely will have to come back here and this is not even nearby to me, worth going out of the way for.

Nice staff...but I am not paying for the stylists to go on lavish vacations...😉.Haircut for a 13 year old boy...$20...It took less than 15 minutes from walking in the door and walking out the door...Time to get my clippers oiled up...

The staff here is great and I have had some fantastic service here. I have had a couple of bad haircuts here, which has sent me to other locations. They tend to be good at fixing stuff though. Also, the lines here tend to be super long at all times of day. Its getting better with online check-in, but you often have a 20 minute wait here, at least.

Come here if you want to spend money to have an alleged “hair stylist” Casey cut/buzz off half your child’s eyebrows while making an attempt at a fade and then put forth more effort to hide her mistakes than the actual service that you’re paying for...Or if you want to listen to Chelsea try to sell products to other customers while she has you on “hold” so she can look up some information for you that she just cannot seem to find until you request to speak with the manager...of course expect to be told the manager, Tina, is unavailable at the moment but to expect a call the next day.And lastly, if the manager is aware of the situation, she either doesn’t care (I mean, you are yesterday’s issue and today is a new day) or the staff doesn’t report anything to the manager.To the owners of this establishment, please re-train your staff.

Went in for the first time since they reopened. Trash customer service wouldnt clip my beard and told me after they started cutting my hair. Wouldnt have gone if they were clear about not doing their job.

My experience. I check in. Machine says 20 minute wait. I wait 30-40 minutes and never hear my name called, while 6-7 people (many who came in after me) get called up. I mean the stylists all saw me sitting there. I guess they just didnt want to help me. That was as much time as I had available to get a cut. So thanks for wasting my time and not even acknowledging my existence Sport Clip.

Great place for haircut! Staff is nice and provide great service. I like to watch the sports while waiting and during my cut. I like that they offer the hair wash after the cut to take care of the cut hair.

The atmosphere is great and to me it feels more like a manspa then a barbershop and thats a great thing. Marissa is a great stylist, she has an amazing personality and she always has good topics to talk about. The last couple of times I have been in for a cut I end up leaving their feeling like a new person. Marissa has gained a loyal customer for life.

Love the fact that they play our local sports teams on their TVs. Relaxing experience and the best stylist. If you go to this sport clips in Ahwatukee on Chandler Blvd ask for Marissa; shes the best Ive seen. She gets it right every time and shes got a great personality. I wont trust my hair to anyone else... And I dont trust my familys hair to anyone else either. She cuts it for all my kids (my 2 year old, my daughters and my teenager) and they all come home with huge smiles cuz they got a great haircut and Im happy cuz it didnt break the bank. Horrible place to get your haircut. Been there multiple times and they never seem to get me lined up the way I want. Every time it’s something new and I’m over it. Today, they “accidentally” cut off my colick and tried to play it off like it was what they were supposed to do. I also asked for a trim on the top and got no trim at all. Went for a hair “cut” and got a messed up colick and no cutting of any hair.

Kaylie is the prime example as to why customers will always come back to Sport Clips. I got a haircut at a different company and they completely screwed it up. I came into Sport Clips to see if they could fix the botched haircut I was given. Kaylie greeted me at the front desk with a smile, had me sign in, and fixed the horrible haircut I was previously given. She was very friendly, outgoing, diligent, meticulous, and professional. I will hands down be back to get another haircut from her soon!

I have been to this Sports Clips a few times and prior to today I only had one bad haircut there, but it was one that could be fixed. Today I received a haircut from Ashley, the Assistant Manager, and it was the worst haircut that I have ever received. Not only was I covered in hair after leaving, but there is a good 1/2 inch of clearance between my ear and my hairline. When I went in to complain about the poor haircut that I received, Ashley didnt seem to recognize me even though I had received a haircut from her only 20 minutes prior. Luckily I was able to get my money back, but I definitely wont be going there ever again.
