Cindy is great! New employee Alicia is fantastic.

Very unpleasant experience today. New girl tried to be helpful but gentleman (with bad eye) was not interested in helping her or me. I had questions about amount of money we were due for new roof. He was short and abrupt and simply walked away from me. I pay too much every month to be treated like this. Will be looking for new home insurance.Also, office is dirty and smells.
