Robbins is hands down the best wrecker service out there . My wifes truck was acting up and not starting so we had to have it towed. Called Robbins and they had the truck picked up and delivered with minimum wait time . They are fast, clean and super friendly . Thank you Robbins will be using you all again if needed .

After waiting 2 hours for a different towing company I decided to call this place. Got there in 20 minutes in a pretty out of the way location.

Called for a tow and the lady who answered was rude when I called back to ask for an ETA and hung up on me. I called back and cancelled that tow and called A&J Towing. They were there in 10 minutes for half the price. Zero Stars!Update: There are two sides to the story, this is MY side. She was rude, period. And A&J was twice as fast, half the price. Still 0 stars!

Drivers name was Turtle. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Brought his flatbed to pick up our boat after a self inflicted trailer malfunction. Carefully placed the boat on his flatbed with precision, and delivered to repair shop. Would highly recommend.

They have the best customer service. My plans continued to change one morning and I ended up calling them several times to change things. They stayed polite and offered help patiently. Definitely give them a call if you need your car towed.

During such an awful time with the current state of not only our nation but the world in general, the driver I had was nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. I didnt catch his name, nor did we shake hands (practicing social distancing). He was there before the estimated time, quick, friendly and had a great sense of humor.

Im going to be fair here they had to come out 2 times. The first guy came out later in the evening after we floated the river at Arrow head. We thought we needed a jump after seeing we have a bigger issue and would be stuck with 3 children over night 200 miles away from home. I asked to driver if i could pay him extra to run me to a store so I could feed my children. He said no and just left not knowing if my family and I would be safe. The next morning a couple allowed us to use their car to drive into town so I could feed my children. By the time I made it back to my car Ribbons wrecker still hadnt called or showed up. I had to call AAA again and Robbins Wrecker because it was going on 30 min passed the ETA I had been given on my phone. At the end of the day the second driver a younger man was very friendly and got the kids and the car to were I needed it to go. I just wouldnt use them again because of the first older guy, you could tell he wasnt an Oklahoman. We as Oklahomans love and take care of one another.The owner took time out of his day to call and apologize for his employees behavior and offered to make sure we would be taken care next we were in the area and in need. I truly appreciate him reaching out and showing his concerns like a true Oklahoma gentlemen.

When i called them they were fast to answer my call, and to show up in a very fast time. Will call them if i need a wrecker service.

I got myself locked out of my vehicle on a Saturday evening during the Labour Day weekend, and unfortunately the emergency locksmiths in this area were out of town. As I was losing hope, Robbins Wrecker picked up the phone, gave me a reasonable exact quote, and sent a truck driver immediately who arrived in 15 minutes. He was very friendly and efficient, unlocked in minutes. Thank you!

My daughter had a wreck and totaled her vehicle. Robbins was quick, professional, answered all my questions, and helped guide me in next steps as I waited on the insurance companies to investigate. I later found out that they have helped my daughter several times when she locked her keys in her car. Great company!

We had locked ourselves out of our car at walmart.Turtle helped us out in no time. He was very pleasant and professional. He maintained at a professional level when unfortunately another walmart customer became upset he was blocked in by the wrecker. Mark went above and beyond. We were stranded and chose to call Robbins over other options because of a 5 star rating. He took us to his personal shop and helped me fix my car when everything was closed. We were back on the road that night and reached our destination. Very reasonable price and quality service. I hope to never need his service again, but if you need towing, call Robbins first.

My blood still boils when I think of the bull this jocker put my family through after my Dad’s bike wreak a few years ago. Not only did he threaten my friends physically for taking pictures of the bike for us. (Apparently there’s s police report) He tried not releasing the bike to us stating we weren’t the owners. We got the paperwork! He then had the nerve to tell us the bike was totaled and not worth anything. Unfortunate for you we knew what dad really had. Let me just say dad’s little gem is well and running. And dad thanks us often for not letting you take it! Thank you Robin’s Towing for dragging your feet as much as you could to jack the fees up to get his bike back!

Paid $300 to have my car towed from Tahlequah to Poteau for them to drop it off at a shop and leave the key in it and on. They also lost a piece that goes on the front of my car that cannot be replaced easily. Very upsetting.
