First time here and it checked all the boxes. Everything was clean and efficient, they were able to fit me in last minute without a wait and Jess was professional and provided a comfortable waxing experience. I’ll be back for sure!

This place was very unprofessional. I got my Brazilian wax done and they left me hairs. I felt the job wasn’t done well. I’ve been going to Brazilian wax by Andreia for almost 8 years, never had this problem. The twizzers were not sanitized well. They were rude. I called other location to see if they can fix it up. The receptionist was nice and she said yes that there was no problem to go to any location so my friend and me went to the peachtree location and they said there was no problem and they were nice about it. I’m glad they were able to fix this problem up.

Love this place. Tried many waxing salons with mixed results and little consistency. Brazilian Wax by Andreia has the best estheticians and they all produce great results. The facility is clean and follows COVID protocol and Ive never had to wait when I arrive for my appointment.

I called prior to showing up and was told they close at 7pm. No one thought to tell me that they are by appointment only. When I showed up one of the ladies told me it was appointment only. I was fine with that and asked if I could make an appointment for the next day, since I was there already. She told me no. She said I would need to call to make an appointment, even though I was standing right in front of her. Very poor customer service and it definitely could have been handled better!

Ive only been to Andreia for my wax appointments and I trust no one else. Been coming here well over 6 years. Even during pandemic, they were able to schedule me in. Essential workers and A+ customer service. Love their salt scrub.

First time here (but not first time getting a Brazilian wax), I read the reviews prior to making my appointment and read that this is a very clean facility but the front desk was rude. I do have to agree with the fact that the receptionist has the personality of a potato. She was rude and I felt as if she was rushing me from the moment I checked in to checking out. I booked my appointment online which was easy, I picked ‘first available’ option and Paula is who did my wax. I showed up early (by 15 minutes) she called me right back, was very professional and sweet. She asked me if the temperature of the wax was ok every time she used a new application which was very kind because I have gone other places that the wax burned me.So to sum this review up. I would return for a wax, it is very clean, smells good, looks pretty, no double dipping, professional esthetician’s BUT the receptionist needs some improvement.

This place is by far the BEST!! I have been coming here for YEARS and I go to Bruna or Luci. These ladies are so professional and relatable. They are funny & always sooooooo detailed oriented. This is the best waxing place ever. I used to only get waxed before a vacation because it’s so expensive and so painful. But Andreia’s is so affordable and their technicians use hard wax properly so the pain is dramatically decreased. All of the technicians are wonderful and everything is clean and stylish. I wish I could give this place extra stars. They are truly the best.

We just moved to Johns Creek from Marietta and I was so excited to find an Andreia’s close by. The facility is clean and the staff is professional. I felt very comfortable getting my wax and look forward to using them again in the future!

I was disappointed when I came here the other Wednesday ago. I wasnt completely pleased when I went to another location. I came here to get it fixed. The person who did it wasnt working at the other location that day so I figured it would be okay. I had had someone fix what another company did in waxing me. Didnt cost much. Wasnt a big deal. They accommodated me. Not this place. The were going to charge full price just to do one spot. I went out of my way from work to come here in a lot of traffic for no help.

I love this waxing services chain. I very, very rarely get someone who doesnt do a good job. You can make an appointment or just drop by. Prices are reasonable.

I am VERY disappointed with my visit to this place. I explained to the attendant this was my first time having a wax and she assured me that everything would be fine. Well I thought everything was fine until about 2 weeks after the wax I developed 3 large bumps on the inside of my thigh and one in the crease of my pubic area. Upon speaking with other people who had gotten waxed before I learned I should have been provided with some instructions on how to keep this from happening since this was my first time waxing. I have tried to squeeze them hoping they come to a head and give me some relief but thats not working. At this point I believe I am going to have to pay a dermatologist to help me resolve the problem because they are very painful. I have been grooming my pubic area for over 30 years and have never had this issue. I am so pissed because not only did I tip this lady after the service, this has began to affect my sex life. They are painful and not to mention embarrassing. It is a good thing I am not single and trying to date because this would be a nightmare. If this is the business they choose to be in I would suggest they educate not only themselves and their staff but their clients as well. I only gave it 1 star because I had to give it something in order to post. VERY FRUSTRATED!! :-{

Did a Brazilian wax today by Jessica. Appointment was at 6:15 pm and I got there at 5:57pm and was able to walk right in. Was skeptical about the reviews(front desk unpleasantness) but the lady there was very nice to me. Was done by 6:05pm. Jessica was very professional and we talked during the entire appointment. It was my first time getting waxed in the states as I told her and I would definitely recommend going to any of their locations based on the warm ness of the workers and Jessica especially! Had some card issues but was able to sort it out. I got you on my next visit girl! -Elated customer!

Amazing, fast, pleasant experience. I had my first brazillian done here ever, and it was amazing! It was over in about 10-15 minutes? The results were perfect. And the woman who did mine made me feel really comfortable and we talked the whole time so it made it go by even faster honestly. Made an appt and got a confirmation. The day if I get there and my person didnt show. No one called to tell me. They got me in right away with another person and she was awesome. But would have been nice to know a had of time. Was awkward to find out when Im signing in and then I had to ask if I was going to be able to see someone else.

5 stars all the way! This facility is fantastic and I can not say enough good things about the services they offer. Prices are incredibly reasonable, they talk you through the entire experience, and instruct you on what needs to be done to take care of things afterward. I am a customer for life and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Luci is the absolute best! My daughter and I have been going to Luci for several years. She is so sweet. She is a perfectionist so you know shes going to do a great job. Shes very quick yet thorough and with minimal pain.

Mirelli was very nice and I have been going to her for a few months but my last visit she waxed off over half of my eyebrows after confirming I wanted to leave them full. I knew there was an issue when she originally asked if I only wanted a clean up and I confirmed and then 10 minutes in she stated you wanted an arch, right? To make matters worse she waxed the top part off so it appears I am frowning and both of them look completely different. My brows will have to grow for months to correct this issue. The establishment is very nice but I will NOT return.

I went for years and saw Marina which was 5 stat but she left and dont have same expedience. Ive never bruised before but today she must this girl didnt hold me skin tight enough and I have s long bruise down the front of my leg. She also missed patches of hair on my legs. I know I had places that were too short to pull but the random patches missed ate king enough they curl up. I will NOT be going back. I went back in after my service was complete and asked if they could do anything more and 2 ladies there said my hair wasnt long enough and is have to wait. This isnt true. Ill be going to So a from now on and letting her do it....even though it cost more. Will be worth the smooth legs and No bruises!!!!!

Today was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax. The service was quick and professional and they made it very comfortable. Talk to me all the way through it.

Yesterday have done face waxing at this place. I am very unhappy with the way how they did.. blood is coming out of skin on chin and there is mark on face and burning since last 12hrs. I have meetings to attend this week and because of this not able to show up my face out.They don’t know how to take care of the skin and person who was doing this was in hurry hurry.
