The service is good, but I was asked to come into the office under the premise that there was information on my existing policy that needed to be updated. The fact was they asked me to come in so they could try to sell me another policy. A whole life policy at that. The middle class payday loan -DRIt happened at your office Hillary, you were the one that did it. Ive deducted another star for denying it and trying to make it seem as though it wasnt you.

Worst experience I have ever had in insurance. I even went out of my way to go to the DPS office to get them the form that they needed and then whenever I went into the office Hillary her self made me feel like the dumbest person in the world. I would highly not ever recommend her because I have never had anybody treat me so low to the fact that I literally had to say sorry for wasting your time and she said no problem. Would never recommend her for anybody. Please don’t reply with sorry for your bad experience, because it will not make a difference just wanted to make this public so nobody has to feel the way that you made me feel when I went into your office. And I personally was really good friends with somebody in your office but I will never recommend this office for the fact of how you made me feel when I went in. Bedside manner really truly goes along way and when you treat your customers like they are dumb it’s not something I’d take pride in. Other people might have had a good experience, but I personally had the worst experience in my life.
