Epic is the worst, rude, prejudice.. Never response to problems until the major things gets to worst situation, and get together with plumbing and target one unit. the favoritism, blame it on the people who cannot speak English very well, not professional and possible being prejudice. My tenants doesnt speak very well English. I can see that I am not the only one who doesnt like EPIC...look at these many, many people had bad experiences... They still try to harass certain residence... I attend the HOA board meeting after my unit in stacked building got flooded because they responded late. The damage was $7,000 +. Tried to speak to the board for follow up at the zoom meeting, the owner of EPIC, Tonya Gale kept mute me, claiming that there is echo (I am different, and English is not my native language), stop me from speaking, while the one of the board member mic was so echoing that no one could understand but Tonya didnt mute her, other board member even said I cant understand, the meeting was recording, So what do you think?The attached video is sewer backing up at my unit... wake up in the morning, water starts coming up from the sewer...I have a long way to go....

Unprofessional employee and owner. Discriminatory and borderline harassing interactions with certain residents. Charging full price in HOA during a PANDEMIC while none of the community amenities are available to residents. The worst HOA Company I’ve ever encountered. Don’t move to a neighborhood managed by them.

If you like lectures & excuses this company should get 100 stars. If you need a real property management company look somewhere else. Like many others have said, if I could leave negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst property management group in Las Vegas/Henderson.They continuously refuse to provide direct answers for any questions, but they are extremely adept at lecturing the board members about policies and procedures that EPIC themselves clearly do not follow. EPIC cannot provide an accurate account of the community financials, but Ashton, one of their independent contractors will try...... for $70/hr.As many others have said Tonya is rude and condescending while she avoids providing direct answers. Please steer clear of EPIC at all costs. This company is not worth the headache.

We changed our Association Management Company just recently. The owner and staff are terrific, they keep on top of everythingThis so far is the best Home Owners Association Management Company. Weve had several in the past who just didnt meet the quality of work that Epic has done in the short time theyve been hired by us.

Sorry in our opinion this HOA is a EPIC FAIL . Does not care about the handicap members ! Had/ have to fight in years for HUD FEDERAL Laws in reasonable accommodations! To park without being towed ! 3.5 years of fighting this HOA husband and wife agree ! Wrote the truth reviews on yelpers and bee bee bee ! And put the truthful pictures of violations that have been going on ! With our opinions this HOA DISCRIMINATION/ with discriminatory terms to certain members! Our freedom of speech what we have endured and now have HUD to try to help with reasonable accommodations to the handicapped! Tried everything in good faith with the owner / board still trying to resolve issues at hand ! It’s been a nightmare for the handicapped members! Watch out for tows to certain members after you have been parking in a handicapped/ hashtag areas for three years ! HOA after 3 years parking in the spot on and off towed ! Reasonable accommodations stopped and a huge cost of a tow in our opinion retaliatory terms and discriminatory terms to certain members! Costs over 100’s dollars ! To laugh at us ! She said not my problem! If your handicapped or disabled this HOA in OUR OPINIONS will not not help you nor care about the federal laws of HUD of reasonable accommodations for the ADA laws ! Still working on these issues with HUD FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR HELP ! I’m sure others our happy with epic association ! But a lot members are not happy members ! We pay every month to be harass/ retaliation/ discrimination, fines or violations not to all members figures do not lie ! And this is our opinion no ones else !so use the facts and pictures to prove its merits and scrutinized the reviews ! We again tried a truce with the owner last year that could not be achieved! And we are not going to no school nor to no HOA classes or be thrown out HOA, nor sell our house, as per the Nevada Realestate commission of Las Vegas said we don’t have to nor sell our home ! And trying or sticking up for your fines or violations to prove facts in emails like instructions say to do on every petty thing ! And all members not treated equally by the board in our opinion only our opinion in what we have endured with this HOA ! And we have spoken with the Las Vegas ombudsman for help and we if we do the rules pay the fees do what all members must do we can’t get thrown out like she wanted to do ! And we don’t ever past present nor future to ever hurt no people at epic association or harass no one to sick to worry about that just want 100 fair to all members that’s all ! And the federal government HUD ruled REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR the disabled should be granted if needed ! Wish we husband and wife never bought in Hollywood Ranch ! In our opinion the board does not help neither ! And it’s like living in North Korea ! They even record people with children swimming in the pool ! 24/7 cameras everywhere! Thanks for reading! Hope a resolution to be able to park a small SUV in front garage on our property no red ! Cars / suvs do it everyday ! Nothing happened till federal complaint filed ! All the ER SERVICES SAID NO PROBLEMS PLENTY OF ROOM ! Your like on 6 inches on street . And it will cost nothing to no one and no hindrance to no neighbors garage / property nor sidewalk nothing but in front of your small driveway in front garage! A 1 car garage! It’s happening but only to certain members! Theirs only aprox 6 handicapped spots for about 8 blocks700 vehicles aprox ! Not enough you leave other members immediately take the spot either handicapped or not ! Not enough spots with renters ! So theirs no spots to pk at 4 am ! So others members pk in front garage no problems ! But certain members told no and handicapped members told no can’t pk in front garage! So you have to walk blocks in heat with a murder shooting that took place recently and heat and cold it’s not safe for a disabled or handicapped person to walk 5 blocks from Cvs Rx ! Sounds good you pay to get fines / violations / tows by titan tow in Vegas! It’s a sad sad joke sick to believe you can’t even enjoy ones dwelling !

