We stopped in to get pedicures and I asked for gel- the pedicure looks terrible- I’m not sure why the gentlemen didn’t get the polish off my skin? Why this seemed like an appropriate way to leave my toes? 😂 but I would certainly not pay$50 for another one here

I went to JNails for the first time a month or so ago. I am very happy with their work. They greet you when you walk in and are very personable. Both Jessica and her husband are hard working and dedicated to doing a great job. Jessica is very sweet and does a great job. I will be a regular customer from now on!

Have had a hard time finding a new place to my eyes, lip and chin waxed. My normal place is not doing waxing due to covid-19. I tried happy nails in altoona a couple times and would leave with stubbly in spots. J Nails did a great job. I think I found a new place and its a reasonable prices. Thanks!!

Poor color selection, extremely rushed. Terrible job cutting my cuticles. When I asked for polish on my nails, he said no point as they will just chip in two hours of you don’t do shellac. I could go on and on about why this is the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten.

When we arrived the salon was clean and welcoming, The guy tech immediately got us set down with water and started to clean up my nails, He suggested we get new sets and he got our old sets off with ease . Jessica was our nail tech and she did amazing !! Very kind and understanding . Will definitely be back !

I went to J Nails for the first time today.. Their service was awesome and excellent. The staff is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend the place to people. I plan on getting back. They do waxing too.

I came in at 4 and she told me they were busy to come back at 7 pm.I showed up at 10 till 7and she was walking out the door leaving.Did not apologize did not offer any help at all.

JESSICA IS THE BEST! I drive over a half an hour to have her do my nail.

Loved my experience here today. She was able to fit me in last minute. Large selection of shellac and powders to pick from. Very fast, friendly and excellent quality. Cost was a little less than my old salon across town. I will be back for sure!!

Before I go to a place I read the reviews. When I saw this place had a 4.4 rating, I had to try it. In conclusion, we LOVED this salon. We got in quick! They do treat you like family. They dont make you feel awkward just sitting there. The two gals who did my daughter and I did a fantastic job!! We will be back for sure!!!

Went to Davi nails a couple weeks ago with my mom in law as a walk in for my birthday and they got us in quickly. The prices are decent and the employees are friendly, I dont normally get my nails done but I was very happy with the service I received. Ill definitely be back.

My 10 year old daughter and I went for a pedi. $30 for mine $25 for hers ok a little high but whatever. She asked if I wanted the shellac nail polish I was like OK didn’t think anything of it my bad I didn’t ask how much it was nothing more added on just the pedicures and the special polish go to the register to pay and it was over $90 and some change! The polish was $15 bucks a person!!! I can buy the whole polish set for less than that! Needless to say I won’t be back. Overpriced!

It was my first time doing a manicure and a pedicure her. They were very nice to me. I would definitely go back there again.

I was told $30 for a fill for gel and when I paid she charged my card $47 and when I asked said since I had a broken nail and then extra since I got 2 colors and then extra because its sparkle polish. Wth!!! Never had anyone charge extra for any of those reasons!!! Dont go not even good work!!!

I always get French acrylic tips. Theyre $38 I think. thats a little pricey, but I am from Florida and French tips are usually $25 there. I do love this nail salon. The workers are very nice and remember me even though Ive only went there twice. :)

Best pedicure Ive ever had. They really took their time and were so friendly!

Was unsure about going here since it was a small shop in a Walmart Supercenter. But after reading the reviews and comparing to other nail salons in the area I decided to give it a try.....and I am so glad I did! I was lucky enough to have Jessica do my shellac manicure and she did the best job I have ever had done on my nails. She took the time to find out what I really wanted and offered some great suggestions of what I could do. She also explained what she was doing along the way. I have been to several different salons in the last 3 years since I started having shellac manicures and this was by far the best job I have ever had done! I will definitely be going back for my next color change. (And BTW, I live about a 90 minute drive from this shop and it is definitely worth the drive!)

Jessica, the one who got all these amazing reviews, and the reason I went there, did a medicore job. The nail art is great, she did amazing with that, I like and think the jewel star is cute, but compared to the painted on shamrock you can barley see it. Ive gone other places and gotten a better full set of nails put on, I guess I should have paid more. I did leave and tipped her because she did try to fix my nails when I came back to tip with cash as the sign asked. If it wasnt for the fact that I got there at 245 for my 3pm appointment and I left the 2nd time around 430 I would have said take them all off, and please refund me and would have spend even longer on my nails than I originally planned and gone somewhere else. Some of my nails hurt, and I have something up by my cuticles on a few nails that I was informed to be dry hands and Ive never seen it like that before and my pointer nails are definitely not the same length she fixed it then as I was driving home noticed it wasnt actually fixed. Just definitely not fully happy with how my nails turned out. Jessica was very nice, we just didnt see the same things as issues.

I love going out here to Davi Nails in Altoona Iowa. Jessica does great work, the people are friendly and its a reasonable price.

By far the worst place that I’ve ever gotten my nails done. My nails chipped off within 24 hours of them being dipped and shellaced went back to get them redone and they chipped off again within hours of being redone! Wouldn’t give me a refund or make things right!

Workers had horrible attitudes!! I took my 8 year old daughter to have her tiny nails painted and when they said $14.00 I about fainted. A full set of nails is $21.99 for an adult?? This place is ridiculous. I will never return.
