I went in yesterday with 3 other people to get our nails done for my wedding in a couple days, and all of us had the worst nail salon experience we’ve ever had. We all got manicures and pedicures, and the pedicures were okay at best but all of our toe nails are lumpy and the paint doesn’t go quite to the edge so they look already weeks grown out. The manicures were awful for everyone. I got French nails and first off she was extremely pushy and only asked if I wanted real or fake nails, I said real, so she immediately started doing dip without asking if that was okay. Made her switch to shellac because I hate dip, and then she keeps saying how I messed her up. Then she used the electric file and didn’t bother to clean off my hands before putting the clear polish on, so you can see all the dust VERY clearly. The white part doesn’t go all the way to the edge of my nails on either side of any of my fingers, and when I asked her to fix that she pulled out clippers and just took more off the edges of my nails (but still not all the way to the white). None of the white lines are clean cut either, and she left the bottom of my fingers covered in white gel. My maid of honor had several fingers bleeding by the time we left because they cut so much skin off around her nails. Strongly do not recommend.

I love this place so much, the staff speaks such good English and there very nice. I dont have much to say about this place. All I really have to say is there cheaper then most places, it always smells good inside and the staff is very nice, the only down side is a lady is a little rood and short temperd but other than that its PERFECT!!!!

I highly do not recommend this place. Just got my nails done and the look like I have had them on for a week. They are not cleaned up underneath my nails. Just plain horrible.

Wasnt the best but it was ok, was cheap prices. I was going to get my eyebrows done, but thought better to go elsewhere for that. Photo of thumb was immediately after leaving, finger was a few hours later.

My husband got the deluxe pedicure which was listed as 40 minutes. For $35.This place was so busy they just wanted to rush to get more people in. It took 10 minutes for the deluxe pedicure. We talk to them about how the brochure shows 40 minutes. They said they used the hot towels. That’s what we were paying for?? This place had no communication. The lady was worried about everyone else in the place and not him. Worst ever.

This is the WORST salon Ive ever been to! It was filthy and after moving to multiple massage chairs the one i got was still broken. My feet were still rough and the workers were loud and obnoxious. Plus they do not open new packages they only pour alcohol over the nail supplies. I pray i dont get a nail fungus.

This place is awesome, the pedicure felt so good, I think I arrived. The staff was super cool and friendly!

Always super friendly. They do a great job on your nails and have many services for all budgets. Highly recommend. My favorite nail spa in the Amarillo area by far.

First of all, I asked for a different color than she gave me. I asked 3 times for her to make my nails shorter and she did not. I also left with very deep cuts around my fingers from the nail file and drill. I’m very disappointed in the work that was done and she did not listen to what I wanted at all.

The place was clean and the nail techs were very polite. They offered us cookies and asked if we wanted water or anything to drink. They did a great job on my nails.

My husband and I went to get pedicures today and told them what packages we wanted. They rushed through everything and I didnt get the color I was wanting because a lady that came in after me wanted the same color so the other tech just took my color from my table and I was asked to choose a new one. We were both very disappointed. The lady who did my husbands spent the whole time she was with him getting up and tending to other people. She never said a word to him and the lady I had maybe said a total of 5 words to me the whole time. I definitely dont recommend this place.

Wait time was horrible, I told the lady my hand was burning and she just looked at me crazy. Two different shades of pink, materials look very unclean, reuse products that shouldn’t be reused. Didn’t clean nails after, left over shavings of others nails on the table, didn’t clean hands prior to starting mine. No quitical oil after also. I highly don’t recommend. Not only that but they cut with home tail nail clippers instead of professional cut things. My nails are cricked. They seemed in a rush the whole time! I’m very disappointed and I do not recons or will not be returning!

Kimmy is soooo awesome. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are 100% satisfied!! What ever type of design I can imagine, she always goes out of her way to make my wildest nail ideas become a reality. I absolutely 100% recommend getting your nails and feet done here. Ive never left this place disappointed.

