I am a blonde so it’s difficult for someone to get the right color for my eye brow tint - but they really got my color perfect! I also got a eyebrow thread and she made them the perfect shape! Good prices too! Will be coming back here.

It was my first time in and they did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. They cleaned and slightly shaped them up like I asked and my brows came out looking perfect.

Love the work they do on me! They could definitely use another employee though - there’s always a wait since there is only one person working most of the time. Other than that, the place is clean & I feel comfortable with their services.

I decided to get my eyelashes done the first time here and the lady who did it told me that if I wasn’t satisfied at the end that the price would be negotiated and we were talk about it. One time came for me to pay for my services and I was unsatisfied, because the lashes were horrible! They tried to make me to pay them to take them off of myself, and then the lady that didn’t even do my lashes wanted to make me Pay the full price. The woman who actually did my lashes would not speak up when I asked her to tell her what you told me. She just shrugged her shoulders and I told him that I will not be back and they lost a customer. They did not care. Will never go back! Literally when I got into my car I was able to wipe the lashes off they came off so easily! Horrible do not waste your money!! I have the pictures to prove it

Skin affair is amazing. I have sensitive skin and get waxed once a month. It’s hard to find a good person these days who’s not trying to just get you in and out. Ruby gets to know everyone and gives great advice as well. I have other issues on my arms and she recommended something that has made it almost disappear. I would 10/10 recommend going here for any service. They are so great and so friendly.

I was looking for a new eyebrow and threading location in Alpharetta and stumbled upon Ruby. Ruby did a phenomenal job shaping my eyebrows (which had gotten a bit messy during COVID-19) and she expertly crafted them to account for some areas where my hair growth is less than ideal. They look fully and very shapely. She also did full face threading and it was genuinely an all-around great experience-- no breakouts afterwards and my skin was not overly sensitive. I will absolutely be visiting again!

I have been here twice, once for a Brazilian wax and once to get my eyebrows threaded. I had Ruby both times and she is AMAZING. So sweet and she takes all precautions to be safe and sanitary. She was so sweet and comforting both times. She is always on time and this place is very wonderful. My eyebrows are very difficult to work with but she did amazing and I am so happy with how she threaded them. They also have stamp cards which earn you free threading and free waxes with a number of purchases. I would recommend coming here and I will continue coming back myself.

I recently moved here and was looking for a new eyebrow place. Went to breakfast in the area and decided to walk in after eating. Best decision ever!!!! I was promptly greeted by this wonderful woman named Megha ( I hope I spelled it correctly it sounded like “mega”). She invited me to sit in her chair and proceeded to do her job. Very sanitary process, threaded the brows than fine tuned the shape with eyebrow brush and trimming scissors. Handed me the mirror and they were perfect! I didn’t have to instruct her to trim, shape, even out anything. She was meticulous and fast. I definitely recommend this place but this young woman is a true asset to this establishment. Very pleased. Found my place will continue my business here.

I came in recently for a Brazilian sugaring service. As someone whos been consistently waxing and has not shaved for 2 years I was curious to try sugaring since its the new trend. Im extremely disappointed in my results. I usually get waxed with hard wax at the place I usually go to but here they use a cloth strip to rip your hair off in big chunks. She assured me it was less painful than hard wax but I will honestly tell you it was SIGNIFICANTLY more painful and it left my skin raw in some places. I also had a TON of hairs left over, and on top of that its only been a few days and my hair is ALREADY growing back. My hair has NEVER grown back this fast with waxing so that tells me she did not properly remove the hair. The entire service Alina tried to convince me that waxing is not as good as sugaring but from my experience I can firmly say that is not true. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap results. Id rather stick to waxing, less painful with better results.

Alina is awesome! I have been here twice for my brows and for a sugar Brazilian! I have never had a Brazilian done before and was terrified that it would hurt. After researching, I have found that sugaring is less painful if not painful at all. I set an appt with Alina and she walked me through everything and so patient and kind. She answered all my questions and is so full of info! I loved that she chatted me up during my session so that I wouldnt think about it. Both appts have been great! I also love my eyebrows! She threads them and they always look on point!

1st visit was whole face threading, which was super efficient. 2nd visit was whole body wax. Alina was fast & thorough. Sugar wax is a must for the bikini area. This is my new Go To place fin ALP for hair removal.

Just got my first sugar Brazilian with Ruby. I was extremely nervous, but she made me feel welcome and comfortable, told me everything she was doing and even educated me on sugar waxing, threading etc. she definitely made my first time a pleasant one, and I had my next appt booked before I left the salon. Highly recommend and will recommend her to everyone I know!

I came in on my day off to get waxed for vacation, but had to take off from my second job to get it fixed. They wasted my money and my time. I couldnt get it fixed on my next day off because Id be out of town by then. They had no good solution for me. $5 off my next visit does not compensate the frustration and money I lost from my second job. Also, it was very dirty. Dont come here.

I got a full body wax and I did not like it what so ever. The lady used the same strip multiple times and bruised me in multiple places, on top of that she did not pull the hair properly. I Been waxing for years so I know how it’s supposed to go, I gave them a try... Never going back.She was nice, and had good costumer service, but the job itself was just really bad.
