I was in last night with a friend for a pedicure. It was likely the best pedi I have ever had. The technician was meticulous, took her time and avoided a scar I have mending. I wish I would have asked her name so I could request her next time. Great experience!! People are quick to complain. We should all spread the compliments as easily.

When I entered and my tech started on my nails immediately. She was so sweet and efficient. Thanks!! I love my nails and will definitely be going back.

This is my new nail home. I’ve tried several different places since moving to Altoona and not one of them compare to Bebe Nails. Such lovely people! The salon is immaculately clean, they do amazing work, everyone is so kind, and the environment is peaceful! My daughter and I already have our next appointment scheduled. Saw this place open up and was immediately interested since the interior design really cute. I got a shellac mani/pedi that was really good. This is the cleanest salon Ive seen.

I have tried nail salons and finally found my place! They have a great selection of colors, clean, and super friendly! The biggest plus is that they guarantee their work.

I don’t understand how this was $96. I got the deluxe pedicure which was supposed to be $35 so unless these nails are $60 I was way overcharged. And no actually pricing was not discussed with me beforehand. I saw that the pedicure I chose was $35 and I know the manicure I got was not that much because it was just gel polish on my natural nails.

This shop is wonderful!!! This was my first time going in and I was a walk in. They were very nice and got me in a chair for a pedicure right away.

I went here on a recommendation from a friend who’s nails always look amazing. The reason for 2 stars is because of how good my nails looked and how nice everyone was. From there it goes down hill. My nails lifted and cracked off within a week. I called to ask if I could come in for a repairs, they said yes. I got busy, texted them and they said since it has been 2 weeks I need to pay. I was shocked. Every other nail salon I’ve been to has backed up their work. ALL 10 nails fell off. How do you not back that up and say gee let’s see if we can fix that. I would have gladly made an appointment for the fix but they said just come in. I won’t be back sadly.Edit: got a few nasty texts for this review that I’d like to share. I’m just shocked. My friend and I got our nails done at the same time and her nails took quite a beating as we went to a dog show that week. All of her nails stayed on. My first one popped off bc I was getting something out of a pocket. 🤨🧐

I came here about 2 weeks ago because I had a very bad experience at another salon. I made and appt and they fixed it no problem! I love my nails! I came back a week later and ended up getting my first pedicure! The lady was very nice and so gentle! I have already recommended them to all my friends and will definitely continue to give them my business! Thank you so much!

So I went to get my nails done fire my birthday, it’s a nice place and my sisters nails turned out great by the person who did her nails. Mine turned out no so great, for one I asked her for the acrylic beads stuff but she just did the dip acrylic which aren’t the same as the nails I wanted because they were thin and for two one of her hairs got in my nail and you can see it and my nails are just very botchy on the side look. But they are still cute! I just don’t really like the dip.

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely waste of my time and Money the lady doing my feet didnt understand English the lady working with her tried to tell her what I was saying she still didnt understand...very poor service. Got the deluxe which i thought was the longer one anyways it is where I normally go and they only took 30 mins and rushed us out did some things to one foot but not the other. But one toenail down but not the other foot needless to say had to wait till Tuesday for my normal place to open to go spend another 50$. Dont waste your time on this place u will be very disappointed!

We are in town for a dinner party and last minute decided to get our nails done. There were 4 of us and they were so kind to take us right in. Each of the ladies working were all kind, helpful, and did an amazing job. Their salon was clean, tools were clean, and the atmosphere was very relaxing!! Will definitely come here again when we are in town!!

So this is a five star experience IN GENERAL -- only rarely, depending on who you get it. I really love my tech, who shows understanding of what you want and also does an outstanding job.

My tech, was actually great. Always asked if the length of my nail was fine, and was actually focused and made me feel at ease. Just me and her.

I truly enjoyed talking with my tech and on top of that, she took her time to make sure I liked my nails. To be honest, I came in being a little indecisive about what I wanted but she definitely exceeded my expectations!

The lady Lou was very rude!!! She was so rude not only to my friend who is a new customer, an I’ve always loved the store. But tonight is the night that changed my business with Bebe nails. One she told me to shut up while I was explaining what I got, and told me it’s my fault that my fingers were split. When she multiplay went by my cuticles and cut that skin, as well using the same brushing to brush off the dust and the same nail file from the previous customer. I will be reporting to OSHA and letting them know the cross contamination specifically with covid going on. As well the actual owner of the account yelling at us to pay. I was going to pay but I was asking for a discount cause she hurt me and I brought a friend. Those were the text messages I always get from Bebe nails. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company and in the five years I’ve been going here. I lost all respect for you guys.

This is my go to nail salon. Friendly and quick service. I feel the prices are fair and love their work. So an update to my previous review all the ladies are awesome, but today I had a guy and he butchered my poor big toe! As you can see in the photos he cut the skin around my big toe so harshly it has bled. I told him to stop, but he just kept going. I’m afraid I need to find a new salon. He was way too rough. I did not have an ingrown toenail just skin. Hopefully I don’t get an infection. I see that my review got a response from management. I thank you for your reply and courteous response. I do not believe anyone else saw my toes except me and the nail tech. You may not be aware, but I am a licensed medical provider. I know and treat ingrown toenails professionally in a medical capacity. I assure you if I had an ingrown toenail I would go to a medical professional, and not go for a pedicure. There was indeed no ingrown toenail, just dry skin. So I must respectfully reject your claims as true and accurate. However, as originally stated I’ve had great service in the past and have used this salon for many years. All the other people have been nothing but wonderful and creative.