There is a wonderful lady there and I believe her name is Keeler. She works at booth #2 and she has been in her trade for 19 years. She has worked in New York, Long Island and other parts of the globe. She listens to what her clients tell her and does excellent work. If you go there ask for her and tell Shannon said shes the best

I went with 2 of my friends a week ago and it was alright at first. Tho she didnt get my shape right that i wanted but the colors nice. The lady said i could go sit next to one my friends while i wait for them to finish. One of my friends had a very bad experience and the lady was very rude to her and me but my other friend had a nice lady. They all seemed to be rushing out nails and they didnt come out very good and i was very disappointed because it was my first time. I dont think im going to return :(

Nice place, clean facilities. I was just there with friends, but they allowed me to hang out in the massage chair and chat with my friend while she got her work done. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Would be happy to return for a full pedi sometime.

This place has no heat. There were over booking there when about 45 minutes wait time. I felt real rushed.

I went into this place thinking they were gonna do so good but no. I usually go to Paradise Nail and i love it. but my cousin wanted to try something new. so i went and they made me bleed and they also laughed at it. i don’t like this place at all. Y’all should try Paradise Nails it’s way better.

I went with my mom to get my nails done. I had already had fake nails on in the shape of stiletto. I picked my color and told my technician I wanted the same shape. She gave me the wrong color and the wrong shape. And she kept burning me with the file! And each time I pulled my hand away to say, Ow, she grabbed it back and mumbled sorry. After the 5th time I REALLY wanted to throw my hands up and just say, Thanks but Im done. But I was with my mom and didnt want to be rude. Ill not be returning.

Been using the same nail tech for years. She moved here and so I followed, shes just great at what she does.

She would not listen to me! I asked for a manicure 3 times. She just said come back next time and I will do it. Also, she highly encouraged me to do a dip for the first time an when I walked out, my new nails looked like they were all grown out.

Fastest pedicure ever he only spent 20 minutes total and that is because I paid for the higher pedicure. They advertise that they will use all opi products on the menu on the more expensive pedicure they did not even have the product. They used the regular products and just charged a whole lot more. I will never return to this place.

Went to have my nails dipped with a pedicure and a full set for my daughter with a pedicure. The lady who did my nails, when I requested my nails to be short and square; dipped my nails then tried to shape them. When I complained they were all misshapen, she just kept repeating. “ Your nail too short!”. Finally I told her if she didn’t know how to do them she should’ve just told me and I could’ve went somewhere else. My daughter only received a nail change color, and not a pedicure because she’s 8. Rather then tell me they didn’t do pedis on children they just didn’t do it. This place is SUPER unprofessional. Don’t spend money here. Waste of money and time. Now i have to go and get my nails redone somewhere else.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I had the WORST salon experience her with my mom. I dont usually leave reviews but I feel like this was necessary. If you are thinking about getting your nails done here, just dont. I was told I was going to be charged $55 for a design that was nothing like what I wanted. I asked the nail tech to stop and he then proceeded to mock me to his coworkers. Even though I was told he could do my design, I had to wait forever and a day for some to do a different design, and they still did a bad job and was charged $45 dollars.

Wait a little long. Staff does not speak much English. Each time you go your technician has a different level of skill. Free bar is nice.

I had my nails done here and they did a horrible job. It looks like I already need a fill and just had them done on sunday. I called before I went to see how much solar nails cost and they said 30. I had nothing special done and they charged $50. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I will not be back. Went in a couple weeks ago, just wanted a full set of single color nails. I walked in and immediately was greeted, then the gentleman walked me back to sit with a tech. I was wanting French tips, the tech advised since my nails were shorter they would not look good. Okay? I ended up choosing another color. Was not offered any drinks even though every one around me had one. Tech did not speak to me after the color dilema so it was quite awkward. Sign outside does not specify the 20% off for cash payment only on certain days so I feel its a little misleading. One nail fell off two days later and they wanted to charge me to fix it. I was cut multiple times with no apology, and just left upset. Ill stick to going to OP. Just wanted to try a place closer to my house. That was a bust.

