**UPDATE 1-12-21**The quality of the service has been great over the past 2-3 months. Thankful Cytracom is getting back to their previous service levels.In the past I would recommend Cytracom all the time. Now, their service is pretty bad and tech support is getting worse by the week. I have had the same issues for MONTHS and they have no idea how to resolve. I would avoid until they get serious about fixing their issues and hiring more support engineers that actually know enough to resolve the issues.

As the owner of a small but growing law firm, I couldnt be happier with Cytracom. I find them responsive, helpful, and reasonable. I have never had an issue that they didnt work hard to resolve as quickly as possible. I would recommend them highly.

We have been with this company for 5 years. They have provided phone service for our call center here in Dallas. We are incredibly unhappy with the service. We have had numerous problems with our phone service. The main problem is that when there is an issue we are told they will look into in or escalate it to engineering and we never hear back from them until we call back. This happens every time. I mean every time. We have had billing issues where they over billed us thousands of dollars. When they were forced to refund the money, they had the audacity to deduct our current months charges from the refund amount. Even though we are set up on an auto debit and have never missed a payment. The techs are good guys, but the overall service is terrible and cost us alot of time and money.

Awesome place to work. Great company, great team. I love Cytracom

Cytracom is a great VOIP company. We like that their support is completely Texas based and they answer the phones for support issues every time. The techs have gone way out of their way to resolve issues even conferencing the offending ISP and going over settings on our router to prove where the problem is for hours at a time.

Horrible place to work. They do not respect their employees and work you like a dog.
