Where to begin about amazing service! I have a F250 that needed decals removed and that needed a paint job. I spoke to Jim about how i wanted a new paint job, but he recommended that i buff out the car after removing the decals. He informed me about the pros and cons of the job. Went i went to go pick up the car everything was done more than i could have asked for! I love the fact that they take huge pride in their work and will do everything in their power to do more. The honesty and professionalism is beyond business level. He gives you an advise like a family member. Im planning on getting my hood and my roof done as those parts need to be repainted. I will definitely be coming back here!

I took in my Accord to replace a damaged upper tie bar and hood latch assembly, and Jim was able to give me a competitive quote on the spot and reasonable timeline that he stuck to. Jim was very transparent throughout the whole process, and he even had the car cleaned spotless when I arrived. The upper tie bar was replaced and the new hood latch assembly works great now. Ill definitely be coming back if I need any body work done on my car.

Jim greets you like a life long friend. They specialize in car restoration, but the job they did on an accident on our modern car was amazing. Before, the panel was actually off color from a previous accident by a few hues. Now, you cannot tell the difference. He even negotiated with the insurance company to make sure no corners were cut and under estimated. Thanks so much!

This body shop was such a breath of fresh air. I have had terrible experiences with other shops in the past. Express Auto Body gave me a thorough and reasonable estimate and completed quality work on time (actually early!).

I always recommend him and would never take my car anywhere else. When I was shopping around he beat over 5 estimates by leaps and bounds and got it done quickly. I just picked my car from Express Auto Body Service today. It is like new now. I am very happy with the service performed by the team there. The pricing is also very reasonable and better than most of body shops nearby based on my research. I will come back to them if I have my car damaged again some day.

Jim was extremely polite and professional. My repair, while very big, was done in a reasonable time frame. He handled everything with the insurance. I was not only happy to get my car back, but I was happy with how well the repair was done. My car looks absolutely amazing.

I have been to Express 3 different times and Jim has been fantastic each and every time! Jim and his staff are polite, kind, fair, and trustworthy. The first time I went to Express was from the reviews online which were great and people seemed extremely satisfied so I took a chance and wow, I was very happy that I did!!! He beat 3 other estimates that I had gotten for a bumper repair by several hundred dollars. He replaced a backseat seat belt urgently for me as I was driving a child around that next week and it was crucial that the belt worked for her car seat. The last and most recent repair, around September 2014, Jim and his team replaced my bumper once again after a complicated situation involving two separate accidents to my bumper, of which neither were my fault. He was very knowledgeable, helped guide me as to what direction I should go and then when the decision was made the process was seamless. He also suggested an extra service to remove the mold that had formed on my car (which I had no idea that it was mold - I just thought it was dirt but it wasnt coming off in car washes). He explained my options, never once pressured me into doing it. I decided since I was leaving the car to be fixed, that now was the time to get it done. When I arrived to pick up my car... WOW!!!!! it looked beautiful and I didnt even recognize it! It looked and still looks amazing and I just cant thank them enough for taking such great care of me and my car. I still smile and am happy about how much she shines and looks almost brand new even though she is an older car. I would highly recommend that you at least go by and let him give you an estimate on your needs and then you can decide for yourself but if I would guess you will be on your way to a fixed car with Express Auto Body Service and will be VERY HAPPY! A+++ Service. My Honda Civic needed some exterior paint/coating restoration, it was apparently vandalized while under previous ownership. Jims estimate was significantly lower than ones provided by other places I had checked before. The secret - no unnecessary extra items in scope of work, just what is absolutely required. A reliable Auto Shop should be professional, consistent, and skilled. Seven years ago a family member reccommended me to this shop for a front collision job, and I have called on these guys ever since. Contact Jim if you want quality service, would reccomend to anyone.

I needed repair done on the front end of my Jeep Liberty. I made the rounds for a quote. First stop was here with Jim. Received a great price estimate and then spent the rest of the day getting 10 more quotes, only to return to Express Auto Body for the repair. I surely wasted my time going to other places. Jim and Jeff were terrific, the repair was done in a couple days(others quoted a week), great price and above all, terrific service and a professional and quality job done to my car. I hope I dont need them again, but if something happens, Express Auto Body is the first and only place I will go to. Dont waste your time like me and shop around. Go straight to them.

I recently got some body work done on my 1 year old coupe, someone had hit the back quarter panel and there were dents and missing paint and scratches, etc. The Express owner (Jim) came out looked at the car and gave me advice on what he recommended and the quote he gave was lower than other place I had been to. He said his company gives a lifetime warranty and I saw the good reviews here, and I would definitely recommend it. He went above and beyond what he said he would do, the car looks brand new again, well detailed and everything. Thank you Express auto team!

Express Auto Body has my business because they have proven, repeatedly, to be reliable and fair, to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and because their work is consistently of the highest quality. Case in point--I was recently rear-ended and used an insurance approved body shop for my initial estimate. They looked the car over and wrote up an estimate, printed it out and sent me on my way, no questions asked. I subsequently took my Lexus LS 460 over to Express Auto Body to let Jim have a look at it, since I already knew I wanted his company doing my repairs. Jim asked thoughtful questions based on the damage (such as, were my park assist sensors affected?)--important questions that any body shop should have checked with me to ask before finalizing an estimate, in my opinion. Fantastic work, great communicators, and allowed me access to the shop to track progress on my Porsche 914. They took it down to bare metal, removed rust and patched in new metal- not the cheap, body filler way. Ill use them for future projects.

They replaced six parts that did not need to be replaced and were undamaged. There was up to 1/4in variation in the seams between body work, making for sloppy looking repairs. I would not recommend them. They may have been good before but theyve gotten sloppy and dishonest.

They did a paint job quickly, with good quality and at a price that was better than most other shops in the area. Nice customer service, updates over the phone.

No apology for having to bring car to five different places to fix their mistake. Owner extremely rude and unaccomadating. Didn’t repair as promised. Be careful.
