I love it here the lady I got was kind and kept to her work. The nails I got have lasted a good amount of time! Can’t wait to go back and get a new set.

They didnt do any nail care and they were very rude. My nails started coming off the next day. Do NOT go here

The people are very unprofessional, they did absolutely no nail care and they charged 55 dollars dor a full set of acrylics and they started coming off the next day. Do NOT come here!!

The chairs are uncomfortable. And the tech did a ombre with a dip which is nearly impossible. They look nothing like I wanted and I still had to pay for them. Never going back

EXTREME COVID WARNING!!!! Finger Prints on EVERYTHING!!! NAIL TOOLS ARE NOT AUTOCLAVED. NAIL BRUSHES FOR WASHING UNDER NAILS ARE OLD AND WORN DOWN DISGUSTING!!! NEED INSPECTION IMMEDIATELY FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! TOOLS FOR SANDING DOWN NAILS AND TOES ARE NOT CHANGED OUT BETWEEN PATRONS. MY NAILS WERE RUINED THEY WERE FILED DOWN INTO THE SIDE OF THE NAILS AND WAY DOWN INTO THE QUICK HAD TO CUT THEM OFF AND IM GROWING THEM BACK OUT TO FIND A NEW NAIL SALON. VERY ROUGH HURT MY SKIN MANY TIMES AND I ASKED HIM TO BE GENTLE HE DID NOT LISTEN. I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT BUSINESS AGAIN. IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR COVID YOU WILL NOT ENTER THIS NAIL SALON.

I work in the Chick-Fil-A in the mall, and was hoping to just make this my go to nail place. I went in not even a week ago and got just basic shellac. They got the paint all on my cuticles, and skin. The paint is also already chipping. The people were rude. Would not recommend. Definitely not going back.

First time here. Always wondered how it would be. The staff was great very nice and pleasing. Cici did my nails and was very gentle and paid close attention to detail. Felt comfortable here unlike other nail salons. Also works with my schedule since they are open late. Going back to check out their pedicures.

I have gone to both nail places in the mall but this one is by far my favorite. They did a great job on my full set of shellac nails. I also have had a pedicure there too and was very pleased!They are open everyday of the week same time as the mall even though google says otherwise. I definitely recommend this nail place!

Poor service. Overly priced. Unprofessional.Definitely never going back. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and got the complete opposite. I explained, while they were doing the job, that I did not like it because each nail was totally different from the others and it didn’t look anything close from the picture and they were so bubbly and rough on the edges. When she was barely on the third nail, i couldn’t take it, I simply and nicely asked just to leave them like that and I would get them fixed somewhere else. What she did was nothing even relatable to what i had requested. It was such a terrible job. So you can tell that this girl was mad about the situation and spoke to the others in a different language, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. So another lady comes and tries to take over and literally went so hard on my nail and cut the whole top on my cuticle which hurt and started to bleed. I just wanted to LEAVE ASAP. And I just said to leave them alone. So I ended up with super matte bumpy uneven white nails, when I requested: a glossy natural ombré. So of course I was still going to pay even though it was a TERRIBLE JOB but I was not expecting $35!? Are you kidding me?! And honestly the biggest problem to me wasn’t the fact that my nails looked like complete trash, it was the horrendous awful service. This is the worst nail salon I have encountered.Never coming back even if it’s my last resort.

NOT EVEN A STAR BUT OK I GUESS. I was in here getting my nails filled in & some fixed, the guy wasnt paying attention to what he was doing and also was in a hurry! He also kept saying he could do my nails with his eyes closed and that he does 3 peoples nails while everyone did one, well yes because he was in such a hurry! When my nails were drying he went shook my hand and left then i noticed my nail was smeared so he repainted it. After all that I left 30 min later omw home I noticed more nails smeared by this point I couldnt go back because I live 2 hrs away n was 30 min away already so i called and the lady said it happens with regular polish that they werent done drying. The lady told me to go in but she didnt understand the fact that I do not live there and wouldnt turn back around just to get my nails re-painted. I was completely frustrated by this point. I called the lady back and asked for a refund because obviously I was going to have to go get them repainted elsewhere because it was about 4 nails that had to be fixed. The lady proceeded to tell me again no they wouldnt refund my money because it happens with regular nail polish and that I could just go back to get then repainted (yes after i explained to her AGAIN i didnt live in Amarillo). The next day a nail that he had just fixed broke and I had to go get it fixed and others repainted at a local nail salon and the person there told me the fill was poorly done. I paid $30 here and had to Pay $15 to get them repainted and one fixed. NEVER going here again and DO NOT recommend this place at all take ur money elsewhere.

Definitely not impressed!! Went in and asked for dip. As soon as I sat down I asked the guy to trim my cuticles as they were kinda icky, no biggie right? Well very roughly he starts chopping on my cuticles with the tool cutting two fingers causing them to bleed not real bad but enough to make it hurt, whatever not the worst. So its about 20 mins before closing and the lady asks me cash or card, I say card she says $50!! What? Are you serious $50 for dip and cuticles trimmed? She says yes you get a mainicure and dip ok whatever at this point Im too tired to argue.... So time passes and im looking over my nails that have been done and notice the color doesnt cover my entire nail and they are extremely lumpy :/ Im not impressed at all at this point. So all is done and Im thinking ok so you charged me for entire manicure wheres the massage and everything that comes with a manicure? Yea No didnt happen.... So I was charged $15 to have my cuticles trimmed!!! I could have done it myself without cutting myself!! Needless to say I will NOT be returning and very unhappy about my lumpy, uncovered, anf bleeding nailsFast forward to 16 hours later I now have 4 broken nails and 5 lifting so I go back to get them fixed. The lady in chair 1 very roughly starts drilling on all of them until my nails get hot I keep having to pull away and she yanks me back, as shes shaping and filing my nails she takes off the whole side of several of nails and proceeds to tell me thats the way my nails grow! Umm no cuz they didnt look like this when I walked in. I explain to her I dont like them they look terrible and I just want my money back. She says absolutely not we already fix for you and you dont like it I cant help you and just gets up and walks off, here I am with unfinished dip nails leaving this review in this horribly overpriced very unprofessional rude salon!!! NEVER AGAIN

I got my nails done on New Year’s Eve of last year and 4 days later my nails are already ready to come off. I could’ve sworn acrylics were supposed to last at least about two weeks. Very disappointed.

Beware of this horrible place. They ripped up my daughters hands. They cut and pulled her cuticles until they bled. She didnt let them finish. Three of her fingers are still bleeding 30 minutes later. Then they overcharged us. Awful place, rude people

The owner told me to come in to have my fingers andtoes repainted. When my nail tech was removing the polish from my toes she sid I nedded to come back another day. Wasted my time completely!! Extremely unprofessional!!!!
