Very personable staff! They made switching insurance companies easy and answered any questions that I had. On June 18, 2020 my roof was damaged by a hail storm. A local roofing company told me it was totaled. I filed my claim with State Farm in June 29. I was contacted the next day by State Farm’s Claims office who needed additional information. On July 1, 2020, Ron, a claim adjuster from Tulsa contacted and set up an appointment to inspect my roof on July 7. Ron totaled my roof and paid an initial payment on my roof that day. During this Merrit Vaughn’s office checked on how the claim was going and if I needed any assistance. On July 21 a new roof was put on. On July 22 State Farm paid off the remainder of my claim. Throughout this claim I was treated with respect and professionally. The claim was handled quickly and I was pleased by the outcome. Thanks
