I have for around 5 years prior to coming to Steven Lay gone directly through the insurance Corp as a means to not have to deal with an agency. My reasoning, you get moved around like a chess piece and no one ever helps you. This insurance will drop your policy without hesitation or warning. I had been with state farm for 4 years. Apparently, all of sudden, they decide they cant insured me any longer due to that I have 1 speed ticket, & 2 minor accident claims!! What are insurances for, if you cant make use of them. The worst part was the unprofessional way they went about it. No one called or emailed me to notify me the situation. Nothing. I call the office 3 times to make my monthly payment; and the lady kept telling me my vehicles were no longer on the policy, that she was going to figure out what happen and give me a call back. Never did I receive a call back. The receptionist lady told me that all 3 times I called. Finally I called back one more time, for them to tell me they cant assured me anymore because of the stated above. Shady people.
