Great customer service great place to get insurance

I have been with Advance Insurance for over a few years now and I can say Im highly satisfied with their service. I always recommend them to any of my colleagues and anyone else who is looking for great pricing on insurance and customer service.

Amanda and the other receptionist at the front are extremely rude. Amanda didn’t even seem like she wanted to help and the other one was online shopping. When Amanda called back with the price she gave no effort at all to tell me what agency, what they will cover, or at the very least ask for my email to send me all of those details & to know what we are paying for. I was the one who gave her my email and still haven’t even received it. We did get a lower rate than other places but will not be going with AI.

I would not recommend going here. My mom and I had a policy with them for over 8 years and they have been extremely rude throughout the whole process. I recently switched to Allstate and when my mom was terming me from her insurance and they were just awful .They called me because she didnt have my moms number on the account and when my mom went in she didnt get the date that my mom wanted to term me from her insurance. I asked her what we had paid through already and she said June 28th, so I said that is when you can term me. She called to confirm with my mom and I said okay will you just tell her that we have paid through June 28th and to take me off then. She then talked to my mom and called me back and said your mom termed you today, I said did you tell her we already paid through June 28th and she said its her policy and she can term you whenever. I called my mom and she said she didnt say anything to her and that when she went into the office she was extremely rude to her also. Do not go here, insurance is sales based and no one deserves an attitude when they are making money off of you.

Been with this compancy for years, was wanting to find a cheaper policy and was told someone would return my call...never heard back form anyone. i called back and was told walkins came first. It had been 24 hours since i called. I feel they are to busy sitting around talking to each other to take care of their long time customers. Taking my business to someone who values their customers...Horrible service!!!!!!!
