I wish I give zero star 😡😡 I get my nails done today, They did unprofessionally this doesn’t look the same as the sample. The nails supposed to be thick but it so thin i have to pay $65

I been to many salons here in Amarillo but I must say Laun does the best job. No complaints. You do have to make an appointment with her.

They are super clean, staff is friendly and they all do an awesome job at being able to recreate what you want!

So I whent in for a pedicure and manicure asked for a fake nail on my toe and she told me no. I disregard that and whent along with it when it came to do my nails she messed them i pointed it out to her and she sits there saying its supposed to look like that. Dont wast your time or money i could of done a better job than they did and they wont fix them after i payedthem

They messed up my nails said they would fix it then argued with me about fixing my nails. They need to go to school and practice their and not on me. This place is a joke and so are their credentials. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I came to get a nail fixed....I wasted an hour waiting and then they ignored me, started doing other people nails!!! I walked out and wont be back

Me and my 2 daughters went asked if he could paint my granddaughter he acted like it was a problem then when she moved he got mad we told him it didnt have to be perfect she is 2. My toes looked horrible they couldnt do a simple flower on a French tip. Two designs I showed her and they couldnt do either one. I do not reccomend this place at all

Kim did an excellent job on my nails. I will be going there from now on. I got a fill, 25.00, and it looks like a new set.

My nail artist left my nails bumpy, she did not file them right and used too much acrylic .They are working 2 to 3 clients a one time. I had to go to the nail salon His & Hers to get them fixed .

Kim is my nail tech and she takes pride in her job and always makes my nails so pretty. All the staff is friendly.

They do a good job but a lot of people

The man who did my nails hurt me. When he was drilling down my nails, to remove the old nails, the drill was burning my finger nails and I pulled away several times and he continued. When he clipped my finger nails, he cut to short on my thumb ( hurting me again) causing the product for dip to burn and irritate my thumb. He then somehow managed to cut the bed of my other thumb nail, while he was sanding down my nails with a sponge. After unnecessarily being hurt several times, the job done on my nails was sloppy. He left the glue on my fingers and didnt care to remove it or clean it up after I brought it to his attention. The pedicure and full set of dipped nails was NOT WORTH the 80$ I spent. I usually go to another nail salon and thought I would try Star Nails because of the good reviews Ive heard but I regret it. Rushed, careless and sloppy. Never again.

I never leave reviews, but I am very angry and unsatisfied with my nails? If I could leave 0 stars I would. Didn’t get the COLOR, SHAPE, or LENGTH I requested. Also, very uneven and bumpy. Will NEVER come back to this place!! It was a solid color. Not very hard.

They did a terrible job on my nails and literally drilled off all my natural nails my nails hurt for a week and also she left a bunch of stuff underneath my nails and didn’t clean it even after I asked, don’t go here I’ll never go there again . Also there was other people’s nail trimmings still on the towel . I’m not happy with this place

I have always came to get my nails done here and today made me think twice about coming back. I always see the tech Tuan and today he wasn’t there so I decided to wait on someone else and waited a whole hour just so they can tell me they can’t do my nails. Very unprofessional when a customer comes into your business waited for over a hour on your great services just to say it’s 7pm sorry we’re closed you didn’t make it. Very bad for business. I was their last client and I just wanted a fill? A simple fill a they couldn’t even do it. Don’t come here if Tuan isn’t there.

At first they said they couldnt do what I wanted but what we did on my nails turned out really pretty.

Horrible customer service! My nail tech was literally tossing my hands around like they were garbage and his body language was as if I was an inconvenience. He was completely careless and burned me with the electric file several times and told me to relax my hands but HOW??! How could I relax my hands when this savage was literally burning me. My sister and niece came with me and my niece was giggling and making noises and several nail techs had the audacity to make rude remarks and hushed at her SEVERAL times, not to mention my nail tech kept nodding his head making sure I knew he was annoyed. As for my nails they’re an 8 out of 10 but definitely not worth the humiliation.

Love the work. Will not go to another salon.

I requested a basic manicure with clear polish. The guy who did it never spoke to me acted as if I was putting him out. 10 min later he said 2 min dry dropped a ticket on a dirty towel charging $20.00 and walked away. My cuticles are bleeding on 4 fingers... I NEVER WILL RETURN!

The guy that did my nails was extremely rough. And kept burning my nails with the drill,and would I would try to pull away he would pull my finger towards him. He also used the wrong size nails so when I got in the car I seen my nails were lifted. (Which can cause infection if water gets trapped under my nails which it will since they are lifted so I will have to go get them redone and I just left there today!) My nails are also crooked. When I pointed it out and told them i wasnt paying they told me i had to. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, HORRIBLE SERVICE! 1/27/19.

I had to wait 30 minutes for unclean brushes, no hospitality whatsoever, and crooked nails.

The service is horrible! Showed the tech a pic of what I wanted and was disappointed! He was so rough my nails hurt so bad after! Then to top of my experience 1 day after my nails started falling off like nothing!!! I went back and he kept blaming me for that! Never going back again!