I called to make an appointment for two pedicures and he asked if he could call me back in five minutes. I said yes and he never called back.Unprofessional and not going to give someone my time or money who isn’t even willing to return a call.

Worst manicure and pedicure ever! Feet left feeling exactly the same as when I went in. Polish was uneven, nails were cut and filed unevenly. I called before I made my appointment to see if they had OPI Gel and regular paint to match, they stated they did. When I got there, they told me they did not. After an uncomfortable convo with the nail tech, I finally went and found it myself on the shelf. She was just lazy and wanted to paint with what was close by instead of finding the matching color. Only a refund could make this experience a good one.

I was very happy with my nails. staff is so nice & thoughtful. I have a broken arm & they brought me a pillow to rest my arm on. very gentle too. I will definitely go back

Great place for dip powder nails! My nails stay beautiful for 3+ weeks. Hundreds of colors to choose from. You can even choose an ombré look.

I have been getting my nails done for 7 years at Bebe’s. Love does an amazing job. I used to do the shellac until they started doing the powder dip. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from. Love can do a wide variety of designs. She also does a great job waxing my eyebrows.

I called for an appointment she told me on the phone they had enough time to get me in now just to come in. I came in and showed her a picture and she told me it had to be dipped which at this point I was like whatever. She did them very sloppy. They looked horrible. She asked if I liked I explained to her they weren’t the colors I wanted and the shape was weird. Then I paid $70 when she told me she could fix when I get back For vacation because she didn’t have time to fix them I was very upset with everything at this point ! So I left and went out of state and the first nail broke within 24 hours. I called her and she told me she couldn’t fix when I got back because it was over a week and I told her she said she would do them for free since I didn’t like and she had people waiting. Now it’s been 7 days and 4 nails broke off and 3 more cracking. I will never go back!!

My daughter and I went to get manicures. We both got dipp and my daughter got a design on her thumb. The staff was nice and friendly, they offered us a drink. They did a wonderful job on both of our natural nails. We were just walk ins and felt they took there time on us. Highly recommend.

I went in to get a fill and a new color. When I left my nails were so trashy that I had to go to another salon and get them re-done. She didn’t even correctly fill in my nail and the shape was so messed up. would never recommend go to Rio nail bar instead they saved my life.

I did tried many nail salon for my coffin nail but this place have better experience nail tech. She did very nice job my dipping coffin nail and nice customer service. I love it.

I have been going to see Love at Bebe Nails for over a year now and always walk out feeling great. She always does a great job and I have never had any issues with my nails. Bebe Nails is the best nail salon Ive been to!

My husband and I got pedicures they were fantastic! Prices weren’t crazy for what we got, plus they provide a free beverage which I thought was neat. The only downfall is I think they might reuse clippers, I just may not have paid attention when I sat down but I don’t remember seeing them open a pack of sterile ones. Other than that it was awesome and very relaxing. I will definitely be back though and pay a little more attention for that.

I stumbled into this nail Salinas I had planned on going tanning next door but thought a pedicure sounded better and I’m so glad I did! It was hands down the best pedicure massage that I’ve ever had! The tech that did my nails was very friendly and welcoming. Salon was clean and comfortable and I was offered a beverage. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time trying this salon out, and I couldnt be more excited about the outcome. They took the time to really attend to my nail needs. The girls are friendly. 1 week later my nails still look pretty good. Ill be coming back in the future!

I showed up a little before my appointment and Aj got me in right away and even helped me pick out colors for my nails when I was indecisive! She was personal and professional! The salon was brightly colored and well put together, a wonderful atmosphere. Sitey did my pedicure and she was wonderful! Making sure I was comfortable and relaxed and that my pedicure was too my satisfaction, I also really appreciated that she was fast to check me out but still took the time to clean her tools and the pedi throne we had been at.

Did a walk in today around noon & I had such an amazing experience! My technician was very careful in re-shaping my nails to the exact length and shape I wanted. The seats were super comfortable (comfy enough to fall asleep in). Ill definitely be back regularly in the future.

Prices were higher than I am used to.. However, they did an amazing job! Worth it for the experience. They have a bunch of color options too!! Probably the best Ive seen in all of Altoona. Will come here if Im ever in the area.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Techs barely spoke to my friend and I. Didn’t ask if we wanted a complementary drink, design on our nails or even a how are you doing today. After my friend was done the tech walked away and didn’t even ask her to pay, she had to ask. The only plus of the experience was we didn’t have to wait.

Bebe Nails is the only place that I will get my nails done. Love and her staff are wonderful. They are very friendly, great service and great prices!

The first nail salon place I have been to and actually feel comfortable in it. The ladies were friendly, meticulous about their work. My nails look phenomenal!

They did not take time when doing our nails and they did not shape my natural nails well. Incredibly overpriced for the work they did. It was $30 for a shellac manicure with my natural nails and normally I only pay $18 for this service at other places and its much more well done. My nails are all uneven, they created hangnails with the way they clipped my cuticles and they did not push my cuticules all the way down. They basically just rushed through the job and charged way too much.

I had a disastrous experience at another salon involving the new gel product and this place saved me. My technician was so charismatic and took ever time to perfect my nails. Nice place, great deal, what else do you need?
