Some staff members are communicative, but typically just when they’re reaching out to solicit sales of new products. The agent herself will not reply to email or return voicemails. Rotten service.

Not worth it, not responsible, not experienced worker. I had Allstate insurance year ago with her father in-law, he was doing the jobs really well. When he gave that to Ashley his daughter in-law, they messed up with me twice. The second time, I went back with them I thought they know what they doing, but it was not worth it. I spoke to her worker twice on my car insurance give her my bank information, they withdraw from my account two months in the row, I thought I has the insurance all this time, I ended up not having insurance because she canceled stated that it was not paid. I told her to withdraw from my account automatically and spoke to her twice, and what happened she didn’t explain, so I didn’t understand. On my market insurance, I thought she send all the paperwork to my market company, when I called my market company they says they don’t receive anything, the same thing as my rental property. She send me to collection agency, so send the proof of documents to collection agency, they be able to solve the problem out for me. Ashley not even respond to my other insurance agents when they called her and emailed her. I called the main Allstate company she asked me do I want to report her, but I says No.I never has experience like this when it come to car insurance and home insurance. I wouldn’t recommended every one of them to buy insurance from this this Agent. You can’t trust her to do the work for you.

Took almost a full month to get told that my new policy would doubled and after YEARS OF USING THIS COMPANY and nothing could be done... trash. My proposal from November 30th even shows what my plan is supposed to have and at what amount.. but according to the office its double that? Makes zero sense. Thanks for wasting my time. After being told multiple times Id get calls back and hearing nothing.. after me calling several times.... nothing. But suddenly now its doubled.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Ashley! She has gone above and beyond to make sure we had the proper coverage and at an amazing rate. I get emails notifying me of anything that needs attention on my account, and have had friendly and professional attitude from both Ashley and the other ladies in the office. We always make sure our insurance is paid cause I would never find another insurance agent as amazing as Ashley. I recommend her to all my friends!

This company is a joke. They are trying to give me no money on a comprehensive claim that will cost hundreds of dollars with full coverage insurance. Claim saticefaction garentee my but. Never trust this company. I am going to the BBB and The Attorney General. This company is a rip off and a liar about their coverage. I havent even been with them a month. I wont be with them by the first of next month. Dont waste your money or your time on them.