I talk to them about a problem and they said it doesn’t matter to have the garage used as storage and use the guest parking lot to leave the car there instead of the garage this is the worst association management ever! WORST..

If I could give negative 1000 stars I would. Tonya Gale is rude, and inconsiderate. We have been locked out of our community on two different occasions for changing gate codes. We have lived there for a year and they say they have no record of us living there. Upon providing a lease and my phone number, they again changed the codes without telling us locking us out. When I called them and spoke her staff, I received no apology for the inconvenience. When I spoke to her, I received no apology for the inconvenience. When I asked for one she said, Im sorry you feel we did something wrong but we didnt. She also said we have to agree to disagree.When I said the old code didnt work, she said it sure does. Well, I guess I just dont know how to hit #plus a few numbers on 4 different tries. I have never been so rudely treated by a company that has put me out. Many are embarrassed and sorry if they do and its understandable because mistakes happen. But to throw it back in my face, like I am an idiot for being mad is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. No one should be so rude as Tonya Gale.I can see by the other google reviews that I am not the only one to be screwed over by Tonya Gale and Epic Management. Their slogan is Professional, Reliable, Efficient. Not even close. Literally the opposite of all of those things.

This association could care less! I have owned my home in Hollywood Ranch for over 10 years. I have been a compliant and responsible homeowner but, unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the homeowners association. I have made several requests over the past year from this company; to assist me with the fence that separates my backyard from the neighbors. It has been over a year and still, no repair or assistance of any kind. The fence is damaged and the neighbors dog has dug holes in the ground all along their side of the fence. The dog enters my yard whenever it feels like it. The fence needs to be repaired. I tried to have a conversation with the residents but found out they are not the homeowners. This is where I requested assistance from EPIC. Who repairs the fence? Can they assist me? Could they contact the homeowner? But, As I mentioned earlier, they could care less. Did I mention that the dog is vicious? small but vicious.

This is a horrible HOA Management Company. Even when you provide them proof that you fixed the reason youre being fined for, they still throw another $50 on you fine just to get your money. Also they will continue to fine you until you do what they want you to do whether its in the bylaws or not. Theyve also said that they can change the bylaws to assist them to get what they want. I hope they go out of business and everyone who works for them gets treated the same way they treat people.

Absolutely the WORST. If you have a problem that is their responsibility to take care of, dont bother trying to get help. That would be an EPIC waste of time. They are a mess.They dont do what they are paid to do, which is property management and maintenance. Not just collect the dues so they get paid.

These guys are THE WORST Hoa in the history of the world. They literally try any way possible to ruin a peaceful neighborhood by walking around with cameras and violating every human being. If one of your rocks is out of alignment, watch out!!! I would move before dealing with this company. Run for your life!!!

This HOA does not care about the safety of their home owners at all. The gate to our community had been open all day for anyone to access. When I called I was advised theyd send a gate company out immediately to fix it, yet its still broken and open. From looking at the other reviews this is one of the worst companies out there!!

Locked out of pool. Live in community for 4 years. They dont inform everyone of changes. All are to have 30 day notice of change in bylaws before can be put into effect. They care NOTHING about DISABLED PEOPLE. POOL DOESNT HAVE CURRENT CERTIFIED PAPERS PISTED. THIS IS A POOR ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT.

Epic management are over using their power in my community, i was kicked out of our pool for not giving my address in time, plus the speaker where the officer was talking it was malfunctioning and glitchy, and he threatened me with a ticket of trespassing, when clearly i live in that community and i was saying my address. I would like to talk to the manager as soonest possible. I will not change my rate until this is fixed.

This is the worst unhelpful HOA ever, they do not explain fees over the phone and when you call you get the feeling they do not want to speak with you at all.,with all respect, they sound more like a collection agency than an HOA. they seem to be there to help only the Association and not the people the live in it so if you thinking about buying or renting under this corporate,think twice or three times about it.
