This place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They messed up these nails and deceitfully charged my 15 year old and her 16 year old friend $95 A PIECE for pedicures!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK! Consumer BEWARE!

First off I asked for short tips and the lady refused to do it so I needed up with no tips they are very rough I have all kinds of burns on my fingers around the nail an then my daughter got tips and they already broke I will never ever go back there ever

This was my first time visiting while here in Texas. I can honestly say that the service is horrible along with having old and cheap nail polish, old supplies, and old ways of carrying out certain services - callous remover, nail buffering, etc..This salon needs to get ip to date with modern supplies and services.

I asked if they could do a set of nails just like a picture and the tech said she could. Mails are not like I requested. They were wide when the picture o showed were a coffin, the dip was to pink. Definitely not a happy customer, amd definitely will not be back.

Beautiful job on my mani-pedi!Less than two weeks after my mani my gel nails cracked and my nails broke on the cracks damaging them. During the drying process I felt heat n tension on my nails, but didnt think to much about it until now. I had to pay to have this stuff taken off my nails before more damage occurs. No mani until healed. Not happy.

Only been there twice. Both times they were not friendly at all. Made you feel like they just wanted to hurry and get done. Not clean. Will not go there again and would not recommend. : (

First time to visit this place. Social distancing was not in place. I was sat immediately. As chairs were emptied no cleaning took place. Scrubbers and graters were rinsed with water and placed back in the drawer. I will not return, not only due to COVID but, not sanitary. 👎🏻

Loved this place until it gave me a staff infection on my fingers. I do realize this could happen at any nail place, but feel as though it could be avoided entirely. It does have good people working there and they are good at their jobs. Just beware of infections.

Just got my nails done for my birthday and I’m really upset with the way they came out. The guy was rushing, didn’t even check to see if they were coming out good. The front desk guy was very rude and rushing. It wasn’t till after I washed my hands that I saw how crooked my nails are and how bubble they were. Really really upset with the way they look

A few years ago, I had been to many nail salons and had come home unhappy, so I googled for the best place in town. I decided to try Bebes because it had great reviews. I can verify that it truly is the best!!!! I love this place and I enjoy a great look that lasts. They are all wonderful, but Brittany is my favorite. Thanks to a super spa.

Absolutely love this place. Great service and friendly staff! I got here kinda late and was shy to ask for more than one service but they did not hesitate to ask and suggest items even if it meant staying late. I’m new to Amarillo and I will definitely make this my regular nail salon.

My best friend and I went to the location on Georgia ST. Was not impressed at all. Not much time was spent on our pedis and the water was cold then,when trying to fix it the water was so hot my feet were red. Mind you another staff member was sitting next to us and didn’t offer drinks or deluxe pedi. Automatically assuming we would want just the “basic” I will NEVER go back to this location or any Bebe nails again. No feedback of an excuse you’d give me will be acceptable for me.

I dont go anywhere else! They do a great job on my pedis & my nails. I took a friend with me today & she was surprised that the cost for the deluxe pedi was only $40 & they did such a great job!

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed, and was not impressed at all. The lady who did my eyebrows seemed rushed, and both eyebrows were waxed in under three minutes. I specifically asked her not to wax the top of my eyebrows, yet she did anyway. On top of that, both my eyelids and forehead are burnt, and one of my eyes even started bleeding from the burn. Would not recommend, someone needs to get this place shut down!

This place makes your nails look good as well as caring to make sure they are healthy.

I used to think I loved this place, but then I realized they reuse their acetone after each client. This is not only gross but is cross contaminating. If someone has a fungal infection and they reuse their acetone it can easily be transferred to someone else. My nails also looked terrible after I left the nail salon, the girl who did my nails was untrained and was constantly being critized by another worker on what she was doing wrong. I will never come here again.

My daughter asked for acrylic nails, they only painted 10 white lines on her real nails and charged us $25. Next day, the white paint was coming off of her nails. We complained and they didnt care one bit. My nails were fine because I had Britney, the other woman was in the very back on the far right side and was extremely rude and difficult to work with. Sarah was in quite a bit of pain while the woman was working on her nails. She was tearing skin off of Sarahs fingers. Yeah... never going there again.

Mary was very kind and did a great job on my nails today owner very nice too.

This salon has some of the best nail techs! They give great massages with pedicures.

I go every 2 weeks to Tim to get my nails done and yesterday I finally got a pedicure that was much needed and I can honestly say that it was the BEST pedicure I have ever had!! My feet feel sooo smooth!! BeBes is the ONLY place I go!!!!

Got my nails done yesterday and they are already cracking. Had dips in my nail and they only work on them for less than 20min really thin. Seem like they just wanted out of there not going back.
