My daughter and I had a great massage with these ladies. They are very professional but very friendly. Great experience.

I had such a great time here tonight. Both Linda and Christina are amazing to be around. Ive never felt more comfortable in a salon/spa before. We had to be the most pain-in-the-butt customers to deal with because we asked for just about every add-on imaginable in addition to the initial package I scheduled. They were so kind, fun and understanding. Yall are fabulous. Ill be back! Ill be sure to schedule everything ahead of time!

I bought some VIP card during valentines week from some guy that came into my office. At first seeing the bad rating on her I was skeptical but once I walked in they greeted me like I was their best friend! Offered me a margarita and I had one of the best massages by Linda I think Ive ever had! I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

I always receive excellent service here!!! Linda, Star & Jennifer are always very friendly and do a great job! Star is the best color specialist in town!!!! You can literally get everything you need done here! Hair, manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing (yes! that too!) & massage!!! PLUS, they sell clothes, jewelry & purses! LOVE this place!!!

Not impressed at all. Infact, Ill close now. My wife attempted to work there. But the atmosphere was to dim. I payed her $50 which was due weekly. Just to shut her up so my wife and I could load up her equipment. Even though my wife only made $38.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Unsanitary, unprofessional!! any real Brazilian technician would not take more 45 min. The female that did our Brazilian wax took over 2 hours made him bleed and removed a large amount of skin in the genital area. She continued on using an electric shaver that was in bad shape. She made inappropriate sexual comments to try to ease the tension in the room. Please save your money and dont go into this place. Traumatizing !!!

Lighten Up Day Spa is hands down the best day spa in Amarillo. From the moment i walked in, i was treated like gold. I received an awesome haircut and the massage was amazing.

Linda was a ANGEL...She was so kind and caring...I wont ever let anyone touch my hair again but her...I wont go into details....I left feeling like we had been friends forever...

This is the dirtiest, most unattractive place I have ever been for a pedicure. The towels they use look like they were used to mop the floors. Dont fall for their specials. Had I not already paid ahead if time, I would have walked out. Will never go back!

My friend bought me a groupon as a gift to this place. The scheduling lady has been the most difficult person. First, she wanted us to come in at different appointments, because they don’t have the space. So we made those appointments, then she said she wanted us do it together at the same time, so we agreed and told her we could do Friday in the morning. She then told us she didn’t have that time available anymore, or our original appointments. So we have been trying to schedule with them for over 2 weeks. Also, the groupon says $90 worth of mani/pedi. But she now is saying that the groupon is only for the specialty mani and specialty pedi and we can’t choose which pedi/mani we would like and use the rest of the groupon towards shellac or dip. Also when she listed what came with the specialty pedi, it sounded like the basic pedi. Don’t waste your money.

I called and left a voicemail to cancel a vip appointment and they never called back, that’s $55 I’m never getting back.

Location was a little hard to find, but EXCELLENT service!