First time here and will not come back. Was talked into upgrading two steps $10 more She did not massage my feet only calves when feet in towels Nail length crooked Nail polish bumpy. She added remover to it Asked about massage when paying (I saw other people getting good massages). Was told I needed to go up another level $40 instead of $35 Got home and my heels are still very rough feeling. I wonder what I would of got for the basic price of $25.

I just got the best foot and leg massage ever!!!! Super attention and the massage was not rushed. My new favorite pedicure place. When I have more time, Im doing the mani-pedi.

This place is horrible. They serve watered down alcohol and charged me 100 for my services. Dip nails should not be lumpy and the wrong color used... I was here from 7:00 pm until 9:40pm. Im glad im back in Houston. Good luck ladies!! Dont think they are licensed either.

Went to relax and enjoy the pampering.. there were 6 of us in a group the experience was horrible! They made us feel dirty and the guy was making faces and they were talking and laughing needless to say not going back my advice to you is shop around read the other reviews.

Went for a pedicure and the lady who did it was did not really understand what I wanted (I wanted a deluxe pedi) but she was in a rush the whole time she put lotion on my leg (yes I mean one leg) grabbed the part of the lotion she put on my one leg and slapped it on my other leg (not hard) but she just slapped it in an area tapped it in that one area and said done not to mention the nail polishes started chipping the next day this was my second time coming the first time I had to wait for over 20min and everyone was on there phones looking at videos so no I’m not going back to be disappointed a third time.

Check your options before you decide to stop here. Kim did my gel nails in less then 5 min...rushed right through, just to help her regular client. I pay just the same as any other person... she did NOTHING that I asked for and was irratated I wanted multiple colors... my pedi took forever due to they guy leaving and constantly talking to other employees.. not to mention both of them said one price and charged me WAY MORE. My pedicure smeared and polish started to chip the next day. NEVER will I go back and I will fill social media with this disservice that cost me nearly $100.

Disappointing to say the best. Went for a dip and a pedi. Left without the dip because I was so disappointed with the pedi. The water was colder than preferred. She annoying offered to warm it up a bit. She wouldn’t listen or converse with me. She was to busy talking to the other worker in the room and staring at the tv. She didn’t temper the towel or wax to my skin and burned my feet. The massage portion that everyone looks forward to was just her lightly running her hands up and down my calves no massage motion no pressure then slapping at my legs. Just overall disappointing and a waste of money. It wasn’t the pampered treat I was looking for.

Very happy, I had on solar nails and tips from another place. They poped off and my nails were short, thin and horrible. B was really nice and super careful with my damaged nails. I got the gel and he helped build my nails back up. He was super nice and friendly and even though my nails are super short due to the existing damage, they look great and feel so much better. I will definitely be goung back and asking for B again!

It depends on the day. Some days they have friendly employees and give you free drinks, and other days you have to wait around for the two technicians to become available. They do have discount days if you pay in cash.

The left lumps in my nails and they were too thick and I got square nails and the were uneven and jagged and they didn’t take their time to do the best job they could they rushed themselves and because of that my nails look very sloppy

The most absolute WORST PLACE IN AMARILLO!! Very sloppy, rough and bumpy nails! I have been getting dip nails for almost 2 years now and because I was short on time and couldnt get into my normal place I decided to stop by here.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! 3 days after getting them dipped I had 9 broken nails!! When I called to get them fixed/money back I was told its because you do hair and your hands are always in chemicals and are very thin first off I havent done hair in 2 years Im a professional body piercer my hands arent around chemicals, secondly the set that was removed before this set was applied and had been on 4 WEEKS, not a single one had broken. Not to mention they charged me $45 for very basic, SHORT, single color nails. Refused to fix, refused to give my money back and flat out told me they refused to ever do my nails again!! Do not waste your time nor money with these jokers
