I drove an hour away to get to this location to upgrade my phone. I chose this location because of the 5-star reviews. The drive and time was well worth it because of the service I received. Moses and Andres were very helpful. Moses answered all my questions and explained every step of the process of getting my new phone set up. I do appreciate such service and will indeed shop at this location again and I recommend you do the same.

Richard Ortiz (The store manager) is quite possibly the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable AT&T sales representative Ive had the pleasure of meeting. He always helps me out and never once has gotten snippy, mad, or short tempered with me or anyone else I see him help. This is the Texas store to go to!

I walked in this afternoon to AT&T wanting to upgrade my old model iPhone. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Olivia helped me decide which phone was best for my interests and needs, as well as made recommendations on accessories to pair with my new phone. I’m so pleased with my new phone and most importantly with the ease of transferring my preferences from one phone to the other and in the same visit trading in that old iPhone. Alex was fabulous. In and out quickly so i came back for another phone for my son.Edited: I went back to turn in two phones for a credit, and Moses and Richard were super helpful. They were able to save me approximately $250 a month. I have to give a shout out to Olivia too who was super friendly and helped get me started. I had several things that I needed help with. Updating my account, adding a phone, and activating a replacement phone. I tried to do all of this online and over the phone to no avail. Ive always received great service from this location and todays visit was no different; and no long wait times. I spoke with Richard, and told him what I was looking for. He was able to provide a couple of different options. Once I made my decision he was able to process the order and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 min. I have visited this store 3 times for various needs and each time was such a pleasant experience. I have never had to wait for an employee to assist me and they were all very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to be sure that I was getting all allowable discounts and that I was saving the maximum amount of money. I wouldn’t think of visiting any other location.

Went into the store to get a new phone since my phone wasn’t working properly. Richard got me setup with a new phone and also looked up a better plan with out me even having to ask. We ended up saving a lot on our bill. He also help fix a few things on another account. Richard was really helpful.

The best experience!, we went to this location on February in the middle of the winter storm, the store was open and full of at staff. Specially thank you to Alex, he went above and beyond, not only super knowledgeable about cell phone and the products and promotions the store offer, we went there for a cell phone, on top of that he reviewed our current service package and he find out the way to update us and save us extra money per month. He gave us all instructions needed and give us a little card remaining us when need to return the current cell phone. Really thankful for all he did!. Definitely recommended this store location!.

Recently I purchased a new cellphone at ATT on Angel Parkway and I could not be happier with the customer service that I received. Olivia took care of me and she was exceptional! She took time to totally set up the new device and answer all of my questions. Since Im a senior citizen there were obviously many questions. I had the most fabulous customer service experience at the AT&T store on Angel Parkway in Allen. Caleb was outstanding as was Tiffany and her staff! I highly recommend using this store!!! Even though they were short staffed and quite busy they managed to multitask and take care of multiple customers at once so no one felt like they were underserved or not being taken care of. I will most certainly be back!
