Our Electric Co. Hired this co to cut out trees. This co. Never contacted me about entering our property. And very poor quality. Left ruts in our yard and never fixed them. They dragged tree limbs across out yard and left big ruts. Photos to prove. And was told NOT to drive in parts of our yard because of water lines, when my husband left they drove right over the water lines.

Real good place to work decent wages, if they only new what kind of workers they had instead of Judging people they could have a nice company !!!!!

They were trimming trees on our property for an energy company. They left large logs on flower beds, where they crushed the flowers and broke a wooden sculpture. In the other location within our property, they left a tree trunk leaning on a fragile hydrangea and magnolia; it took me ten seconds to pull it away and put it down on the ground, but their workers didnt find it necessary. I find their work ethics appaling.

Tree butchers. Their work is sloppy, and you will have to hire someone to clean-up the trees after they come through. Absolute disgrace.

These guys came and trimmed and left everything behind. Very unprofessional and will never use them again

They were professional, skilled, had extensive attention to detail and gave the job 150%. I wish I could of tipped them $200.00. Excellent workers. DTE should always use them and give them bonuses.

Left a little mess and for some reason one of the trucks likes to go past and blow his horn. Never had any contact with these people, so not sure why in two days its happened.

It wasnt ok...once again the shelves were bare...nothing I really needed & I truly believe to many people were in the store. Of course when I entered there was no one there to control entry...i also dont appreciate having to go in the food entrance when all I need is a prescription at the other end of the store. There are serious customer problems at this store.

Jaflo is trimming all the trees and limbs around the power lines in our neighborhood. Huge job and doing an EXCELLENT job. The gentleman are very considerate and clean up the debris. There were logs left from a tree they cut. They were not able to take the logs but stacked them neatly along the fence line. Great job guys and by the way... a smile communicates into English! Im not very happy due to the fact that I have seen the amount of work that these guys do and the fact that I personally witness people out on calls in Southwest Ohio like they were going to pass out from heat exhaustion and there is no visible water cooler for drinking water provided that I can see on their trucks like I can see from other companies (such as asplundh or Townsend and Lewis or bdg) despite the crew members and people they hire doing exceptional work.

What a great crew took down a tree under Edison lines, cleaned up everything, very impressed

There was a crew that pulled up in my backyard here in Waterford Twp. Michigan, this evening hired by one of my neighbors. I totally piggybacked the fact they were here and asked if they would trim a few branches laying on my power line. They were friendly, accommodating, and did a great job! Gave the guys a high five and some ice cold sodas and bottled water as it is a hot and humid day today. These guys were awesome! Thank you so much!

These men have started in my neighbors yards for the past two days.Yesterday started with me letting my dogs out, them running to a specific spot at the fence and then not leaving... so I called them as I was walking out to investigate, in time to watch a 6 foot section of tree fall where my dogs would have been standing had I not called for them. When I asked how long they’d be dropping things into my yard for, no one spoke English to answer my question. They finally sent someone around to the side fence, who apologized and claimed they were coming to let me know they needed access to my yard. I asked if they were going to pick up the debris out of my yard, as I’m a double amputee and struggle to maneuver my parts of my yard, let alone do it while removing tree limbs, they say they will.... but then leave cigarette butts and water bottles littered throughout my yard.Then, as they’re moving things out of the yard, they stack it all in my driveway, completely blocking my driveway so I can’t leave with tree limbs and road cones.TODAY, I wake up to chainsaws in my neighbors yard, the same men cutting down trees along my fence line, dropping things into my yard... no one knocked on my door to warm me AGAIN... so I walked out and told them they needed to come through and pick up all of their trash. They did, there were men standing on the fence that’s been standing for far too long and I have zero faith in it holding a grown man, since it gave way 3 years ago when my 140 pound St. Dane jumped on it.... the fence held, but what if it hadn’t? When my fence broke, who pays to fix it? If he was injured, who’s liable? Me, my landlord or the worker who ignorantly climbed on a structure he knows nothing about?So they’re done in my yard, they “cleaned up” and I let my dogs outside. They run to the fence line with the people on it jump for a few minutes for attention and then move along. My boxer found something extremely interesting on the ground moments later and ATE IT before I could stop him.I can’t begin to describe how not happy I am.And now they’re back... AGAIN, wandering around my yard, apparently it takes four of them to check for trash. They’ve got 3 work vehicles parked on my street, the one in front of my house is parked directly in front of my neighbors mailbox and it’s blocking the fire hydrant.

What they did to a sycamore tree is a crime. Shame on them . Tried to talk to a worker who doesn’t speak English. Monongahela power : this reflects on you !

Crews just trimmed trees near power lines on Rt 119 South of Grafton, WV. Very skilled, safety minded, contientious, thorough, and respectful to property owners. Whatever these men are paid isnt nearly enough for the hazardous job they do.

When your crews shown in Malden-West Camp Area, traffic was frequently blocked for upwards of 10-15 mind. To top it off you crew sat in front of my driveway, completely blocking it and I was late for work so thank you! 🙃

Just because your employees get to drive company vehicles does not mean they are exempt from the laws of the road. The driver today in Newburgh-Beacon should not be on the road in any vehicle.

A JAFLO Crew arrived this morning to do a DAUNTING task of trimming tall pine trees Growing so wildly the power lines disappeared in the Branches!. Their DILLEGENT work was FIRST CLASS! Dont let this company on your property. They will destroy your trees. You would be better to pay a company to trim your trees away from the power lines Yourself.

Your guys came into my yard to trim trees. Ask them to please close my gate, because they knew I have dogs, they did not close the gate. Had to call someone off their job to come and do it for me, because I use a walker and a cane. I could not access my back yard.
